From start to finish Wren were really helpful. The design stage was great, any changes we made were all dealt with. The delivery was spot on, even the flooring which came from another company arrived exactly on time. We had quartz tops, expensive compared to alternatives but worth it in my opinion. The measuring and fitting of these tops also went like a dream, they delivered ahead of schedule. The quality of the units is very good. To cap it all the 0% finance deal really made it worth doing, I would certainly recommend Wren based on my experience with them.
It is difficult for me to understand how you continue to push a false narrative, when there is documented proof of the failures of Wren. You continue to change the story so it appears that Wren has no accountability. You should go back and read some of the reviews about the poor service of your organization. It is also unfathonable that there is no escalation process and a customer service manager is the end of the road. It is also disappointing that Mr. Pullan cowards away from addressing any of this. Let me be candid, you are the most rigid non-customer centric egotistical company rep that I have ever dealt with. You may think your responses are well thought out and not disparaging, insulting and patronizing, you are wrong. Rest assured that you have accomplished your goal of providing inferior customer service and leaving another customer searching for a resolution. As I said before you have a great product, however your inferior customer service overshadows all of that. As you purposely do not provide your direct email and hide behind a generic support email, I will take the opportunity to let those that read this that Wren is not a place that you should take pride in as your employer. We love our new kitchen ordered through wren but fitted by our own fitter.
Great quality. A couple of issues with faulty doors but these were easy to rectify and new items ordered

Our kitchen was fitted in February 2019, within 6 months the units were starting to discolour and flake, wren blamed us for cleaning them wrong, we raised a sec75, Wren even threatened the bank not to settle beyond their offfer ( SARS) the financial ombudsman found in our favour, Wren refused to comply with the ruling, finally Sept 2022, the bank complied without Wren, and we got a resolution, life is too short to get a wren kitchen

I was very hesitant to remodel my kitchen because I've heard so many horrible stories. My experience with wren was excellent it really met and exceeded what I wanted the experience to be. Maria at the Newington store was so patient so thorough and knowledgeable. Wren customer service was superior! Every time I went into the wren store to meet with Maria (to make my MANY changes until I finally made up my mind lol) I received a call from customer service to check in. Every time a deadline was met, another check in call. When order finalized, a call. Prior to delivery and at delivery, a call. It was so reassuring to have wren kitchens on it every step of the way. When my contractor discovered that a panel was missing I called wren and it was sent to me right away. When one hinge wasn't soft closing (I know…not really a big deal) the hinge was express mailed by wren. Such an easy process. I would absolutely recommend WREN hands down. Prices were also really reasonable. I actually thought the total figure was wrong at first! Can't say enough good things about wren. My cabinets are just beautiful, my kitchen looks amazing!
