We rented the Snoo for our newborn when she was a few days old. We transitioned her to the crib when she was 4 months. Overall, the Snoo is a great product. She definitely slept more in the Snoo than any other product. We decided to rent and I wish we purchased it instead!
It was over 160 dollars a month to rent. Plus you have to pay a 100 dollar deposit (which we did not get back because they said a leg was "scratched" you also have to pay 70 for shipping to return the Snoo (about 70 dollars) personally I think renting it is a total rip off and scam. Better off buying and re selling!

This is a scam website claiming to be selling baby things. I ordered a bunch of items, they never sent me a tracking number and after 2 weeks of emails back and forth, they finally send me one but with no tracking info, my postal site could not identify it. Go figure! Definitely getting my refund

I bundled the SNOO and the Lola crib and let me just warn you, the Lola crib is not worth it.
I don't want to sound like a hater but I trusted the company, even though it was very difficult to find reviews… now I know why.
The pre-drilled holes did not align, so bolts could not be screwed in and the crib could not be properly put together. My husband and dad jammed it together and there is still a bolt that wouldn't fasten because of the faulty design.
I sent Happiest Baby videos and photos to explain the problem and while customer service was responsive, they were not helpful. After an exhaustive exchange of messages proving this was a design flaw and not user error, the company sent me a replacement piece and a cheap sound machine, which was not an adequate response at the $795 price tag.
Who wants to take a part a crib and reassemble it when 9 months pregnant?
So be warned, it's not worth it. And skip the sound machine too.

The only downside of this crib is the cost. If you can get past paying $1000 for a crib, it is money very well spent. Just watch the youtube video of the snoo and you can see it in action. It will gently rock and vibrate your baby until he or she falls asleep. I will admit it didn't always work. When it did work, I was beyond happy as any mom needs her sleep and is willing to pay pretty much anything for it.

After reading all the amazing reviews about the SNOO, we thought it would be a worthwhile investment if it meant better sleep for everyone. We purchased a SNOO secondhand as the cost for a new one was out of our budget. While it had been used by another couple for 6 months, it was in great condition and working well in their apartment. When we assembled it at our home, we couldn't connect to the SNOO's network which is the first step to setting up the app for its full functionality. After several attempts to get help from SNOO's customer service we are incredibly disappointed. They have completely dismissed any responsibility and refuse to help us since it's no longer under warranty. For such an expensive product, it's very disheartening that they don't stand by their their technology. They know there are networking issues and therefore treat the product as disposable versus addressing the underlying issue. We are now stuck with very expensive dumb crib. Buyer beware!

So they recently made a promotion to order 29.90 worth of items and so I placed my order and did not hear from them for 3 week:, I then messaged them and said it was a stock issue so I waited longer and no response so I messaged them again and they told me Im only entitled to one pack of bodysuits. The promotion never said one bodysuit pack... it said a value of upto 29.90. Ive posted a comment from tiktok showing that they were sending out multiple bodysuits but due to their lack of organisation they have then lied to everyone else and basically gaslighted everyone into saying they never offered multiple to begin with. If you're gonna want new customers and do promotions like this, do better and think better, dont do a promotion and back up on your words you look unreliable and untrustworthy

First off, let me start by saying the the SNOO is a beautiful piece of furniture. Even if all it does is sit in the corner looking pretty, you might be able to justify its hefty price. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I must say the SNOO does do everything it claims to do. It combines a white noise machine with a swing with a swaddle with a bassinet. It can literally replace all of those things and save some space in your house.

It's actually quite simple -- the SNOO pipes in white noise and rocks at different levels of intensity that you can control with your phone. And it automatically adjusts the intensity based on how much your baby is crying. It even has a weaning feature that helps the baby adjust to life without the SNOO as it grows older.

So far so good, but verdict is still out on whether it can help sleep train a baby to sleep through the night by 2 months! Now that would be something...

I ordered the SNOO rental and I was given a date for arrival. It is 3 days past the arrival date and the product is still not here and the baby is due tomorrow. I have called each day that it wasn't here and I was told by each representative that the product was at the same specific location not too far from me. It has been there for 3 days now. They claim they call fedex each time and every single time I was told that it has left that fedex facility and on its way to me, however, when I track it, it is still at that location. It should not take 3 days to leave a location close to me. They keep apologizing and saying they understand my frustration, but they don't. Why not cancel that order and just resend it and stop playing around with me. If this product doesn't arrive today, I am writing another review and giving it a 1 star. This product better worth the exuberant cost and frustration it has caused me. Personally would not recommend this product based on my experience and I wish there was a competitor because I will definitely be giving them my business and not this company. The only reason they are thriving is because there is no competitor.

Happiest Baby would not publish my negative review on the safety concern (see pictures bellow). My initial review for the sleepea:
As other reviewers point out on several other websites including this one, this swaddle is not safe. When waking up for night feeds we found the Velcro to be up on and over our baby's shoulders the first night. Worried about the material covering her face we watched her in it during a nap the following day. When baby moved and wiggled her arms the Velcro moved up her shoulders again. We did purchase the correct sized based on the website, followed the directions on the box, the recommendations from the website, and their Facebook video on YouTube. We did not purchase the cloth diaper to secure her arms down as responds from customer service on here recommend -it defeats the purpose of the 5 second swaddle as well as not feeling comfortable adding an extra layer over baby. I don't feel we should have to purchase more items to make the the swaddle we already bought safe and effective. When reaching out to customer service with concerns and attempt to exchange our other two unopened swaddles (the following day of receiving our order) thinking a size up would suit our baby better we were told to gift the two unopened ones and as there are no exchanges even with proof that we had not opened the other two boxes and offering to pay for shipping there and back to us by two different customer service agents. The fact that the company would not let us exchange sizes (we weren't not trying to get our money back) proves they too know their item is not of high quality. The ease of putting this swaddle on is not worth the possible risk of covering or blocking your baby's nose and mouth. We recommend the halo sleep sack or nest for a comfortable and safe swaddle for baby that is also easy for parents. In addition to the safety of both the Halo and Nest swaddles, Nest customer service allowed an exchange even after opening their swaddle. Overall, this is a total scam. Don't waste your money or risk your baby's safety.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid using this website or company. We recommend the Nest or Halo sleep sack for safe sleeping. You will not be allowed to exchange unused items.
