Shipping took a day or 2 longer than anticipated, and tracking was a challenge... but the clubs arrived safely and as ordered. I compared my new Mizuno MX 1000 to a friend who paid almost 2x what they cost me at golfclubs365.com and they were identical. Took them to the range and they are superb. I would purchase from this company again.
Bought some clubs for my son, and got them, eventually. They seem ok but suspect they are fake, but he seems happy with them. But once they had arrived got stung by a dhl bill, contacted them and they did not care, great customer service eh? Wold not recommend buying from them if you are serious about your golf

The company claims to be registered in the US but I'm guessing by the spelling on the site that its not. Also the live chat is never open and they don't respond to emails about the authenticity of the equipment. Looks like they are selling fakes. Beware!

I tell you from dealing with this company that everything they sell is fake. I bought a R11 driver only to have the head crack in the first week. They refused to provide a replacement. After weeks of emails their solution was to provide me a new head for $60. This time the driver head last 2 weeks. I brought to a proshop and they said that both heads were definitely fake. An expensive lesson $345. But be warned do not shop here!
I've never purchased anything here - but I am sick of them spamming.
I belong to a forum which is a memorial to victims that died in a disaster.
This website has decided to spam the forum with adverts for their golf clubs and we can do nothing to stop them.
I was seriously looking at some clubs from this site but the chinglish spelling and grammar in the Q & A section raised the alarm bells for me. I had a look for reviews and ended up here and, after reading these, I'm not touching them! I guess the old adage rings true here, if it looks too good to be true then it probably is. Thanks guys, I'll stick to rockbottom for my golfing gear.
Similar experience to others. Made an order for a very low (turns out ridiculously low) price on a Taylor Made driver. Got antsy when I read reviews (too late) and attempted to cancel the order. I cancelled it within two hours, next day the site said it was shipped (I'm skeptical it ever was). After several sessions on their Live Chat, got them to cancel the order.
Took a month of $#*!ering with them and disputing the charge with the credit card company. They finally relented and gave the refund, but not expeditiously, like a real company. Everything about this group smells of fraud.
Purchased a TaylorMade R9 Driver from Golfclubs365.com.
Package arrived after clearing U.S. Customs from CHINA. RED FLAG!
After hitting 6 Balls on the Range the Head came loose.
Contacted TaylorMade Customer Service and they verified the Club was Counterfeit.
Shortly there after Golfclubs365.com customer service went Off Line!.
YouTube Video will be up Soon!
I placed an order on this website, but got nervous when they hit my credit card right away but the oder status remained "unshipped" for several days. Then I read a few online reviews and got more nervous. It takes them a long time to respond and it is aways in the middle of the night (EDT) so I figure they are located in China or the far east. Also the misspelled words and grammar are telling. I cancelled the order, requested a refund and called my credit card company. Within a couple of days I did get a refund. Btw, the correspondance I had with the company included the name "cai run" and the only positive review I read on this site come from "cai r.". Coincidence?
TOTALLY FAKE: What a nightmare. Save yourself and do not order anything from this and other "so called" distributors. They have many names, so check out the source before you buy. These are poor knock offs and I can't understand how they get buy with using OEM images etc.
I just got a Callaway diablo edge 3 fairway wood from them. Took almost two weeks in the mail, then it turned out to be a fake. The shaft is different than the standard Callaway "mid-flex low kick"
That is supposed to be on it. The head cover is also different than the 4 wood I got from Golfsmith.
These are inferior components and the club hits poorly. I got taken. Don't order from this website and its clones in China. All counterfeit clubs.
Ordered a set of ping g15 irons. Delivered to St. Louis in 10 days. They appear to be real pings and are serialized which did register on www.pinggolf.com. I was pretty skeptical as the english and overseas communication was broken and jibberish at times. Overall I am very satisfied with the clubs, but some of the head covers had small cuts in them from banging against each other during shipping.
I had a Callaway driver brought as a present for me. When it went for repair I was informed it was a fake. I checked were the item was purchased and found Golfclub365 had supplied the item. Despite several emails etc no response. DO NOT USE it is not a cheap fake just an expensive one.
I ordered some mizuno irons from this site. The irons are fakes! No serial numbers, grips are terrible, and shafts started peeling within 2 weeks. The customer service is terrible. STAY AWAY!
