Against better judgement of these reviews I booked a super cheap flight overseas with Travel Merry. I received my itinerary about a day after booking and everything looks kosher. I was able to confirm my flight with the airlines no problem. No unusual activity on my credit card either! So far so good! I will update if any issues arise!

I wish we could leave negative stars. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unfortunately we didn't read up on them before booking our tickets. We have already spent at least 20 hours on the phone with them, trying to work out mistakes and accomplish simple tasks. They will not honor prices or information that they have given you. There is no way you will ever be able to speak to a supervisor (as they always seem to conveniently be on a call or in a meeting...) Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Don't think that because a ticket price is low that it is worth the good deal. I would have gladly paid more for our tickets and been spared the headache and wasted time.
Seriously the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service agents speak terrible english and are of very little help. This flight was booked for 1420 through SkyScanner, and was then changed by Travel Merry to 0750... no way we could have made the time change work for us. The flight was non changeable... non-refundable... nothing. Our credit card was also compromised a few days after booking through the site. Please do not give them business and continue to allow them to do this.
We booked business class tickets to Europe on the understanding that they would accrue Star alliance miles. The e-tickets we received never included the class of ticket within business class... nowhere, absolutely nowhere.
When Lufthansa declined our subsequent request for air miles Travel Merry first stated that we had changed our tickets and had them reissued (false, TM made a change to one flight without regard to our convenience) and then said we bought a "P": business class ticket and it was our responsibility to check on the limitations. When I asked them where in the docs they sent us they showed this I got no response... only it's not their responsibility to show this or relay the information.
I won't touch this entity again and would suggest everyone else take a "buyer beware" approach

When I originally booked this flight it was on my credit card for two people. My friend had to cancel and I braved up to attempt my first solo trip as a woman. Flight itinerary changed a couple times leading up to it... which was odd but not far off from the original so whatever. As I attempted to fly home from Barcelona to the US they cancelled MY flight instead of my friend that didn't go. I called for 13 hours, hung up on EVERY TIME. Crying in the airport stranded 5,000 miles away from home. Called over and over crying my eyes out asking for help. "Sorry ma'am, not our problem. *click*" finally United realized it was absolutely their error and I was able to get a flight home after the WORST DAY EVER. This company is complete garbage

The worst ticket buying experience! I got an expensive flight because the travel time was very short, it was important to me. Then they changed my tickets and I was arriving at my destination 3 hours later. The same ticket with the same long travel time was twice as cheap on expedia! The only reason why I got this expensive ticket is because I wanted to arrive earlier! I was on the phone with them for two days asking to cancel my flight and give me my money back. They even asked me to call the airline myself but gave me a number from some warehouse instead. Scammers! Stay away! My husband is a lawyer he will be taking this further because I asked him to. Hopefully he will close down this little "merry" scam shop!
I originally wanted to book the least expensive JetBlue flight, and I received a call and e-mail to request my call back. I know here is the same pattern as published complaints of other reviews. The phone operator alternatively offered a Delta flight at a similar departure time on the same day at the original JetBlue price. After receiving the Delta flight confirmation, I can indeed manage it directly thru my Delta account. TravelMerry is legit, this is NOT a scam. I would use TravelMerry again. Thank you.
I bought my ticket $833 as international flight, but they didn't confirm the payment and send me an email "We would like to speak to you regarding your booking with us. Please call our support center at *******853 as early as you can." When I called them, they said "The price goes up to $880 or there is another flight in other dates with same price" Are you kidding me? If you can not offer the ticket what you offered in Skyscanner, don't do your business. This ticket service is very. Very... B A D. It makes you waste your time, money and energy. Don't use this. Please. Don't use this.
Never ever try to use the company. I repeat never ever try to book using this website. The names are fake used by the customer agent. They will reply back and confirm the tickets are completed and a $#*! $#*! excuse for not sending the flights. In the meantime they will sell your credit card details and you will see random transactions. After few days another excuse and the tickets were not booked for some reason. Worthless service, don't go for this scam.

