Good overall experience with eTrailer and purchase of subject hitch. Straightforward ordering process. Shipments came in 2 parts which was a little confusing but each part got to the house on different days. Installation instructions were easy to follow and great looking hitch!

Shipping was fast, all hardware needed was inside packaged nicely. If you like to read instructions they supply them but I recommend watching the install video, worked better for me. Hitch works great only needed it for my bike rack and possibly a cargo basket in the future.

Site was easy to use. Instructions were clear and the extras (like the videos) are helpful. Shipping was fast; got it here two days before estimated. Can't complain at all. Will definitely recommend and be back if I have another need.

ETrailer had the perfect custom receiver and wiring kit for my 2022 Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid. Install was a breeze and the videos they produce with step-by-step instructions really helped. I will never shop anywhere else!

The item is exactly what I ordered, shipped the next day and arrived a day early. The install went exactly as expected with no issues. I bought this model for several reasons, but one of them being the brass fitting to connect the water lines, not a huge fan of plastic. Additionally, I wanted a solid metal stem that has a higher rise over the sink for washing larger items. It also swivels 360 degrees, not just over the sink area. Faucet worked great right out of the gate with no leaks.
Note: In general, you should always flush a new faucet with the aerator removed

I've bought many items from etrailer and they have never let me down or have a bad experience with products or service. I simply won't buy from anywhere else got anything trailer unless I have to.

Etrailer has never steered me wrong. This time the airbags they suggested have been exactly what I was looking for. They arrived in two days and the installation was very straight forward thanks to etrailer's videos, perfect fit.

I have ordered from etrailer several times for different vehicles. I enjoy watching their videos. They are very helpful and help us save money by doing the installation ourselves. However this time when my order arrived, the shipping box was torn in a few places. I did an inspection and found that the bolts to install the hitch were missing. Also, like the other people had mentioned, the hitch had scratches and damage to the paint during shipment.

My hitch that I had ordered arrive with a torn shipping box. I found that the bolts to installed the hitch were missing. I even looked in the 2" hole where the receiver hitch sits. It was empty. I called your customer service help line and spoke with Kimberly D.. She listened to my problem and was very knowledgeable to help with my predicament. She will send the bolts to install the hitch.

Delivery was fast. Fits perfect. My awning now looks as good as new. Just wish they came with the grommets for the manual override hole or at least mention that you might want to add them to your order. Shipping is the cost of the grommets, would had done it in one transaction.

First the things is look to be improved. 1)The shipping was confusing as there were 2 packages shipped, but only received shipping info on 1.2) The chat function has a disconnect function right next to the send button, I hit that several times, once also hitting end by accident on the confirmation page. 3) would be nice to ask to have the chat transcript emailed when finished. Now into the good, the staff were wonderful in each interaction I had with them. Plenty of product videos on products. I would purchase here again.

Took payment upon purchase. Delivery was later than told originally. Missed being able to use it due to needing to leave. Returned immediately the next day after delivered. Never opened. Had to pay for them to come pick it up, even though it arrived late. Confirmed receiving the return. Now having to wait over 20 days for them to "check the item back in" and submit a credit to my card that was used. This seems like a very long time to get a refund processed. Especially since it was their delay in delivery.

Your shopping tips and installation video for 2022 Highlander Limited were excellent. Installation went smoothly even for one person. I only had to use 1 jack stand to assist me holding up one side while bolting the other. I did it all without raising the car, just slid under neath. Thanks

I needed an array of parts for my newly acquired 2022 Grand Design TT. Found everything I needed in one spot and it arrived as a perfect match. Perhaps it's economic inflation, or maybe Amazon spoiling us, but prices seemed a little high and decently priced shipping was a little slow. Overall a great experience!

Your people in tha shipping department needs their chain jerked. Leaf springs were not bound together. Just flopping around in a thin cardboard box with hardly any packing. Both box's were torn and open. Could have just fallen out. So surprised they made it here. If so that would not be profitable for your company. Make that improvement and I'll be a happy camper! 👍🤠

Directions were sufficient although I found installing the bottom bracket first worked better.

Only came with 4 bolts for the head I think 4 on each side would be better. Easy install

Great price, and got it on sale so even better. Very easy install. Just watch the YouTube video. Just take your time. The hardest part for me was the drivers side. The muffler kind of gets in the way. I was able to just pull it over a few inches with a ratchet strap and was able to get enough room to torque down the bolt. Maybe took me an hour to do, by myself. If you have someone to help it's a super quick job. It looks daunting, but promise you its very simple. Quality is great. Fast delivery.

This hatch cover is a perfect fit (4 5/8") for our 1998 16' Scamp trailer, right down to the spacing of the rivets. Questions were answered promptly and accurately (thank you, Jesse!) and the item was shipped securely and quickly.

My question was concerning a discrepancy in your listing which had resulted in confusion as to the actual diameter of the product, and Jesse was able to confirm that I was indeed ordering the correct part, and that he would look into correcting the listing.

Hitch arrived on time and shortly after placing order. Shipping box had holes and there were som minor surface scratches but NOT on the area seen from any angle other than below the car. I would purchase from them again.
