Tria Beauty

I don't understand why such an expensive item only lasts a year or so. I've only used it a few times but I have already noticed that less hair is growing back on my underarms. I can't wait to try it out on other areas.

Sooooo disappointed! I had purchased this Tria laser a couple of years ago, I did not use it but a couple of times and put it away. I brought it out last year '23 and began using it a couple days a week and really liked the results I was noticing (ie. Dark spots fading, etc) with 3 mos of use it stopped working. I troubleshooted and followed instructions on the Tria website "to reset the battery", which consisted of: plugging the device in and unplugging it 5 times. Soooo ridiculous! After multiple attempts at that and having my mechanical engineer husband take a look at it, I called Tria customer service and got ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE. The CSR might as well have told me to wear a tin foil hat and jump up and down on one leg while holding the laser to make it work. It didn't. Since it was passed the return timeline, she offered $50 off a new device. REALLY? BUYER BEWARE! Tria do a better job with your product!

I used this product as intended and I qualify for the suggested hair and skin parameters. The product doesn't work! When it didn't work for me I asked on forums and other sites if anyone got any benefits from it and the answer was NONE! Save yourself struggle and money, this laser is not going to help you.

The beauty benefits of laser treatments have long been lauded by expensive private clinics. This is the real thing and has the power to really do what it promises. I have slightly tanned skin, lots of freckles, and dark hairs. It worked. Thank you.

While going through comments section before purchasing their products made me kinda confused about Tria Beauty. Since there was equal ratio of good and bad comments. But I decided to give this brand a try. I am happy that they did not disappointed me! I ordered primer for my dry skin, and actully worked. Though it was very less in quantity but worth the money spending!

Absolutely brilliant, Tria Beauty Hair Removal Laser 4x Cordless Diode face, bikini area, underarms. I have used this nearly a year now, and can say its so easy to use with being cordless and light weighted. And it works, my best ever buy, love it. Could be used for legs arms but i feel with it only having a small laser beam its best for smaller area's that i have mentioned. I used once a week for a few months, now just do a top up maybe once a month or at least every two months. 10/10

I like. I have been using it for 3 months. Hair really goes away. Decreased by 80-90%. I want to get rid of it completely, I'm happy, because depilation with all the consequences is hell for me. I don't know if they will grow in the future, but so far I don't regret that I bought it.

I purchased one of their products via their website. Ten days after my purchase the product went on sale - 25% off! I had not even received my product and they refused to honor the sale for me. The excuse was that "the finance department has not set it up for us to do that". All I could do was order it again and return the original. So to get the discount I would have to pay for the unit twice (not cheap - $400), pay shipping three times (once for the return) and likely not get the product in time for Christmas. Very poor customer service.

Company good to deal with and purchase went well. Have been using for for the recommended time now however no improvement has been noticed. Will continue to use for a while longer in the hope that I just have stubborn hair due to PCOS however that remains to be seen. Certainly would have hoped to see slight improvement by this stage. Probably just a case of home use doesn't provide a strong enough laser.

Tria Beauty products are not covered under any warrantee with the manufacturer if you buy any of these products on eBay. I had gone as far as I could with topical skin care products and needed to take a more aggressive step towards improving my skin texture

This is a really thing and has the power to really do what it promises. I have slightly tanned skin and on my skin this product works good. It was quite expensive and took lots of time to ship to me.
I ave been used it for more than 6 months and the effects is fantastic!

I like the products from Tria Beauty. They are eco-friendly, but very effective. I only ordered from them once, but I was really very satisfied. By the way, the delivery was also fast enough, which made me happy. Anyway, I'm 110% sure that I'll order from Tria Beauty again.

I can't say enough good things about the Tria. I'm in my late sixties and was getting a lot of facial hair. Shaving with an Electric Shaver wasn't enough Because by the end of the day I had more hair. I was really hesitant about buying this product But to my surprise within 6 weeks I have very little hair on my face. I am very happy with the purchase of Tria.

If any Products from Tria Beauty are sold on sites like, Amazon/Walmart check to see how accurate' the reviews are by going to Fakespot. They check - using an algorithm! I found out that Tria's Eye Wrinkle Defying Laser. Got a D on Fakespot..

Was not happy with the results. Tria customer care does not seem to care about their customers or know how to honor their price match using simple math with taxes. If I cannot trust the customer service how can I trust the product

This product is very cool and helpful. I use this and it remove some wrinkles on my face. I recommended it to some friends and it work slots of magic on you body.its s very nice product.it made my face to be smooth

I bought a Tria laser for wrinkles and it only worked a few months, Sent it back to fix, then it broke in a few months again. They sent it back and it happened again. They told me it was over a year, can't help me. The 500 dollar device never worked for more than a few months and now I have a 500 dollar product that doesn't work a little over a year after purchasing.

Definitely want to work your skin up to different levels. I'm so super excited to see how it is in 2 weeks. I'm telling you after one use my scarring is disappearing and my skin tone is evening out. And it's super quick to use! Love it love it love it

I bought tria precision in 2019. During COVID, I moved from Chicago back to California and hadn't charged tria for a while. The device won't turn on. I called customer service and they said I needed to buy a new one because they don't have a repair service to replace the battery. What kind of company doesn't have a repair service! What a waste of money. When I asked the representative if she could offer me a discount for a new device, she emailed me back and said that no discount can be offered. I won't buy any product from this company again.
