From start to finish Wren were really helpful. The design stage was great, any changes we made were all dealt with. The delivery was spot on, even the flooring which came from another company arrived exactly on time. We had quartz tops, expensive compared to alternatives but worth it in my opinion. The measuring and fitting of these tops also went like a dream, they delivered ahead of schedule. The quality of the units is very good. To cap it all the 0% finance deal really made it worth doing, I would certainly recommend Wren based on my experience with them.
I have had the cabinets for 3 yrs. Now they are coming unglued at the bottom of the cabinets.I have to say I have had nothing but problems from the beginning. It took months to get the cabinets in and right. And now they are falling apart. Very disappointed and unhappy.
The service from design to delivery was faultless. The service we received from start to finish was amazing. We now have our dream kitchen.
Good communication and prompt rectification.
Good variety, fair price, good quality and choice of quality. Delivery time was good and changeable.
