Really pleased with our kitchen from Wrens. The quality of the units is excellent. Really pleased with the design and all the features that were suggested by the design team. We were really well looked after in the Aintree store. Would highly recommend.
We had a great experience, the designer helped us choose a fab kitchen, had great ideas to maximise space and ironed out a few challenges. We also had a great experience after buying the kitchen, a few items were not available / didn't arrive and they were replaced without issue.

I got my kitchen in November from Newport I found staff in the shop very friendly and nothing was a problem. Naomi was very helpful when helping us when we was deciding which kitchen to have. Very helpful

We had a brilliant experience with Wren from the moment we walked through the showroom door.
Designing was really enjoyable and our kitchen designer really knew what he was doing and how best to deliver what we were looking for.
Installation was fantastic and the team really knew what they were doing. The quality of the units are incredible. So happy.
We have had a kitchen sent to us, as part of our 20 year warranty, the kitchen we have been supplied with is different to what we have already installed and the J-Pull is considerably smaller. This has made it hard for us to open the cupboards as the handle is alot smaller and elder family members are struggling to use this.
Wren have offered us £145 towards handles! Who wants to put handles on a handle less kitchen? It makes no sense. Because we said no to this, they are then telling us we will then need to pay for new doors, which they want £724 for. Which is alot of money for doors that we don't even like, the only reason they have been offered is because they are of the same colour - other than this, they have offered us a kitchen of another range and we would be expected to pay for this as well.
I don't feel like this is reasonable that we are being asked to fork out for a new kitchen when this is something that is beyond our control,

We had a very pleasant experience from planning to fitting, no problems occurred, only solutions. We brought our kitchen from the Wolverhampton branch and got 3d images and the kitchen units went together in the kitchen beautifully and professionally.

Our new kitchen is so modern and a great place to work, whilst preparing our meals. It is ergonomicly ideal and a pleasure to be in.

From our first showroom visit staff were very helpful and assisted in realising our ideal kitchen. Staff were helpful and courteous. From placing the order until completion of the project were were kept fully informed. The delivery and installation were made according to the timetable we were given. Installation went smoothly and efficiently. The team were helpful and worked with us to ensure all went well including our use of the kitchen.

Designing was straight forward and the designer was very helpful. The kitchen arrived prompt,on time and fully assembled. Installation was done by myself and all plans and instructions was included and the very small problem I did have was sorted with one very quick phone call and was explained very easily.
From the design to the installation and down to the price was absolutely brilliant. Very well recommended.

My experience with wren from our agent to delivery was very professional and done in a timely manner. Our agent Sandra listened to us and was very professional and polite and when we wasn't sure helped us make a decision. The delivery team were very professional and delivered our kitchen carefully and were also polite. I needed 2 doors replacing which was easy to do and were delivered quickly. An overall good experience.

I ordered my kitchen from Stevenage. The Salesman came out to measure and was on time and very polite.
I went to the showroom and discussed the plan and was shown various products such as sinks and taps to choose from. I made payment and a few days later I changed things slightly. I treated as nothing was to much trouble and had surperb service from Dan.
My fitter Peter Reynolds and team also gave surperb service.
I am extremely pleased with my kitchen and would recommend Wrens to everyone

The whole experience from start to finish was well planned and professional.
My only one issue was the main driver, he was a little grumpy and not as careful with the boxes as I would have liked.
The after servic was also excellent.

I purchased a new kitchen 3 June 2023, kitchen showed up, work got started... then... it stopped, bits were missing- now here we are almost May 2024 its not finished, its not fully unusable. I have emailed them, called them, sent photos you name it. They run me in circles. Will not finish the kitchen, they will not fix the problem. They sent me shelving that weighs so much, the installer could not lift- they refuse to refund, or fix, I purchased other shelving myself, they have been there since November 2023... not up. The lighting is on the floor- not in usable condition,,, I must have literally 75+ of emails back and forward where they ask the same questions, I reply, then another person tells me to resend. There is concrete all over my ceiling, holes in my wall... freezer cannot open (I purchased from them also). I am now over it and will go on every web site, UK Govt to get this resolved. Shameful, dreadful company. They should be put out of business, so unsuspecting people like myself does not have to go through this!
Excellent design and quality fitting. The designer Lena at the York branch took her time and designed the perfect kitchen for us. The delivery service was good and fitter, Irek was a perfectionist and it showed in finished article. Superb.
