Clovia

Bought tights on 4th march, it was suppose to deliver on 11th march but not delivered yet. When you check the order status, it says shipped with no city and time mentioned and delivery date is getting extended in every 2 days and when you call customer support, they keep saying - your issue is escalated and we are sorry.

I ordered a bra of rupees 234 but due to some reason I had to cancel the order. Since it was a pre paid order and I already made the payment, I assumed that they will be refunding me after a week or two. But, as of today it's been more than a month and now they have absolutely stopped responding me. The moneys gone... And they just made my worst fear come true. So before any of you go around and buy from them... Please don't. They are a literal scam and they are fraud. They cheat, won't respond on time and won't refund you the amount.

I ordered 2 items, both sizes were received wrong. Asked for a return, but that link was also not active. After 15 days of email follow-up, one person came for a pickup, and both items were returned but received a refund for only one lesser amount refund that was also in Clovia's wallet.
Useless staff, after order nobody cares about customer feedback.
Not recommended.

I didn't get the product or my refund, very rude customer support no resolution from them... Order was placed on May month till today I didn't receive... Please dnt buy any product with them.

CLOVIA IS A CHEAT BRAND WITH A VERY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM. I HAD A RETURN PICK UP SCHEDULED ON 31ST MAY, AND THE PICK UP IS NOT DONE AS OF TODAY.

I HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT 10+ TIMES SO FAR. IN FACT, I AM DOING THEIR JOB OF FOLLOWING UP WITH ECOM EXPRESS AND THEY ARE MORE RESPONSIVE TO SUGGEST THAT THE PICK UP HAD FAILED DUE TO LOGISTICS ERROR AT THEIR END, AND THAT CLOVIA NEEDS TO RAISE ANOTHER PICK UP REQUEST.

BUT CLOVIA CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS. DETAILS BELOW:

NEVER BUY FROM A BRAND THAT DELIVERS $#*!TY PRODUCTS AND DOES NOT EVEN CARE TO ADDRESS YOUR CONCERNS. THERE A AMPLE OF COMPETITORS IN THE MARKET THAT PROVIDE WAY BETTER SERVICE - GO FOR THEM! UNLESS YOU HAVE THE EXTRA TIME AND PATIENCE, WHICH CLOVIA WILL EVENTUALLY WASTE WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION!
