Wren Kitchens

We have taken 14 years to sort our kitchen out and we chose wren from the planning of our kitchen and installation went so well, we are so happy with the end result.

We recently sold our house which we had a Wren kitchen fitted in it around 13 years ago, we must say that this was the main selling feature and we actually sold our property within 5 days of it going on the market! It was a no brainer that our outdated kitchen in our new property had to be another fabulous Wren kitchen. From start to finish the Bolton store gave us a first class service with knowledgeable and helpful staff, they came and measured the kitchen/dining area and followed through with the planning/design of it including new flooring. Johnathan was full of ideas and guided us through the picking of all the needed units etc. The kitchen arrived a couple of weeks later and our fitters found everything easily fitted, there were a couple of items missing, a phone call to Wren customer services and these were delivered to us very quickly and without any hassle. A second wonderful experience with a well organised and trustworthy Company, thanks to all at Wren kitchens for making what could have been something of a nightmare into a very pleasant experience. PS have seen 2 more Wren kitchen delivery vehicles in the past weeks delivering more quality kitchens close by on our estate.

Design of kitchen went very well, lots of detailed information and no problem when I wanted to change the smallest detail, arrived on time fantastic quality and I am in love with the kitchen.

Wren delivered our long-awaited kitchen, not noting that the built in double oven was not delivered. Instead, they sent us a poorly executed email with 'cut & paste' and blank 'fill in the space' options for them to complete, with the missing appliance, after the delivery to let us know the double oven was NOT in the delivery, giving us excuses and spiel about covid and the container ship that was stuck in the Suez Canal (which occurred in March 2021 and this is now June 2022) etc. stating that this rarely happens. Well, considering they are using a 'fill in the blank' and 'cut & paste' email, it clearly shouts that this happens a lot. To date we have been left confused, increasingly anxious and becoming ill due to 4 different people having sent us emails from Wren - some from a 'noreply' address, so you'll be hitting your head against a brick wall. It has now been 3 days and they have not helped in any way…… just making us ill. So, I'd suggest to avoid this company at all costs. Try Howdens, Magnet, Wickes, B&Q kitchens…. Any one other than Wren.

Unforgettable experience in choosing my kitchen. I have already recommend Wren kitchen to several people and hope they get the same experience as I did. Couldn't be more please.

Although we had done quite a lot of planning before visiting the showroom, we found that the input from the design team was really helpful. We ended up with exactly what we wanted.

I arranged for Lee to come and help design my new kitchen, the cabinets are top quality and I love my work service that matches perfectly.
Nothing was too much trouble for Lee.

Never by a Wren Kitchen when doing a extension - They talk you into locking prices up and send surveyors around afterwards but then it all comes back to agreements made before extensions are done - Kitchen is not per diagram - Cany believe how many Wren calls etc were made but in the end kicthen is shorter than planned and they wont do anything but offer £70 back - Whole kitchen extension look as gone as eating the breakfast bar is still in old kitchen than new extension and £70 offered on Top of the range kitchen

I recently purchased a kitchen from Wren after months of researching different designs and providers. I couldn't be happier with my decision. The kitchen's design is simply stunning, and the ash grey colour is the perfect choice to give my kitchen a modern and stylish feel.

The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the kitchen. The drawers and cabinets are easy to open and close, and the soft-close mechanism prevents any accidental slamming. The rounded corners on the quartz worktops help avoid any bumps by my children. I was particularly impressed by the level of customization available.
