I think this website is not as informative as it should be. It made me nervous ordering when i order i like to know there is a person that i can contact in case of emergency. There is but you don't get a complete answer to a question. I can't complain about the product i got the dvds i ordered bootleg as they were i enjoyed them all the same. I could not afford the superior ones and can't record all the episodes on cable. I also was pleased the company gave me bonus movies that they thought i might like and i enjoyed as well so all in all i got my monies worth and was pleased. I can't say every order would be like that so i do hesitate in ordering again. I see all the complaints but i have to wonder why didn't they order from a more superior website or were they trying to get something for nothing as well.

I purchased a complete set of Hart to Hart and the quality was very very poor! I cannot even finish watching the first two. The shipping was high and could not view them. DO NOT buy from this site. I wish I could get them to refund my money!

Poorly burned bootleg DVD's from China. They claim thay are "from wholesale sources or public domain" bu they are burned form cable TV like A&E, CTV, etc. Promise 100% customer satisfaction, will only refund $20 of $40.90 order. CROOKS!

This is a totally FAKE website stay away, received a (box set)! Supposedly but all i got was poor copys in a video box that do not play! I have emailed several times and they have not responded back re a refund! Total SCAMMERS. You have been warned, stay clear of this site.

I bought the complete set of series 1 & 2 of Everwood. Managed to watch the first 16 discs, some a bit jumpy but just ok. Disc 17 didn't play at all. 18 was ok then 19, 20, 21 were showing message that this dvd player was unsuitable for these discs. Disc 22 was fine and then the final disc didn't play at all. I was really looking forward to watching this series and incredibly disappointed and angry that I've wasted money. BEWARE. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I have just read the reviews above and totally agree with everyone of them. Wish i had thought to look here first. Unfortunately for me, i spent almost $150 here for christmas gifts. Total ripoff. Thinking of sending their name to the BBB.

I ordered 2 show sets. One of the Carol Burnett Show and one of the Mork and Mindy show. The Carol Burnett show was sent to me on two different occasions, and both had poor quality. Th other I have not received, even after many e mails with the customer service. I will chalk the $$ lost to training to never order anything from a Chinese company again.

Not only was the quality of the picture horrible, none of the dvds worked! Every one of them played for about 10 minutes and then stopped. Nothing would get it started again. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE!

The web site, and others under a different name but same junk, offers an unsuspecting individual a chance to get a movie or TV series DVD of something they want to watch, only to have the product when finally delivered way below even a sub par product. Received Malcolm in the Middle series, was supposed to be 7 discs with artwork, etc, came in 2 beat up Video boxes with many discs #'s hand written in magic marker on them. I don't know why they wasted the courier services time delivering them, the first episode worked with a few blips when viewing, the rest of the disc stopped and started so you could not watch it, and the remaining discs could not be viewed at all! I think they saw some of the complaining I have been doing, because they got right back to me, said something about it must be a problem with my DVD player (which there is not) otherwise why would it have played the first disc at all! They said to contact them if there was further problem, which I did. I am wondering at this point, what course of action should a consumer do from here, aside from complaining on a complaints board. I was so disappointed with the whole thing!

DVD's skip freeze and all together stop then refuse to play any further; one actually read as blank in my DVD player and when I put it in my computer drive to see if it would play there, my computer asked me if I wanted to burn a CD or DVD. It doesn't do that if there is information on it. This is the worst on line purchase I have ever made. Every one here should turn them in to the Better Business Bureau! They should be completely shut down so they never rip off any one again! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I have to agree with the others, I got the complete set of Newhart for the wife for Christmas, we are trying to watch the differnet episodes now and as with all ChiCom Chinese crap, this is the pits. You always pay for quality.

This website is the BIGGEST scam! Don't ever order anything from them. My mother ordered the 7th Heaven tv series for my daughter for Christmas. When she opened the package we realized it was not original. We could tell they had been copied. Have been in touch with someone claiming to be affilated with the company. She keeps telling me it is our dvd player. I know better. We have also contacted the credit card company. They told my mother that if we can't get anything resloved with the click dvd store, to call them and they will dispute it for her. I think that is what we will have to do. Maybe if they get enough disputes against them maybe someone will investigate them and get them off of the internet... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY!

ClickDVDStore is an absolute scam! DVD are recorded from TV or satellite feeds-- they even still contain comercials! They market the DVDs as "high quality", but they are obviously bootlegged with hand printed labels. The DVDs arrived in a broken plastic container and with finger prints on the play surface so that I had to clean every one before testing them. Then they still skipped, would freeze, or hesitate with the video and audio dubbing out of sync.
These folks take orders in the US, then pass them on to China where prirated TV shows or movies are burned on low quality DVDs. They sell bootleg DVDs to unsuspecting consumers. They are scammers-- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Sooooooo! Bad. You will pay high shipping fees, get stuck with those when you want to return your purchase and have to pay more shipping fees to return item(s)! Just don't do it.

This is a scam, DO NOT use this ite... I asked for a shipping number, they gave me a bogus shipping number, do not track. They couldnt provide me with who shipped it.

They charged my account $53.90 right away and I never received the DVD's. $15.95 was for shipping. Wish I would have checked this site first.
