I had an experience with this company where my Groupon expired. The girls there at your company, specifically Tara and Gladys were so accommodating. They searched and searched for ways to make sure that I received my credit of $80. Any other company would happy just let it drop. People love going back to companies like yours because they know that if they made a mistake they can go back to you and you will help them and you are trustworthy. So let it be known I am giving you five stars

I ordered this on January 4th and received it on February 4th 2022. Not for the UK but from someone named Janice from LA California. It arrived in a brown box, not the pretty pink box that says iceonher. The pendant was cheap and not like the other items I have received before. I am clearly disappointed that it was a birthday gift for a co worker and it was not what I have received before. What a waste of 150.00.

I ordered a pendant in January hoping that I could gift it to someone in February. I still have not received this pendant and it is now April. I emailed them before and received a response, to which they respectfully explained the reason for the delay and was told that I would later get a tracking number. Some more time went by and I still haven't received a tracking number, let alone my order. They have not answered any of my new emails or my phone calls. I would simply appreciate it if I could get an update and, of course, actually receive what I ordered.
Purchased a $1000 gold bracelet and ordered express shipping to get it before Christmas.It took 5 days to ship. They would not answer email and the bracelet looked and felt very cheap. Poor quality and poor service. Still have not had an answer from them. Very disappointed!
I ordered from them twice and both times I ran into issues and superlong processing. First time I bought diamond earrings. There was absolutely nothing to hold them in place - they would fall off just when I was doing hair. Had to return. Second time I bought a ring using their ring sizer ( all measured correctly) and it appeared to be too big. I had to request a smaller size replacement and pay for shipping (though their tool was not correct). It's been a month since they received the old one, and I still don't have a replacement or any estimation of when I will receive it...
I have handled their merchandise personally and witness the high quality of their jewelry for myself. I used to work in the warehouse they ship from in NY. It made me want to own a lot of the jewelry I ran QC inspections on. OMG they have such beautiful high quality jewelry. I love sapphires and rubies and they have the best I've ever seen.
I bought a ring mid November that finally arrived end of the month but the ring too small. Two weeks later send an email to return the item all i received after 4 days was an email to inform me that return was not approved.
I ordered a ring and changed my mind sent it back the same day I got it with their label and never received my money back. I called left messages they never pick up or answer the phone. I emailed and no answer. I will never buy from this site again it is a scam!!!!!
My husband purchased a ring for me at Christmas because he was never able to give me an engagement ring. When I opened up the ring box I was so surprised by his thoughful gift but secretly disappointed with the glitter and shine of the ring. I thought perhaps it needed some buffing. The ring I purchased for $25 at Kohl's had far more shine then this but I didn't say anything not wanting to hurt his feelings. Well unfortunately we waited too late to talk about it and the 30 days expired to return it and get the $180 he spent. The $25 ring from Kohls' has never lost its shine after 2 years. The ice ring never had shine. We will not order from this site again, the quality is very poor!
I received my ring today. It did arrive quickly. The color of the stone shown online was ruby red. The stone in the ring is a pale plum color. The biggest problem, however, is the the stone is chipped under each claw on the ring and the stone itself is loose in the setting. I am hopeful that I can return the ring with no problem.
I have purchased 4 rings from ice.com, it appeared to be a quality site, beautiful jewelry at reasonable prices, however in less that 3 month I lost a stone in 2 of the rings! And because it was past 30 days the only thing they would do for me was repair it for free, however when I mailed in 1 of the rings it was lost by the post office. Now a 2nd ring has lost a stone and I don't dare send it in. So I guess I will have to pay a jeweler to repair it... I wouldn't buy another piece from this site... they will not guarantee their work

I purchased a 3 stone engagement ring, after one month and no replies on my emails, they finally replied back to tell me that the ring wasn't in stock, after I asked for my refund, after several messages and pone calls they wouldn't give me my refund, I had no choice but to go to my credit card company to get my refund back, horrible customer service, they wouldn't answer my emails, texts or call me back, I will never buy anything from this company again, buyers beware!
I ordered 2 chains along with a pendant and the only thing that showed up was the chains. I tried emails, texts and phone calls but they never responded once. Its been 2 months and my pendant hasn't shown up and im sick and tired of waiting. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
I returned some earrings upon receipt because of poor quality. They did not refund me until I reported them to BBB. Would not waste money on their poor quality items.
- We bought a ring, we received a tracking number, then it was delivered much later than what the tracking estimate was.
- The jeweler ended up using another tracking number to send us the ring, so the first tracking number was useless.
- The ring looked great. I wore it for about a week then one of the little diamonds it had fell off and what was supposed to be a color-design quickly rubbed off and the white gold underneath started to show.
- We sent it back for an exchange and then had to wait 3 weeks (that's 15 business days) and multiple emails from me asking about a status update in order to receive an update from them.
- the update was that the jeweler is working on it and here is a useless tracking number which doesn't tell you when you will actually receive anything.
- I complained to an online agent about the whole experience and they came back with "a complimentary upgrade in shipping has been requested for this order so that it is expedited. The jeweler has already begun production, so they are estimating it will ship early next week. They want to make sure it is perfect this time."
So pretty much their answer is: I printed a label for you, the jeweler might use it next week, but I'm not really sure. What more do you want from me?!
I've been engaged for a month and a half and only got to wear my ring a total of a week during that time. Instead of enjoying my time or spending it on planning the wedding, I am spending my time following up with customer service.
Update: After 4 weeks of waiting, they sent me a replacement ring that has 2 missing diamond accents and the big diamond in the middle is cracked. Seriously!?
