This company doesn't pay out claims even if everything is legit. I purchased loss insurance for a very expensive phone. I lost it and they refused the claim with no explanation, I was completely shocked! They left me without a phone and I was also out of $300+ for a useless premium. There is no way to appeal their decision. I then found out they have numerous complaints against them and are known for posting fake reviews. It's basically a junk third party insurance company that operates out of a shopping center in Oklahoma. Stay away from them
