Wren Kitchens

The kitchen is fantastic, the quality and look is great. The only issue was that the designer hadn't considered certain things with regards to the shape of the room and gaps etc so these weren't highlighted to us and it wasn't fully clear on the plans. Luckily, our Wren fitter was amazing and he managed some adapt panels and the worktops themsleves to ensure the gaps weren't visible on completion. We absolutely love our kitchen.

Wren did exactly what it said on their advertising bill board and from designer to quotation to delivery dates for units and Quartz installation it all went smoothly-like a storm free cruise!

Wren staff were great, customer service 5 star, and installation team were super too. Would recommend them to everyone. The job was managed perfectly and I am so pleased with the result.

Wren were a fantastic company to deal with from design through to delivery. Incredible service and quality of kitchen. Wren are the bench mark that all other companies should strive to be.

Good experience from securing our kitchen at a specific price and able to make small changes with little problem. Delivered on time and pleased with overall quality of the units and appliances.

I'm a builder and mainly fit kitchens from Howdens, b and q etc and really had no intention of purchasing a Wren kitchen but went to the Guildford showroom looking for ideas for my own kitchen.
I got speaking to Calvin a designer/ ex kitchen fitter ( not sure if he was a kitchen fitter at one point but had compete knowledge) who was absolutely great no sales bull nothing,cut a long story short I was impressed so ordered my kitchen to fit myself and the service was absolutely faultless, quality service any problems resolved with no stress, couldn't not recommend enough, when asked now who I would recommend it would have to be Wren

Poor quality of worktops. Poor customer service. Needed new work tops replacing - expected to coordinate works etc. No ownership from Wren to solve their problems.

The planning was easy and kitchen arrived on time. One unit was damaged but was replaced the next day. I can't fault anything. Thank you!

Our designer did an amazing job. The only thing we changed from his original design was adding a dishwasher. Our kitchen is from 1955 and had never been updated. Amazing experience.

From planning, to delivery and installation - everything was carefully planned, with the customer being at the centre of the operation - would highly recommend without hesitation.

My kitchen experience was amazing was fitted by Andy so experienced and excellent at his profession helped me with all other jobs and contacts I needed he needs a medal for putting up with me

From the initial planning to the final finish I can't recommend the purchase process enough. We were very fortunate to have Adam in Norwich, a very experienced kitchen designer, plan the kitchen. He was adaptable to my requests and enhanced the layout, quickly recognising and correcting any problem areas with the design. The surveyor who came out to double check my measurements was polite and efficient and gave extra peace of mind. The kitchen itself was delivered at the time arranged and only a few doors were delayed and sent within a couple of days by post and very well packaged. One cupboard door and a shelf received were damaged and two drawer fittings missing out of the whole large kitchen I ordered. I was impressed that most of the parts missing or damaged could be reported and replaced using a simple online process. For the damaged shelf (unavailable for replacement via the app) I had to call customer service who were extremely helpful and arranged the speedy delivery of the replacement. We fitted the kitchen ourselves. This is my 4th 'new' kitchen I have had fitted in my life as a home owner and this was certainly the most efficient and cost effective of them all.

From here moment we walked into Chelmsford showroom the service was excellent.
Going through the stage process, sending emails with updates all the time.

From start to finish we couldn't fault Wren kitchens. From many alterations during planning and sending out replacement part the service was first class

F I could give zero stars I would. Showroom and design experience was good, thereafter awful. Kitchen installation was 24th June 2022; now, 18 weeks later, still not complete. After-sales and customer service woeful. They have made six further attempts to deliver the correct replacement items but, on each occasion, managed to deliver components of the wrong colour, finish or both! Items have arrived damaged, and I could go on. Contacting (so called) customer service is difficult/impossible; (the last time I was told I was third in the queue but did not get through for 40 mins! The lady who finally answered refused to tell me how many people were working in the department at the time; must have only been one or two which in itself tells a story). I have written twice to Mr Pullen, the CEO, both by recorded delivery but not had even a response. In total there have been six wrong deliveries, 224 emails, several hours on the telephone, and at least 300 miles of unnecessary/wasted trips and the kitchen is still not complete after four months. My advice; do not ever get involved with Wren Kitchens, there are so many better companies to deal with.

Really great help designing the kitchen with Keiran at Bedford. He advised what to have and what not to waste money on.
A few problems but all sorted very quickly without fuss

Had a great experience the design process was great, we changed things alot and they were always happy to help. Everything arrived on delivery nothing damaged

We ordered an extra part after the delivery of the kitchen it came quickly and again they were happy to help

Chose Wren as always gets good reviews could have not been happier from initial meeting to meeting fitters everything was seemless would recommend Wren for there very professional servuce

From start to finish, Dean from the Derby branch was exceptional. Products arrived on time and after service was at the same level. Any missing parts were quickly replaced.

Fairly straightforward but quite a bit of back and forth to with various staff to ensure we got the right parts. Once we got there though everything was great.
