I frequently shop here for my little one. Always always always happy with my purchases and the little one is even happier when she gets new toys and clothes. I've never had an issue shopping here, except one teeny tiny issue. Clerk on my last visit had an attitude that would make the devil cry, but I chalked it up to a bad day. Everyone gets one! Keep up the good work otherwise.

Babies R Us I will never feel confident to order from you again. Having waited over two months to receive goods/refund, I think your business is willing to steal money form unsuspecting customers. I am so very disappointed. I have opened a complaint case with PayPal. Very upset as I was promised a refund after my order was apparently lost!

Babies R Us I will never feel confident to order from you again. Having waited over two months to receive goods/refund, I think your business is willing to steal money form unsuspecting customers. The prices here are astronomical compared to Target, Walmart, or Amazon. They try offering a price match promotion, but good luck finding the products here in any other store. (SO basically you will never get these items for any less). I made a registry here YEARS ago not knowing how expensive they truly were & what a hassle they gave me about completing it and cancelling it. They would either call me or email me daily about it & being pregnant, I especially was annoyed. Their products are cute, but not what I am willing to pay.

This store was a great store at some point. The prices were kind of high but worth it. I used to buy babies pampers in bulk for a good price. Now, they are gone everyone. Sad. But I'm guessing Walmart did the same to this company as they do to all.

Excellent experience at the store( Babiesrus Edmonton South), Anika was really helpful in guiding us about the baby products, very knowledgeable and professional.
I will definitely recommend this store to my network.

As a new mom I am frequently researching and purchasing new products for my son. Babies R Us is a comprehensive website that provides reviews, safety ratings, specifications on each product, as well as the option to shop online, and even ship to a store site. There are frequently great sales and coupons offered on the site that are easy to take advantage of and their customer service is very helpful as well.

It is unusual for a website to give me a better experience than the store but this one did! Babies R Us has more variety online than in-store, they have great national brands, and whoever their purchaser is, that person is amazing because I can't think of one of their products I wouldn't use.

The stores tend to cater to the higher-priced items, but on the website I was able to find that $20 baby gate (in store the cheapest one was $60 and I only needed it for a dog!).

I really appreciated the selection between higher and lower priced items. I didn't want to spend my entire life's savings on a highchair or potty, but I knew my diaper bag would be with me until my youngest was at least six (not because of diapers, but because I'd need a large bag to haul around extra clothes snacks, and shoes).

I found the most beautiful diaper bag here that I actually still have in my closet today. I cut off the sewn-in diaper changing pad and it makes a beautiful purse.

I have attempted two separate orders for the same item (halo swaddle sacks). Both times the wrong item was delivered (never the same item). These are not available in the two stores near me. There is not an email/online option to get this corrected. You have to call customer service and the wait is excruciating. Customer service reps are at least pleasant, but my refund could only be given to me in a gift card (original purchase was split between credit card and gift card). I will be going to Walmart.com instead. It's unfortunate because the competition in this area of sales is so competitive and both Toys and Babies 'R Us seems to be steadily failing and surrendering to bigger box stores like Target and Walmart. Perhaps if they paid a bit more attention to details when shipping and offered more convenient methods to contact customer service, they would have more success.

I was sent a $25 coupon and every time I tried to use it it said 'already used', so I contacted customer support and the representative and supervisor were extremely condescending telling me it's because I tried to purchase a discounted item. I told them all the items I can see online have and online discounted price and asked how to go about using the coupon. The supervisor stated 'well I guess you will have to find an item that isn't discounted'. Such a bad experience!
Also the baby registry app isn't working and I was told 'it will hopefully be fixed at some point'. Customer service here sucks and i regret making a registry with them. Will be switching to buy buy baby or amazon registry.

Here the prices are high in comparison with Flipkart or Amazon. They try to sell a discount for a price match, but good luck finding the items in any other store here. I had registered YEARS ago that I didn't realize how expensive they really were and what trouble I faced.

I livevtheir baby registry service! When my son was being born we registered and family and friends who live far away were able to purchase online and all we had to do was pick up at the store! So convenient. My son's crib and mattress were of the highest quality. Lots of great choices!

For my daughters son she registered on the site. It was very easy to do and we went to the store with the list and within about an hour we had almost everything she wanted to furnish the new baby's room. They had a great variety of cribs, dressing tables. Swings and strollers. She had a great time picking out what she wanted for her new son. Quality was great and we looked at reviews before we went shopping. Returns were also easy because we returned at local toysrus. Highly recommend

We went there to look for a pillow for an infant. It was not available in that branch and they even help us find in other branches where it is available. They were able to place an order for us online so there is no need for us to go with our lil one. Good items for babies and they have membership for your lil one and be a VIP on your childs birthday

I shopped at this store 2 1/2 yrs ago with my daughter and new grandson. They had a very good selection of items and courteous help, but were a little too pricey for my taste. We purchased some of the same items at Wal-Mart at a much better price. BabiesRU's did have some things that we couldn't find anywhere else.

A lot of the time when I go into my local BabiesRUs I love what I find, but a lot of it is for girls. Like clothing and toys specifically, also bed sets and anything related to babies. If you can't already tell, I have a boy. And I am all for gender neutral items, but there's only so much yellow and brown I can put up with before I go in search of more baby friendly items. And sadly, locally there are only a small handful of stores where I can purchase him things of quality that I can feel alright in giving away as hand me downs because they aren't too destroyed. Which is generally what I find with a lot of the products I get at BabiesRUs - that a good percentage of the items I purchase can receive a lot of love from my son and then can still withstand going to another home and being just as loved and still be in one piece. I just wish there was more of a boy selection.