Whatever this is travel agency website whatever it has zero accountability to customer satisfaction the people are rude and disrespectful and God forbid something goes wrong they have again zero accountability when it comes to helping the customer receive any type of compensation whatsoever for lost bookings even when you purchase insurance they still have no responsibility to help you recover lost funds they need to be banned immediately
I bookecsith travel merry and unfortunately they changed all of the flights I had booked. I recognize that it's out of their control sometimes when flights get full but reading other reviews it seems like this is a pretty common problem. I feel like they just list flights that are unavailable. Also when the representative called to change my flight he was very upset with me on the phone, maybe he was just having a bad day but I feel like if he was angry with his company and took it out on me. I would not book through this site again.
That being said the price and times for my flight changed didn't vary much. So I still get to go to my destinations but I feel like they made what should have been an easy interaction more difficult.
I purchased a ticket online that was immediately (within minutes) voided and I was called to pick an alternate time. I asked for my money back and was told it would take days or weeks to process so I took an alternate (less ideal) time. The second ticket was then voided (by travelmerry per Delta) a couple of days later and I didn't find out till checkin time. I ended up having to miss another day of vacation to straighten it out and they even tried to charge me for the change! Avoid at all costs. Dangerously incompetent.

I was referred through skyscanner. After booking and paying, a notification popped up that I needed to call *******853 to "verify payment." An outsourced foreign call center picked up and said they would send me an email confirming my booking, except he claimed to change my flight to a different airline but for similar times. I waited on the line with the person and the email never arrived. Then he said to send *******@travelmerry.com an email and he would reply with my details. That email never arrived. I checked on the airline's website for the new flight that he claimed to book for me and no such flight existed. Shame on skyscanner for referring an obvious scam. I'll be using kayak.
This company is the biggest fraud. They advertise the the airline tickets cheaper than any other companies and after you book they change your tickets layover to match their price without notifying you. Their customer service are not polite they are rude and they told me "this is normal all people complain" why should anyone complain if you didn't have a problem. This company shall change its management and be honest with their client.
They immediately called after I booked and said my airline changed. They also called a few hours later and told me the price went up! Then they wanted to charge me $50 to cancel after all of this. This company is a big mistake. DO NOT USE.
I had a bad experience with the customer service team. I remember calling their customer service for a change in my flight travel dates. The TravelMerry agent was trying his best to help me with the change of dates. Finally after following up for 3 long days I received the changed itinerary with my new travel dates. I was expecting a much faster service from Travel Merry.
TravelMerry is not offering last minute flight deals. I expect to see a last minute flight section on your website in the future. I am a regular patron of TM and most of the times I see a lot of cheap international flight deals and I did buy a few of them in the past. Take note of this TM! We want to see last minute travel deals too. From my end suggestion is add last minute flight deals too...
I read some of the reviews and was hesitant. But the price was a winner. So i booked a ticket on a low cost airline. I got a call that the airline does not have any seats but that i would be rebooked for the same route, almost the same time on a national carrier. Then i thought -scam. N`But lo and behold, 18 hours later i received the confirmation and it checked out. The price was not good, it was absolutely unbeatable
Travel Merry was very late in refunding my flight fare because of the cancellation that resulted from the airline. I was supposed to fly to Amsterdam last March from Boston but I just couldn't perform my travel because the scheduled flight was canceled, I received an email from the airline that they would be refunding the cancelled flight fare to TM and I should be contacting TravelMerry for further updates on the refund amount. The customer service agents at TravelMerry didn't respond well, they were always assuring me of my refund amount but very slow to action. It took almost a month for me to receive the funds back into my account.
Travel Merry is not showing many deals on connecting flights with stopovers, I recently wanted to take a holiday in Hong Kong on way to Delhi (DEL) from Los Angeles (LAX).
I was not so happy about the choice of airlines and flight deals I got for my requirement. I request TM to give more choices for connecting flights operating across LAX to DEL.
