From the minute we walked in to the show room we were well looked after. Max took his time explaining things to us and was very patient even tho we kept on changing our minds with many things. We chose a new kitchen from Wren and with the help of the advisor got a lovely kitchen with all new appliances for much less than we were expecting. The fitters were very professional and clean in their work. We are very pleased with the kitchen and would highly recommend Wren to anyone thinking of a new kitchen.

Great service from start to finish, the cabinets are lovely, equivalent to the more expensive companies. We are very pleased we used their fitters, cannot praise them enough. Would defiantly recommend Wren

The whole experience has been really easy. My designer, Daniel from Guildford was absolutely brilliant and very helpful. The delivery was nice and easy plus any damaged goods or parts of the design which needed tweaking were replaced by Wren FOC. I would recommend Wren for any kitchen!

We've never shopped at Wren before so this was a completely new experience and wow. It was amazing. From the staff right through to the stock and choice and knowledge it was such an enjoyable experience we actually enjoyed going back and for until we completed our kitchen.

The design service was exceptional, Shaun at the Exeter Branch was innovative and considerate of our needs.
Delivery was prompt and efficient. Build quality superb, it went together quickly and easily, with exceptional instructions.
Couple of minor issues, rectified promptly by customer service with speedy delivery of parts.
All round, an excellent experience.

Phoned with 1 measurement issue, and 1 missed part. Both issues resolved without fuss and very speedy replacement.

From start to finish Wren have been great. Our designer was fantastic, finding clever ways to get in the things we wanted. The delivery was on time and everything there (something people warned us a out but no issues from me). Quartz fitting was quicker than we were quoted and price was cheaper than Howdens and B&Q.

From start to finish I was extremely impressed with Wren. Callum, our designer, was so patient, creative and helpful with the design of our awkward shaped kitchen. The delivery was on time, and the drivers were really polite and considerate in where they put all the boxes. One item was missing, a quick call to customer services fixed that. We used our own fitters, and despite having a few issues with Wren in the past, they couldn't fault our delivery and everything went together smoothly. I'm so so happy with the kitchen, the digital renders were great but the real thing is incredible!

More than happy with wren from design to delivery, had no issues all was helpful. Replacement sent out straight away. Had my own fitter, but up to fitting wren was very helpful, i loved all online videos and help.

We had a great experience with Wren Kitchens at the Milford, CT location. The sales associate we worked with, Tavon H., was awesome. Our project was a unique one and he was patient and thoughtful in providing recommendations and applying his product knowledge. The products are quality. There are a wide range of options to customize your space. The process is quick and easy, and the turn around is faster than anyone else in the industry.

Terrible service, lots of delays in everything, lack and confusing communications between the company and the fitter, and it's the customer at the end who has to wait and keep chasing this up. They are only nice and dedicated until you pay them. I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone!

I found the whole experience really good. The planning and design by Wren. But i installed myself. All the plans, drawings, instructions and documents gave me the confidence to complete, and i am happy with the outcome. Many people who visit my flat are also impressed with my new kitchen.

I bought a whole kitchen from Wren. The team in the showroom were fab with planning, designing ideas etc. The problem started when the kitchen was delivered. 8 items were missing. Called the customer care line, was on hold for 45 min before someone could answer the call. It took another 20 mins for the advisor to order replacements. During the installation, found more items missing and damaged. Went to the app/online to order replacements, the system kept giving me an error. Tried calling the Customer Care line, was put on hold waiting for an advisor for another 50 mins.

Just wish that Wren kitchens would invest some more resources into answering customer calls promptly rather than making them wait for 45-50mins listening to music.

The design stage was so easy, a couple of visits to the Wren showroom and it was all sorted! The build stage was very quick and we hardly noticed any mess, the fitter was excellent and took in all our requests and carried them out efficiently and with expertise. All the old units were taken away quickly leaving it all clean and tidy. Thank you Wren Kitchens!

My kitchen was chosen (via a mobile van!) I chose cream gloss fronts,j close.
Delivery was easy and uneventful via the Wren app,and it was easy to order items I either forgot or changed my mind about!. Delivery was always timely.
The temporary sink was really useful. My experience was excellent and I can't say just how pleased I am with my result!

Thrilled with my kitchen from Wren. Service was excellent and very helpful with ideas. Elena Rubino was very professional and talked me through everything. The installers were very efficient and did a great job left everywhere clean and tidy. The clean up operation of the discarded kitchen was quickly done. I would recommend Wren to anyone who wanted a new kitchen

Wren have given me my dream kitchen and I couldn't ask for anything better.
From the planning stage to the delivery. We bought pre made and fitted it ourselves and the instructions were amazing. A few parts had been missing and an online form made it easy to order and they were sent within 24 hours.

Planners are terrible and customer service worse. Installers take forever. A month or more for a simple install. Find someone else

The kitchen planner was amazing. Really helpful throughout the process. There was an issue with one unit arriving damaged but this was replaced as soon as I contacted Wren, with no charge. I had an issue with my plan including too many worktops also which seemed to have been a planning error on the system. This was also refunded to me without me needing to raise a complaint. All in all a really good process throughout and have recommended to friends and family!

My experience with wren was good I had a few problems with appliances and chasing up a refund and only had 1 damaged unit which was sorted out just a few difficulties with delivery. Some people have said I should have been compensated but at the time it was stressful so didn't complain I just wanted my kitchen finished and it is and I am so pleased with it.

We had a full kitchen refit, Wren showrooms were very good to see the quality and choice and ideas on design. We had good customer service throughout with constant updates on progress. Would definitely recommend.