I got this monitor as a gift about a month before my daughter was born. We hooked it up immediately and thought it was great. Fast forward to my daughter being 4 months old. The monitor screen wouldnt turn on anymore and you could only hear sound. I called the manufacturer and they sent me a out a new camera by accident. I called them back and they immediately sent me out a monitor. They didn't even ask me to send the other items back. Well now my daughter is 7 months old and the monitor turns off when you take it off the charger.

Thanks Baby R'Us for the help & having all the babies needs. I come here very often to buy objects for baby boy to play with, even to buy gifts for baby showers or babies birthdays that i attend, also for my nephews & nieces. I been seeing the best things at very low prices. I bought here the babies rolling chair & the baby walk trainer cant be more greatful than babies R'Us for your convenient help!

I purchased a gift and it was defective. I took it back to the store with the receipt in hand. They refused to exchange or refund my money unless I let the scan my ID which could by DMV id passport ID or military ID. I didn't mind them typing in the information but they would only do the return/refund if I let them scan it. I contacted the company on the following Monday and they had me file a complaint form which I did. They had the local toys r us manager contact me in stead of the babies r us so disrespectful and rude are babies r us. I will NEVER shop there again nor will I accept anything they have sold from anyone. I was a good customer to them and now I'm sorry I ever went into their store

I shopped there for my daughter. Items were as seen however packaging was disasterous to my bank account mainly because I was using a skybox courier to ship to my country. Packages where shipped separately and there was no option to consolidate. Other than that no complaints.

Went into Milton Keynes branch today. Asked a young female where baby bouncers were answer, said somewhere in the baby section and then said go to the collect counter. Found the bouncers none on display so I asked another young female if there were on displays. One showed me another shelf one in a completely torn box but asked if I could see it out no it's in to many parts was the answer so I walked out I want to buy one that goes quite flat can't judge from a picture never go there again I saw one on website forgot what it was like if they would have had it I wouldn't have been able to see it wont go there again going to try mother are and kid discare

I purchased two items from this store in the past month. One was an exersaucer which once I opened the box was used and broken, next I traveled to Florida and went to purchase a bumbo seat. I took the only seat that was in a closed box, the rest in the aisle were opened. Once I got home I saw the bottom of the box was scotch taped shut, the seat had markings all over it and literally smelled like crap. This store truely disgusts me that they can tape up boxes and resell used returned items. When it comes to small babies, no parent should ever take a situation like this lightly. I will never shop at this store again. Buybuy baby has never disappointed and I wish there was one closer to where I'm staying currently.

We bought a Stroller in February 2019 it is a Graco Jogger... the baby was not born until September 2019, we are now February 2020 and the stroller snap (the metal part where you fold the stroller) Now this is not what i was expecting when you buy a $500.00 for a stroller on special to boot. Went to Babies R Us where we bought and basically was told that nothing could be done. To me this is outrageous. I was then ask did you buy our warrant, i was never offered to buy one. I do not know anyone that can afford to trow away $500.00 for nothing. Not impressed with Babies R Us or the product Graco

My husband and I are expecting our first baby early in the New Year ( First week of January 2024) and have gone into Babies R Us multiple times to look for baby. We've been into the store four times and not once has an employee come up to us and asked if we needed help with anything. The first time the person just told us " it's still early, you still have plenty of time". We walked out empty handed. The second time we had to ask three different people to help us and were told "you can just order this online". The third time they had what we were looking for but decided to wait and put the item back, an employee saw us carrying it around then walk out without it. The fourth time was this past weekend when we were aimlessly wondering around the car seat/ stroller section with an employee just kept walking right past us until my husband had to flag her down. All around poor service to have to flag staff down when all they do is stand around waiting for you to come up to them. I've worked retail and maybe our training was different but we were taught to interact with our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

This is the absolute WORST store to shop for babies or have a registry. The prices are about 25% higher than anywhere else, the selection sucks, the customer service is USELESS, the ONE order I've placed recently came screwed up... I had my daughter's registry there a couple of years ago. I literally gave away hundreds of my money to this horrible place by overpaying. I was a first time mom and I guess didn't know any better... Was excited with their "rewards" card, which is pretty much garbage. You do earn rewards with the card, but the money you earn expire very fast, so even though I've earned over $100 in "rewards", I didn't have a chance to use ANY of those. I had another baby last year and used Amazon for the registry. What a difference that was! I was even able to return a registry gift for the full price (not promotional price) back at no cost. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
Update 4/18/16
I was unfortunate enough to get their gift card recently. My order included a changing pad cover, which was $19.99. Instead of the cover, Babiesrus.com sent me a crib sheet. The invoice, however, listed the pad instead. I called their customer service to let them know of the mistake and to make sure they refund me $19.99, not $16.99 price for the sheet. Finally, when my order was received on their end and the refund confirmed, I got $16.99 back on the card, instead of $19.99 I originally paid! The babiesrus also wanted me to pay for the shipping that they messed up! I'm not going to call back about those $3, but that's one of the examples of what this dysfunctional company does.

I've tried for 2 weeks now to purchase items from your online site for my new granddaughter, due to arrive in September. After seeing that I could receive an additional 15% off, I applied for the 'R Us' card, and I was approved immediately. I printed out the '15% off' form that has the application key code on it, but when I tried to print off the temporary shopping pass, the page went blank. I tried several more times to place my order. Finally, I just decided to wait until the card came in the mail. So, card received and activated, and when I tried to place my order online just an hour ago, it would not accept the Application Key Code for the 15% off and gives me an error. This is THE MOST un-friendly website I have ever dealt with and I am extremely unhappy with this service. I have already missed the baby shower (it was on 8/5). My only alternative is to go direct to the store to make my purchases, and all I have to say is they had better accept the 15% credit coupon, and I had better receive the online pricing. If not, I will go elsewhere and pay full price, as far as I'm concerned this is a SCAM.