I'm expecting a little more on the connecting flights option as other travel sites offered better deals, I have been your patron since the last 2 years, whenever I have a business or a holiday requirement I keep coming back to TM for finding the best deals, but this is the only time I have been let down. TravelMerry please do something about connecting flight destinations.
I have faced a minor problem while booking my flight tickets on TravelMerry but it was resolved very soon. It was a Sunday morning, I just got hold of my laptop and logged into the TM website, it just took 10 min for me to find the best airfare to Istanbul, got an amazing economy roundtrip fare I must say that! However the problem started popping up during the booking process, after selecting the deal when I was paying the fare with my credit card, I encountered a bad payment gateway, my transaction failed the first time probably because the site was too slow. I called the TravelMerry 24 x 7 customer line to confirm if they received the payment, the agent on the other end was kind, polite and he said it would take 2 working days for confirmation of the transaction. The good thing about TM is they are genuine and 100% reliable, just as promised I heard from the agent that my card wasn't charged and that I could book my tickets again. I was glad that everything was smooth but my advice to TM is they have to optimize their site for higher browsing speeds.
My preordered meal didn't come to me as requested and this messed up my whole flight experience, I cannot blame Travel Merry for this because I gave my airline the instructions for my meal preference. I still do not understood what went wrong with the airline, the airline confirmed my meal request on the phone and even sent me a confirmation email. The fact was I booked my roundtrip tickets on Travel Merry but I placed the meal request with the airline. After hopping off the plane I was so unhappy about the whole experience and I left a complaint with the airline, one good thing was the airline acknowledged their mistake and gifted me a $100 voucher that I could use in my next purchase of tickets from the airline. Well that's a little bit gratifying but I still feel unhappy for not getting my choice of food. Another issue I faced was the passenger on my left was overweight and I was left with a crammed seat. These two problems have really messed up my flying experience, although I'm gifted with a $200 voucher I don't think I would want to fly with Icelandic air again because I'm afraid of their poor in-flight service. I still give 4 points to Travel Merry on a scale of 1 to 5 because I don't find any fault with them, I must say that they are 100% genuine, they send periodic updates about the flight and they are genuine. Travel Merry is a good site for cheap international air tickets.
Paris was a long overdue trip that I was planning in quite some time now. Travelling to Paris was a big-deal in the past but now there are a lot of quality airlines that offer cheap flight tickets to Paris. I got a cheap 2 way Paris bound ticket from NYC for just 1100 USD which was scheduled for journey on Jan 5 2019. I had a great buying experience with TravelMerry, however I had to cancel my ticket the next day because of an emergency at work. I simply called the TM 24 x 7 Customer Service and they assisted me swiftly and promptly and I was able to cancel my booked flight journey at no extra cost and I received a full refund. All this was possible because I paid an optional 15 USD at the booking time that assures the customer of cancellation at no extra fees within 24 hours of the booking time. TravelMerry has kept its promise of 24 hour cancellation policy and I'm completely satisfied with them. Otherwise I would have paid extra cancellation fees of 150USD for just getting the ticket cancelled. Overall I want to give 4 star rating to TM.
I'm disappointed with TM because I didn't get what I was expecting from them despite buying their 24 hour cancellation policy. I incurred an extra charge of $15 for opting for their cancellation policy because the policy offers some really good benefits to the travelers. I was mainly attracted to buy it because of zero cancellation fees if ticket is canceled in 24 hours and the price drop guarantee on the booked flights. I booked my one-way flight on TM from Miami to Rio de Janeiro on American Airlines because I heard that AA was the best in transatlantic flight operations to Latin America and I took advantage of the lowest fare through TM. The tickets were booked THREE months in advance and I was expecting lower fares on my flight route from TM, to my surprise I never even got one email on reduced prices and I had to fly to Rio-de Janeiro at the same original price I paid during the booking. What I'm unhappy about is I should never have bought their 24 hour policy because it really didn't help me, I would have appreciated buying it had there been a price drop in my air tickets and what is worse is when I call their customer service they tell me that price drop is subject to availability and there were no reduced fares for my dates. Anyway the original airfare I paid wasn't bad at all but still I'm not too happy with TM and I will give only 4 stars to TM.
