Wren Kitchens

From design to installation the process was smooth. Every stage seamless. The app tracked every stage and gave timescales. We were kept well informed of everything. Installers worked to schedule and kept everything tidy and organised. Over the moon with our new kitchen.

From the several showroom meetings right through to fitting I found the attention to detail and customer satisfaction exemplary and refreshing. Wren H.O. Kept regular contact to ensure there were no problems with the fitting and the few we had were remedied immediately.

Experience with Wren was very good from start to finish. We ordered kitchen units but sought and supplied our own electrical appliances and arranged our own fitting. Wren kept us very well informed throughout the process and even offered an early delivery which we declined but that wasn't a problem. Units arrived on time and were fitted without problem, other than for a missing handle but Wren provided a replacement without quibble very quickly. Vey happy with quality of the workmanship and materials used and would use Wren again.

From the beginning, working with a designer, reviewing his design, ordering materials, working with the contractor, to the final installation, my experience while renovating my 39 year old kitchen was quite fun.

One of the panels popped off the front of a cabinet. WREN quickly sent out a replacement part which solved the problem.

From start to finish we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Rosie our designer was so helpful, patient and friendly. She designed a beautiful kitchen for us and listened to everything wanted. When we had a few worries a couple of days later she put our minds to rest. This all resulted into the kitchen of our dreams.

Wren's kitchen design service was fantastic, especially the virtual reality headset allowing you to look at the life sized kitchen design. The delivery went ahead with no issues & I'm happy with my new kitchen

Shame, it all started well but we ended up with 100s of pounds of things that we did not need and although items were unopened, Wren were not willing to take the items back - feel very let down and diddled

All the units are well made and absolutely all in tact so fitting them was no hassle at all, the designer did a spot on job and Chris in the showrooms help was beyond reproach, all in all I would definitely recommend wrens to anyone

Wonderful experience from start to finish. I can be a bit picky and Wren kitchen managed to put all my worries to bed. Amazing from selecting the kitchen we wanted ( we did choose a few and changed our minds) to the amazing Lewis who installed our kitchen for us!

Wren looked after us from start to finish. The designer showed us many different designs with our chosen kitchen and showed lots of patience with us we had one slight problem with one of the doors which was quickly replaced

I used Wren for a rental property kitchen and couldn't be more pleased with the result. Someone will measure up your kitchen including windows, doors, radiators, electrical plugs, taps etc and put the measurements into a design app. You are allocated a designer who will work with you on a 2D and 3D computer lay out, placing the units, cooker, sink and cupboards to fit your kitchen layout. You choose your style and colour of units, your work tops and handles etc. You have an option to choose their ovens and sinks or you can keep your own. As the design comes together you are free to change your mind or try out different combinations. The showroom has a large range of kitchens, worktops, handles and kitchen appliances for you to be inspired and to suit your budget. Furthermore the units come ready assembled making it easier and cheaper to be installed. Wren offer a 3-5 year payment plan so you can spread the cost. I am so pleased I went with Wren, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have ordered twice now from Wren and each both times the service was excellent from start to finish. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and enjoyed having everything in one place on the wren app.

Just recently had our new kitchen fitted by Wren and have to say from start to finish such a professional job and such friendly and helpful staff we can't recommend Wren enough so thank you all for our new kitchen

Got our new kitchen from the Eastbourne branch. And had the best experience, only went to look and ended up getting a whole new kitchen. The staff were really helpful in the store as well as the after care team on the phone. Couldn't fault them. We're so happy with the end result...thanks wren

Very impressed with the aftersales service. One of the cupboards doors was dropping a bit 3 weeks after fitting and we raised the case in between Christmas and new year. The next week a fitter came in and sorted it. Efficient communication quick and responsive. 5/5

Everything went well from the moment that we sat down for the first time with our designer to the moment we said goodbye and thanks to our kitchen fitter. Very happy with what we have and fun cooking in a great space.

Wren kitchens are very responsive, they promptly made the measurements and gave us advice to adjust the kitchen within the limits of the room. The kitchen is very beautiful, well organized and with a high quality. We're placed to collaborate with them.

From the time we walked into wren show room we felt confident we had the right decision everything from planning to delivery went as smooth as possible we are absolutely delighted with the kitchen and the quality can't recommend wren highly enough

Had Few marks on some doors called customer service and were changed no problem a few days later

We are over the moon with our new kitchen. Our fitter (Chris) did an amazing job from start to finish- a true perfectionist. We were also very impressed with our service from Wren and our designer, Robert, also did a fantastic job for us.

We have had an issue with water pressure on the new taps, which was not explained very well by the site surveyor.
Better packaging on the units for delivery would save Wren money on damaged units being replaced with the kitchen fitter having to return and ultimately save us the customer money on the kitchen cost.

Very good workmanship on install, we are very happy with the kitchen.

As before we have said in a review we do not want a Amazon voucher, we do not use Amazon this is because of how they treat their employees, but the other than that we are happy very with Wrens.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. My friend just got his there too. I couldn't recommend this company enough! I shopped around and there was no comparison.
My daughter having an extension in July and will be going to Wren's too.
First class and think of everything.
