I emailed you guys the day after over corrections that needed to be changed. Kevin confirmed the order was fixed I opened the envelope today and the name is spelled completely wrong. I want a refund or for you guys to correct it and ship it back to me immediately with no extra charge I needed these by the 21st.

Great product and pretty good prices.
So far I have opened 2 bags of 100, I assume, but one bracelet was broken and 2 were missing from each of those 2 bags. Not sure if they would be in the other bags...

Product is Great and Customer Service is excellent! Tyler was very informative and extremely helpful. I requested a sample and received it within 48 hours and they were fabulous! Great Product at Reasonable Pricing!

They are very thin, but the printed look great. Good quality. Size is HUGE though! The wristband is even big on my husband, so it will look ridiculous on the kids I ordered them for. Unfortunately they probably won't wear them.

Needed these for a meeting

Needed these for a meeting. Order was delayed I was told due to the virus in China. If that's the case it probably should have been told up front. I was offered a lower quality product that could get here on time...but at the same price as the higher quality. I took it so I would at least have something for the meeting.

My original order was received on time however the wristbands were not tactile like my previous order two years ago. While I didn't have the correct wristbands for my two events, I called and spoke with Brent who immediately reordered the correct wristbands. So overall my experience was very good. Thank you so much for your responsiveness. I really appreciate the assistance I received.

It will be a great gift for our 40th Class Reunion... Being the Reunion Chairperson for the Graduating Class of 1980, I always want the classmates to leave with wonderful memories and some sort of "token", party favor, or whatever you choose to call it...

The folks on chat are amazing

The folks on chat are amazing. They take care of stuff, they appear to be empowered to make decisions and I LIKE that! While my order was not correct the first time, I am hopeful that by next Thursday (promised delivery) that will all be corrected.

One complaint I do have is that I tried calling on Monday, was on hold for 15 minutes waiting for someone after pressing 1 on the phone and left a voicemail. Nowhere did it mention that MAYBE they were closed for the holiday and no-one called me back. That aside, Kevin resolved my issue quickly and effectively.

Do not use them if wristband color is important. I ordered three different color bands and two out of the three bands colors were not as expected. The company DOES NOT stand behind their "Happiness
Guarantee". They left me high and dry with no bands for 150 guests 3 days before my event. They did refund me for the bands they did not deliver but I requested a full refund for my entire order due to the exhorbitant measures (multiple phone calls, emails, messages through their website, facebook posts, etc) I had to go to to get them to do anything about one of the two miscolored bands. They refused.

Relatively easy shopping experience. However, a little bit more pricey than I was hoping. And it took a little bit too longer to produce and arrive to me. I do really like the smaller bracelets though, they are just what I wanted! The large ones are a little bit too big and the words are too small in relation to the size, I feel.

I never received my order and if I knew the items were being produced in China I would not have ordered them. I could've easily contacted China as well, placed a large order and possibly paid a cheaper price. My main issue is that I have not received the item that I paid for already.
