From start to finish Wren were really helpful. The design stage was great, any changes we made were all dealt with. The delivery was spot on, even the flooring which came from another company arrived exactly on time. We had quartz tops, expensive compared to alternatives but worth it in my opinion. The measuring and fitting of these tops also went like a dream, they delivered ahead of schedule. The quality of the units is very good. To cap it all the 0% finance deal really made it worth doing, I would certainly recommend Wren based on my experience with them.
I have had the cabinets for 3 yrs. Now they are coming unglued at the bottom of the cabinets.I have to say I have had nothing but problems from the beginning. It took months to get the cabinets in and right. And now they are falling apart. Very disappointed and unhappy.
Was misold got told kitchen will be completed within 5-10 days but it ended up taking 42 days too fit kitchen, was left days on end without any water or electricity, Had endless problems with extractor fan missing, wrong colour of panels... had ro wait fir items to be redelivered. Sent me wrong microwave, The wren approved kitchen fitter was awful messed around with my water pipe, which i had to spend extra £1600 to repair. Extra damage to my floor and ceilings which was not repaired just covered up with panelling. Wren approved fitter was rude and ignorant fitted me on in mainly weekends the worst i went 10days without anyone turning up, the design team do not check on you once sale has gone through not once. Stay away salesmen will say anything for sale go to howdens instead my brother had lovely kitchen fitted from them

We took advantage of one Wrens famous sales (Boxing Day) and had a chat with our designer Kai at the Southampton branch. We were not sure what we wanted to start with, but Kai takled us through the whole process. After someone had come to measure our existing space we had a great designing appointment with Kai where he listened to our preferences and designed a wonderful kitchen. Once we had agreed on when we wanted this all to start it was super easy. The kitchen fitters that were allocated started contacting us to arrange times and dates, and other trades etc and before we knew it the time was upon us.
There werea couple of little issues in terms of the the flooring being slightly short but Wrens immediately ordered another pack. Anything i asked was answered i felt supported all the way through and the aftercare is also pretty great. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We have had a great experience from start to finish the staff in our local showroom (Durham) could not have been better friendly and professional infomative with no hard sell. Our designer Rose had great idears and with in weeks our kitchen was on its way. The delivery team where fantastic everything went without a hitch. We used our own carpenter who done a fantastic job. We couldn't be more pleased the kitchen it turned out even better than the computer print outs and the on site VR room

I had several problems with the installation. First the stove wouldn't fit in the opening, next I had the wrong size sink, they said it would be at least a week before they could get back to install the new one. Then there was the mess they left behind, besides the pile of cardboard they left in my living room, there were hand and finger prints all over the new cabinets and ceiling, also wood chips in the drawers and cabinets. So I talked to corporate customer satisfaction and was told the installers would call me " nope" never happened. Then I called the store manager in Wilkes Barre Pa where I bought it he said he'd take care of it "nope" never happened. So I ended up hiring someone to finish the job. Oh and did I mention that I was supposed to get a bullnose countertop and did not, I got a flat one. So in the if you're considering getting a Wren kitchen DON'T do it. Run away as fast as you can.

We enjoyed meeting with our Wren kitchen designer and arranging all units for a perfect and practical fit. We even used units in our utilty and either side of our living room fireplace for a consistent look. Highly recommend Wren to anyone shopping for a new kitchen.

I thought the customer service, competence of the installer and quality of the product were all excellent. The designer couldnt have been more helpful at Orpington, and then the installer was very competent and had some very good advice. There was an issue - one of the cabinets wasn't going to fit because there was some unexpected hidden pipework. Wren sent out some additional components which allowed the installer to adjust the kitchen at no cost to me. The quality of the product is very high - my parents have a kitchen from one of Wren's main competitors and in my view the quality of my kitchen is higher. I am also very pleased to have made the decision to go for the quartz working surfaces.
The phone was answered very quickly. They got onto the problem straight away (not all the refuse had been collected due to a misunderstanding, and they got onto the company they had contracted to do this to get them back). And they were keen to get my feedback on the quality of service.
Simply the fact that they had a showroom near me and they provided a fitting service.

