The grass trimmer is good.the winding of replacement spools are poor they are not wind up properly and the line gets tangled up I have to stop at least six to seven times to untangle.it should be easy to resolve on your end.I have been buying worx products for a long time.if the problems with the spools don't Improve won't replace the grass trimmer.I know from some of my neighbor they have the same problems Sincerely Patrick presto
I bought a 14" electric chainsaw a few weeks ago. On the plus side, it does work pretty well from a cutting standpoint. Surprisingly powerful and a good alternative to a petrol saw when you are working close to the house. Unfortunately, the downside is it leaks bar oil like a sieve. I did read a few reviews that noted leaking bar oil but it wasn't all that many so I figured I'd take a chance. But it didn't work. It leaks bar oil really badly, more than I've ever seen anything leak oil before. Absolutely if I had known this was going to be the case then I would not have bought it. The attached photo is the saw sitting on a oil drip pan, I can not leave the saw on any surface. The amount may not look like a lot but it's from the cold saw just sitting and dripping. When it's actually running the amount is a great deal more, it goes all over the floor and will get onto whatever you are wearing. So, if you can get one that doesn't leak then it's going to be great, the issue as far as I can see however if you have no way of knowing in advance. I would recommend you consider other saws under the circumstances.
The lawn trimmer, doesn't last 5he battery only lasts a few minute and it goes DEAD, I had to order a new battery that cost nearly as much as the lawn trimmer itself. After getting a new battery the trimmer would not even turn.
I own a lot of Worx products and have always been very happy with them. So, I decided to buy the Intellicut 40V mower. I am so disappointed with it. It is the worst mower to maneuver that I have ever owned. I also have to change the batteries midway through, and I have a very small city, single lot. Would NEVER recommend this mower to anyone!

I purchased the battery operated weed eater for $180.00 two years ago. I went to use it last summer, searched the box, and found there was NO BATTERY included with the item. Seriously? So I had to go back and pay $80.00 for a battery. I used it once last summer, and it's dead now. Give me a break... the BATTERY DOES NOT COME WITH A CHARGER! So you have to go back and buy the charger. This is the MOST RIDICULOUS purchase I've ever made. So the stupid ordinary weed whacker actually costs $300+ once you purchase all the necessary working parts. Who does this? DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
I purchased a 12A electric turbine blower on 10/05. WORX web customer service posted initial scheduled delivery date was 10/08, then 10/12. When I checked with FedEx tracking information, it says delivery pending or not available. I tried to chat with company's online chat service, they pointed me to FedEx, and they then told me that I should expect the delivery in 7-10 business days (i. E., 20th of October). If I know they will make me wait for two weeks as of my purchase, I would not make the purchase. Especially, the delivery information I got was misleading and totally fake, the customer service contact merely pointed me to FedEx and blamed them for any delivery issue. In fact, WORX hired the carrier for delivery, not me. So, now I have no idea when I can receive it. If anyone who tries to have a purchase, please think it twice, you may easily get into a similar situation like this. Their service is not reliable, for the reasons I mentioned, they even provide fake delivery information. I feel there is not many options you can have to deal with your delivery from WORX, you would not see a same level delivery service and communications from Amazon.
On June 27th I made a purchase through WORX. I returned the item 7/14/22 it was received on 7/18/22 and I still am waiting for my refund. I have contacted them several times but no reply. When I call the office the recording says call during business and hangs up. Ialways call during business hours. I EVEN TRIED TO SEND IMAGES AND IT WOULD NOT LET ME.

I ordered two items from this company which were supposed to be new but reboxed. I only opened one before returning both. Both were in original boxes, one of which was badly smashed. I never even opened that one. The one I did open contained sheets and sheets of printed material FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER. The printed material included the woman's name, address, telephone number, PayPal account and PASSWORD, which she had inadvertently included with the returned item. WORX had apparently never even opened the box after it was returned to see what was remitted, much less checked to see if everything worked! Additionally, they had not even valued a customer enough to protect her confidentiality. I do not want to do business with such a lax and careless company so I sent both items back. I also called the lady, explained what happened, and returned her personal documents directly to her. What if a dishonest person had received the poor woman's PayPal information? Yes, she should have been more careful but she was elderly and taking care of a very ill husband. WORX should have been more careful, valued their customer and protected her confidentiality. I will NEVER do business with them again and neither will that poor woman!
