Been wanting a bracelet in memory of a friend that passed away. I want it asap. I saw on amazon that delivery is about 20 days. I didnt want to wait that long. On the website I had the opinion for fast delivery. I ordered from the site and chose fast delivery. Yes a little pricey but I really want the braclet asap.

I emailed you guys the day after over corrections that needed to be changed. Kevin confirmed the order was fixed I opened the envelope today and the name is spelled completely wrong. I want a refund or for you guys to correct it and ship it back to me immediately with no extra charge I needed these by the 21st.
Wristbands were nice looking until you put them on. The ink quickly came off within an hour of wearing it. Never would recommend or would I buy from this vendor again. A waste of time and money!
Maybe it's just me but I can't actually get the wristband keychain around my fairly small wrist. Everything else was great, including price, promptness, and ease.
Your quality is the best but you have increased your prices without a warning or a reason for that. Also your customer service needs to have more info than they have now because they sometimes do awful mistakes.

Pricing did increase a small amount for the 2019 year on some qtys and decreased on others. Remember we do always offer discount codes. The code THX15 will take 15% off your order.
As for the issue with customer service, I recall an issue with combining 2 separate orders into 1 shipment. I apologize for that oversight and will do our best to not make that mistake again.