This was a good experience, from the showroom to delivery. Mehran at the Ayr showroom was extremely helpful and knowledgable and arranged delivery to suit us. The units are on good quality. One worktop was damaged and it was replaced promptly with no fuss. Extremely helpful customer services.

We were unsure on what we wanted and how it would look, but after our consultation with the designer we were able to get a lot more fitted into our kitchen than we thought,
Also we got advice on what would/wouldn't be suitable
Once our kitchen was being fitted we had a few a few items that were missing, and we were short of. When we contacted customer service they were very helpful and got us the missing part as soon as they were able to.

Great service from the Banbury team and from our co-ordinator along with the installers. Had a few hiccups with the delivery team at the start but everything was resolved in the end and can't wait to start using our kitchen as a family.

Fantastic experience with sae at the fort Kinaird branch. Sae was fantastic and helpful from the moment we entered the shop, walked us around the entire shop, listens to our experience and ideas. Sae was always very helpful from the 3 appointments we had each time with her. Sae was also very accommodating to our schedule and made the experience very enjoyable and very relaxing. Sae is a fantastic credit to the team at fort Kinaird.

Delivery went well and came as expected, a couple of things wrong and or small damage but for me it's whet Wrens did to rectify it, the after service was perfect 10 out of 10, off course the kitchens are built to spec so they are not an of the shelf item so you have to wait but all in all I was very happy with Wrens I would recommend to anyone

Everything from start to finish was excellent, from the sales team in-store to delivery was spot on, we only had 1 issue with a replacement but that was with us within days, we are highly delighted with our new beautiful kitchen and couldn't thank the wren team enough. Fantastic design service. Then it went downhill...
Waited 2 months for delivery which was acceptable.
Only to recieve parts of the kitchen and damaged products.
6 calls made. Average waiting time was 38minutes.
9 emails, average response time... I'm still waiting...
Overall, I wouldn't recommend them or use them again. I wishni had just used their design service and gone elsewhere.

Kitchen was delivered today 18/8 by 2very pleasant and helpful delivery man, however we was Informed that 2 items was not there a washing machine and fridge freezer, a very poor letter was given to us to exp, ain that due to covid they was having difficulties, when I rang I was informed the hob was missing and they could not inform me how long it would be before back in stock and the other 2 items should be there, but they must have been misplaced or on another van, we now have to wait until 30th August for them to be resent with no idea how long for the hob, we could look somewhere else and they will refund,... very disappointed, annoyed that we wasn't informed sooner, angry and frustrated trying to get answers. Why sell these items if they don't know there in stock.

I was very impressed by Wren. Fron start to finish they were very professional. The systems they used to design my kitchen, made it the most functional out of their competitors. The price was competitive. All questions were asked i didnt feel like anything was ever a problem. A couple of the cupboards were damaged but i was stright through on the contact centre, new ones ordered and next day delivery. The fitter was brilliant, his quality of work was oustanding. If i ever have a new kitchen again i will definitely use Wren.

We had a Wren surveyor come out to measure up the room before we designed the utility room. Surprise surprise the measurements turned out to be incorrect. One of the units did not fit through the utility room door and another did not fit where it should without having to cut into the wall. –
Wren's reply to this " The surveyor is only there to measure up the room, not to make sure the units fit" - I am not joking.
" We send you a pre-fit pack to confirm that all the measurements are correct and that all units fit. If you do not do a pre-fit it is on you" -- again I am not joking.
Basically, you have to make sure their surveyor takes the correct measurements, so the role of the surveyor is as redundant as it gets. They refused any form of compensation and said this is my fault for failing to do a pre-fit! Amazing.

The hinges supplied were incorrect, the carousel unit was not delivered, and they sent us a sink we never needed, and the delivery people refused to take it back. It then cost me money to have it taken by the council.
The "designers" as they called them, are completely useless on site, I am not entirely sure what is the criteria to be employed here but the bar cannot be too high.
I highly recommend staying away from the company.