I bought an R11 driver from this site, I asked them if these clubs were Genuine Taylor Made and they said yes. I orderd the club & recived it in about two weeks. I took the club out of the box & tryed to adjust the angle plate on the bottom of the club & it broke. I took it Tayler Made & they said it was a Fake & they been trying to shut down these co. But they just change the name. Taylor Made told me that any clubs that come from China are Fake all Taylor Made clubs are made in the US.
I tryed to get my money back but they would give me the run around so I disputed the charge with my bank & the bank credited my account.
NEVER order any thing from Golfclubs365.com all products are FAKES!
Have been using the taylormade cgb max irons i purchased from this site for bout a month now and was skeptical of the poor qaility, the paint was chipping, grips were bubbling and even a bit of rust and i found out they were for sure fake when i took them into my local golftown because the shaft was seperating from the head of the club. They ensured me no authentic taylormade product would do this and ensured me they were fake. I havnt been able to contact or get a respond from the company, it was just too good to be true. Unfortunatly i like too rush into things and rushed into these instead of paying a few extra bucks too get them in store.
Would give zero stars if I could. The site looks perfectly legitimate at first glance. Look more closely and notice that the links for McAfee SiteAdvisor and Trustwave are not active. There is also broken English all over the place. This is an overseas (likely Chinese) company selling counterfeit golf clubs.
I made the mistake of not looking at the site carefully and went after the low price. I purchased a Taylormade fairway wood that was about 15% cheaper than Golfsmith. This is not a deal I would consider "too good to be true," so I didn't think anything of it. If I would have looked more closely, I would have found iron sets selling below wholesale, which is impossible.
After the purchase, I became concerned when the confirmation e-mail came through from a third party and said "prices can vary due to exchange rates." Prior to that, I thought I was dealing with an American retailer.
I was able to get someone on live chat. They tried to convince me that the clubs were real, but I had already contacted Taylormade and Taylormade assured me that they were fake. They cancelled my order but only after a 5% "handling fee." So much for the site's 7-day money back guarantee.
Stay clear and cough off a few extra bucks and buy clubs from authorized dealers.
I ordered a set of taylormade irons from them, then show this web site and got scared that they might not be authentic, so within 30 mins i decided to contact them and cancel my order! They wouldnt let me, they said payment already recieved and already started shipping! On the web site it says they don't charge untill they ship them and then they send you confirmation number! I didnt recieve any commfirmation email or anything says it had been processed! At the same time my credit card company called me with fraudulant activity, she said this company was trying to charge me more money than i was suppose to pay, even though they advertise free shipping! I closed my credit card, so they couldnt keep trying to charge me! Beware don't make the same mistake i almost did! If this company was legit they wouldnt have had a problem with my cancellation!
I bought a Odyssey white hot putter #7 from this website. I thought it was cheap but the putter had been superseeded so i thought that explained the cost, When it arrived i could see straight away it was a fake. I contacted the site straight away to complain and they offered me $30 cashback saying it was a fair deal.
DON"T USE THIS SITE THEY ARE CHINESE SCAMMERS
I ordered a set of Callaway X22's from this company and played them once. They played OK but I was skeptical that they were fake. After seeing a friends set, I was sure that they were fake. I contacted the company and they swore up and down that they were made with the same quality and precision as the real clubs. That did not sit with me so well. I asked them for a return address so I can ship them back and get a refund and they gave me the run around. After 2 days of going back and forth, they started to offer me money to keep them. I consistently told them no and the amount that they were offering me continued to grow. At the end of it they were willing to give me back almost $150 to keep them. I still said NO and asked for a shipping address again to return them. They would not give me one. I filed a dispute with my CC company and they took care of the rest. I ended up not having my CC charged and I got to keep the clubs. Of course they are now in my basement in the box that they came in and I went out and bought the real deal. I also contacted Callaway and informed them of the situation and they stated that they were already aware of what is going on the but the laws are different in China and there was nothing that they could do.
I ORDER TITLEIST AP2 IN MARCH 2010. THIS SPRING I TOOK THE CLUBS OUT TO USE AND THE CROME WAS COMMING OFF THE SHAFTS. I SENT THEM TO TITLEIST, THEY SENT THEM BACK AND SAID THEY WERE FAKE. I AM HAVING I HARD TIME CONTACTING THEM ABOUT REFUND. ANY HELP WOULD HELP
