From start to finish Wren were really helpful. The design stage was great, any changes we made were all dealt with. The delivery was spot on, even the flooring which came from another company arrived exactly on time. We had quartz tops, expensive compared to alternatives but worth it in my opinion. The measuring and fitting of these tops also went like a dream, they delivered ahead of schedule. The quality of the units is very good. To cap it all the 0% finance deal really made it worth doing, I would certainly recommend Wren based on my experience with them.
I have had the cabinets for 3 yrs. Now they are coming unglued at the bottom of the cabinets.I have to say I have had nothing but problems from the beginning. It took months to get the cabinets in and right. And now they are falling apart. Very disappointed and unhappy.
Helpful and friendly staff. Our designer helped us design a lovely kitchen that was exactly what we wanted.

Where do you start
The delivery guys who didnt have a clue how to stack units?
Joiner came saturday to fit units, only to find 2 units broken underneath, 2 doors damaged
Had to wait a week for replacements,
Started fitting kitchen, only to find Wrong doors had been sent! Another 10 days waiting for replacements
Fitted one side of kitchen, Only to find Wrong cabinet for fridge /freezer had been sent,
It was 70/30 instead of 50/50
ANOTHER 10 days waiting for replacement. As well as end panel that was damaged,
Getting rather FED UP now,
Third fridge freezef unit came, right size but no plinth for fridge freezer fitting.
Then found out they had sent WRONG cornice
Too much bottom one, NOT enough top one!
THey then sent a plinth for fridge freezer, only to discover it was only 2 shelves!
So joiner had to fabricate a plinth
If you want to get your kitchen fitted in 5 or 6 week timeframe then buy from wren
Otherwise AVOID AT ALL COST, go elsewhere
OH and customer service were raising a complaint,
STILL waiting to hear from them after 3 weeks, Dont hold out much hope of THAT happening!
Salesman happy to take money
But any problems,
DONT expect them to return calls!

A horrible company whose unprofessional managers and customer care would not process refund! If I could give -10 stars, I would!
I was excited to start my kitchen cabinet project with Wren Kitchen until deposits was charged twice! I called Lawrenceville store in Mercer Mall, NJ. For a refund. John told me that he will text Connor in finance to contact me. I had to follow up with customer care the next day after no one reached out. Connor in finance finally returned my call but didn't process refund until 7 days later. The only reason he did it was because he was hoping I would proceed to sign the contract. Rebecca Danberry, showroom design manager, called to give me the story that the company had difficulties issuing the refund! Really! Why wasn't I informed? I called customer care to ask the reasons for the delay. Instead of empathizing with the double charges, I was told "what are you hoping to get out of this and there is no Connor here. You spoke with Cesar!" This was a lie! I have attached screenshots of my texts with Michael Martinez, a new designer who clearly named Connor was responsible for the refund. I know and remembered whom I spoke with! I completely understand mistakes can happen but admit it.
After this difficult experience, I decided not to invest with this company because of a lack of communication and no support from the managers. I told Rebecca on Sunday 2/20, who agreed to a full deposit refund. As of today, 3/8, I still have not received it. Rebecca told me on 2/27 she personally issued but Jason from customer care contradicted by telling me yesterday that no one can issue refund only they can. Furthermore, he said because of system glitch, I can only get 50% of the refund in a company check and the remaining to my credit card. I paid by Visa card which Wren had no problems charging not only once but twice. In order to receive a refund, I must wait at their mercy. Credit card refund will require additional 3-5 business days and check will receive in weeks! This entire experience is horrible! If anyone is looking for great customer service, this is not the company from my personal experience. I will continue to write reviews and contact local tv stations until my credit card is refunded!
Tip for consumers:
Do not allow the management team to rush you into signing the contract. Shop around as there are many other great companies who have trained designers.

I don't normally write reviews, but so poor was our experience of Wren, and just how much stress they put my wife under, means I feel compelled to document the following. There were so many opportunities for Wren to make good in some way and address the issues, but my overall feeling is no one wanted to take accountability for the failings and so they've just stuck their head in the sand of a situation that's progressively worsened.
The "too-long, didn't read" list of issues we've had throughout our journey are as follows (be warned it is still pretty lengthy):
My wife was told she was "taking up too much time" by her first sales rep, pre-deposit.
The surveyor missed a pretty obvious and visible box corner which turned out to have an immovable water pipe there, prompting a hasty redesign of the kitchen with my wife having to revisit the showroom on work time
Said redesign made some pretty poor aesthetic choices to work around the pipe. Essentially, stick a plank of wood asymmetrically on one side. Not quite the upscale design we'd paid for.
Our second designer ordered the wrong colour profiles. Rather than admitting fault, she doubled down and insinuated my wife had chosen them at the beginning. Who consciously picks a colour they hate?
These colour profiles took five working days to ship. My wife was on the phone for hours trying to find some option to get them faster, but there was no solution-focused approach, no help, no accountability for the mistake.
Our contractor began erecting the kitchen. Four drawer faces fell off before they'd even got out of the box. We had to use the contractors time to fix drawers rather than installing the unit we paid for.
The second designer over-sold us on panels, to the tune of £450 in extra materials we have no use for and is now just sitting in our living room.
Both my contractor and my wife rang the showroom almost daily trying to deal with the issue of the colour profiles and drawers and no one would answer the phone. To get the designer on a call, she had to call from my phone so she didn't recognise the number (guess what she picked up)
The whole kitchen is erected and it turns out they sent the wrong unit for the oven and microwave, one that has no dividing shelf. This is pretty critical as you can't balance the microwave on the oven without it. But the whole kitchen's fitted in place now. Wren customer service just wanted to send us a unit, so I guess we're meant to just start over?
My wife then spends 45 minutes on the phone, on hold, and is offered £50 for her trouble. Oh and it'll be another two working days for the shelf to arrive (which my contractor will have somehow bodge on).
What have I learned from all this? Firstly, my wife is amazing. Like the sheer amount of work required from her to keep this to even where we're at now has been Herculean. And second, don't use Wren. Not if you want to have a working kitchen by Christmas.

We ordered our complete kitchen in January with a scheduled delivery to be made in February.
When the delivery was made, the hood was missing and it was delivered 2 weeks later. The washing machine was also missing at the initial delivery and was only delivered 6 weeks later, essentially leaving me with no washing machine for 1.5 months.
We weren't able to check all of the boxes at the delivery (they were so many!) as that would mean that we will have to shift all the boxes and check them manually whilst the delivery was made (the drivers came by with no scanners).
When we were ready to assemble the kitchen, we found various damages which were reported via the wren app which was fine. However, for every item that it is not on the app/ order (i. E. chrome fittings, plinth fittings etc.) it takes ages to be processed and I have to wait for 7 days for someone to get back to me! We are without a kitchen (or even a sink!) since January of this year!
Now, for over 2 weeks, they are not wanting to send me plastic pieces to install the base unit chromes and making it incredibly difficult to finally finish my kitchen installation! Multiple message exchanges over 6 packs (12 units) of chrome fittings! Same situation for plinth boar fixings – I have been given 2 pieces for a 3 section kitchen (there should be 6!)!.
I have my worktop contractors booked for 21/06 and it looks like yet again, I need to postpone it before I can finally have a normal life and a kitchen which I can use! This is extremely frustrating considering how much I paid for the kitchen. Moreover a customer service person called Paige had the audacity to tell me to search my entire house for the chrome pieces - how rude and disrespectful!
NB: Being so frustrated, I even checked if I can just buy it again off the internet and I cannot find it anywhere either! Also, I just cancelled my direct debit as I did not receive a product I paid for!
