From start to finish Wren were really helpful. The design stage was great, any changes we made were all dealt with. The delivery was spot on, even the flooring which came from another company arrived exactly on time. We had quartz tops, expensive compared to alternatives but worth it in my opinion. The measuring and fitting of these tops also went like a dream, they delivered ahead of schedule. The quality of the units is very good. To cap it all the 0% finance deal really made it worth doing, I would certainly recommend Wren based on my experience with them.
It is difficult for me to understand how you continue to push a false narrative, when there is documented proof of the failures of Wren. You continue to change the story so it appears that Wren has no accountability. You should go back and read some of the reviews about the poor service of your organization. It is also unfathonable that there is no escalation process and a customer service manager is the end of the road. It is also disappointing that Mr. Pullan cowards away from addressing any of this. Let me be candid, you are the most rigid non-customer centric egotistical company rep that I have ever dealt with. You may think your responses are well thought out and not disparaging, insulting and patronizing, you are wrong. Rest assured that you have accomplished your goal of providing inferior customer service and leaving another customer searching for a resolution. As I said before you have a great product, however your inferior customer service overshadows all of that. As you purposely do not provide your direct email and hide behind a generic support email, I will take the opportunity to let those that read this that Wren is not a place that you should take pride in as your employer. Stay Away from Wren Kitchen
We purchased a kitchen from Wren in the summer of 2020.
You'll feel very important when you walk into your meeting with Wren kitchen designers. They will cuddle you, they will make you feel comfortable and you'll be fed and even bubbly is on the menu...
Our design was very challenging, nevertheless, you would expect they know what's all about and will do the planning as it should be. Unfortunately, not everything went according to planning.
It is important to mention, that the kitchen was not delivered on time and we were not updated on time about the delay.
Our installer soon discovered that several parts of the kitchen were delivered damaged. Contacting Wren was not easy, dealing with their customer service was an utter nightmare.
We've lost precious days and incurred extra costs due to their mistakes. Still, to date, we have not received an apology, not mentioning to repay the extras.
I'm happy to say that our unforgettable experience was turned into a success as we managed to turn away half a dozen of potential new customers. I know it's not much, but I hope this review will help others to choose wisely and avoid making the same mistakes we've made, buying a kitchen from Wren.

Fairs fair, they do a good sales job on you. But after that just about everything goes wrong. 1. Broken kitchen parts, missing kitchen parts, incorrectly labelled boxes with different colour parts inside, multiple replacements (I had one cabinet delivered 3 times as it was broken twice on delivery) damage inside the house from the delivery team which they deny knowledge of, many multiple spares deliveries. When you call customer care you easily spend 45mins to 1 hr on hold each call, either they are under staffed or huge number of calls (don't take my word for it, call up customer care and see how long you spend on hold).
Had a dispute over damage caused by their delivery drivers. I had to get evidence over inside 48 hours, I asked at that point if they had everything they needed and they said yes. Two months later they deny the it was them then asked for more evidence (Their delivery drivers claimed they handed over the kitchen to us outside the house yet they delivered it inside the house, how do you prove otherwise two months later!? At the time I could have used the Ring doorbell footage.
I wish I had used a kitchen builder at half the price and would have been equal/better quality. My advice would be to stay away from this company.

I purchased the top of the range kitchen from Wren. The designer was great, but everything that followed quickly went down hill. I was left without water in my kitchen for 6 weeks and it took a year to get them out to finish removing my old kitchen and to fix some problems with the installation (which still hasn't been finished) They also require you to pay the whole balance before they deliver or start the installation. That should tell you something!
I am happy with my kitchen now that it's nearly complete, but it was hard work getting this far. I wish I would of done a bit more research before hand.
An update... The under cabinet lights were never screwed in, just taped. They have now at least come out to look at the problem and ordered the screws. I would think they would have those to hand, wrong! It's now going on 2 months and they haven't been out to do that simple job. My lights are now hanging by the wires.
Update! After 10 months of phone calls, Wren have sent a carpenter out to fix the problems. A few soft closures are needed and a note was put on the worksheet. That was 2 weeks ago, I haven't heard anything yet and nothing has been received. I'm hoping it doesn't take another 10 months to get those posted out...

TERRIBLE customer service. Grade F
One star is too many stars. I dealt with 3 reps, while 2 just were flat out incompetant, the 3rd was a condescending jerk. The 1st install team out of NY were bad, they deliberately hid flaws, left shims behind cabinets that weren't flush to the wall, were messy with the detail work, and hurried their way out on the 2nd day. Photos attached to show just some of the shoddy work they did. After getting the 1st set of replacement parts, they sent a 2nd install company (who were Awesome both professionally and with their outstanding customer service - CE Solutions A+) who fixed the original issues and then discovered more shoddy work. The entire countertop had to be replaced it had been installed so badly. After receiving more product to fix the new issues, I got ghosted by my "personal customer service rep" and it has been one runaround after another. I have a "lifetime warranty" from Wren which feels laughable at this point, I don't trust them to be reliable. I'm supposed to be getting a $299 rebate check from Wren which I'm not holding my breath for. Things looked so promising in the beginning and ended up to be a mess. I do not recommend Wren at all and that is sad because I always want and root for a local company to succeed in business.

From the initial planning to the final finish I can't recommend the purchase process enough. We were very fortunate to have Adam in Norwich, a very experienced kitchen designer, plan the kitchen. He was adaptable to my requests and enhanced the layout, quickly recognising and correcting any problem areas with the design. The surveyor who came out to double check my measurements was polite and efficient and gave extra peace of mind. The kitchen itself was delivered at the time arranged and only a few doors were delayed and sent within a couple of days by post and very well packaged. One cupboard door and a shelf received were damaged and two drawer fittings missing out of the whole large kitchen I ordered. I was impressed that most of the parts missing or damaged could be reported and replaced using a simple online process. For the damaged shelf (unavailable for replacement via the app) I had to call customer service who were extremely helpful and arranged the speedy delivery of the replacement. We fitted the kitchen ourselves. This is my 4th 'new' kitchen I have had fitted in my life as a home owner and this was certainly the most efficient and cost effective of them all.

F I could give zero stars I would. Showroom and design experience was good, thereafter awful. Kitchen installation was 24th June 2022; now, 18 weeks later, still not complete. After-sales and customer service woeful. They have made six further attempts to deliver the correct replacement items but, on each occasion, managed to deliver components of the wrong colour, finish or both! Items have arrived damaged, and I could go on. Contacting (so called) customer service is difficult/impossible; (the last time I was told I was third in the queue but did not get through for 40 mins! The lady who finally answered refused to tell me how many people were working in the department at the time; must have only been one or two which in itself tells a story). I have written twice to Mr Pullen, the CEO, both by recorded delivery but not had even a response. In total there have been six wrong deliveries, 224 emails, several hours on the telephone, and at least 300 miles of unnecessary/wasted trips and the kitchen is still not complete after four months. My advice; do not ever get involved with Wren Kitchens, there are so many better companies to deal with.
