Cheapest parts, reliable inventory, sometimes a bit busy. 37 year customer of aftermarket body panels, radiators and lights. -Eagle, Nordan, Certifit. I have no issue with a little bent edge or bolt hole off by a hair. I appreciate the savings and so do my customers.

Can you tell me of a store who has a manager who does not have his own business card. From day to day this company computer change the pricing of the product on the fly. They have no list price, and would not provide a written quote because they say that the system they have does not allow that. To the unsuspecting consumer, they will rob you blind given a chance. It is like you call a recycle parts store, ask for a part which is published on line, then the sales person says to you that part just sold, but they have another one that just came in, and you can have it for a higher price. Then you check the stock number and it the same part which you called about in the first place. They do it because they know that they can get away with it. If you are using them to build a quote for a customer repair, you cannot expect them to honor the price they provide to you at any given time!

Absolutely do not buy parts from this $#*! company. All of their parts are damaged, warped, extremely low quality, and do not fit the vehicles they will tell you they fit. Terrible return policy and terrible service. Go elsewhere

Called the Louisville Ky store to order parts. Told them what I needed then they asked my phone number when I gave it to James, the individual that answered the phone, he announced..."you ain't in our system." I replied "O. K." He then asked "are you a body shop?' I said no I was ordering to be delivered to a body shop. "We don't deliver to individuals" I told him they would be delivering to the body shop. He then got in a huff and said "Sir you told me you weren't a body shop." I said "I am not but you are delivering to a body shop" He replied "I dont know why you are getting upset I told you we dont deliver to individuals than he hung up. When I called back immediately I was told I would have to come in and inspect the parts after buying them then they would ship them to the body shop. No thanks. Hello Carparts.

I have been to certifit once and will never return.
They have employees that have zero knowledge on what they are selling. I speak of the one in Raleigh, NC as I'm sure Employees are diffrent in other locations and stores. I can see why the Raleigh Employees are incompetent, because they are lead by some Guy named Mario, that's brain power is equivalent to that of a laboratory Monkey. They sale you parts and expect you to make sure it fits before you leave, or you'll be stuck with it because of their inability to read or work a computer to access and or cross refrence the correct inventory part.

I have Purschasing hundreds of parts over the years from this company. As of the past 6 months there prices have well over doubled and there on line competitors price has stayed the same
So I now buy on line and the parts are usually delivered within 2 days Sorry for the review but you Earned it

I purchased a bumper with cash, upon returning it I got my refund by check, they informed me I would have to wait 24 hours. 72 hours later their own bank wouldn't cash the check. So they issued another check, 28 hours later their own bank wouldn't cash that one either. It's been 9 days so far and still no refund. Theur corporate office said to go get another check. So far their checks have been nothing but toilet paper.

Wasted my time, a bit disappointed to be honest. I called twice over two days to ensure they had the part in stock. I get there and the guy says they have a damaged one they can sell me. Someone painted it apparently and returned it? And atop that it had no box so transporting w/o damage was fun. I asked him why i was told TWICE they had it in stock and he said they don't actually visually look which I suppose I can understand but WHY ENTER A DAMAGED PART INTO regular INVENTORY? The discount for this $8! If I wasn't in a bind I would have told them to pound sand. Word to the wise, FORCE they to do a visual before you drive an hour there to pick up a part.

I asked for 2011 acur tl front bumper cover along with 2011 fender they gave me the wrong bumper cover they gave me 12-14 its made different i drop parts off to get painted and it don't fit because they gave me the wrong part then I speake to Manger Ryan he says sorry at least give my money back for bumper its yall fault then I hot it painted im already out of that money 311 Walmart Ave Baltimore MD ******* then corporate brushed me off too don't spend your money here terrible
