Like the title says, I was skeptical about it all. Afraid that like other stores and sites will over inflate a pc with accessories and cosmetics to rack up the price. When the experience gets no love. I told them what my goal was, and they helped me find the PC that would do it, and well. They provided me with a great PC, it was delivered quickly, and it was already set up for me. All I had to do, was remove the protective packaging (they are very thorough, I'll add) And hook up my monitors and plug it in. Quick and Easy! 10/10
I've order my rig almost 5 weeks ago. I understand there may be delays, but after reaching out multiple times they always have a different story. I reached out a week ago form today 2/21/22 to check on its status (as they only provide status updates when it's being built, tested, and shipped) only to find out the motherboard I ordered was out of stock. Cool, things happen, we get that situated, I'm told it will take a week to get it processed. Today marks a week and 2 days, I check in it. The SSD card is out of stock… Again, we get it situated, I requested if it can be worked on soon as I've waited 5 weeks already (they promise 4-6 weeks). Only to be told it can take multiple weeks from today for it to get started, processed, and shipped… The worst part is, you have to reach out to them constantly to i guess get them working on your rig. Good luck if you decide to do business with them.
I am a pretty extreme gamer and have built my own PCs and ordered from other companies in the past. This is my second Xidax PC. I have had my first one for over a year and it has been amazing. Just finished building and ordering my second for my stepson, and Chris was above and beyond. He helped me maneuver some things that were "overkill" so that I could put the money into other aspects to really get the best setup for my budget. I already knew Xidax was the best, now it's solidified in stone.

Honestly, and I apologize to anyone else there, but talk to Chris. The others may be as good, maybe better, I'm not sure, but he really went above and beyond.

Spent 6000 dollars on two computers one broke and called service never called back to this day and I called 3 times. They were so nice to take my money but when I have problem boy do they suck. No help at all stay away

After nearly a month my PC still hasn't shipped back to me even though I received an email Friday (I write this Monday evening) stating service was complete. Calls aren't returned. The original PC CPU cooler was not installed well (almost no thermal paste). The motherboard became faulty so I'm paying the shipping to them and back which would not be so terrible if they would simply have a sense of urgency about returning a very expensive computer. I've built several and never had issues and bought soley due to the GPU shortage at the time... never again.

Purchased a laptop from Xidax, we received it and it constantly blue screened from a hardware issue. Sent it back to them and they received it on the 22nd of July. Over the phone a representative confirmed it would be a two day turn around, here we are over a week later with nothing. I called in yesterday to get an update, sat on hold for an hour and fifty five minutes without ever talking to anyone, decided to chat in and got Jesse, who confirmed that two days was not their usual turn around and that they would have their director call me at 11 today, we are well past 11 both where I'm located at in Florida and also well past 11 in Utah as well. This company has continually failed to live up to the expectations that they set, to anyone reading this I implore you to shop literally anywhere else.

After a long wait for my computer to arrive, it was dead on arrival. The graphics card was not installed correctly.and had become loose in the Mother board. I returned the PC and they charged me $400.00 restocking fee. So I had to pay for their mistake. A large amount for a Veteran on disability pay! Stay away from this company.

I first ordered a XIDAX in 2016, the laptop is still going with no issues but it was time for an upgrade. I decided to check out the site and was put in contact with Shane, they were super helpful, answered all of the questions quickly, and provided me all the information that I needed to build a laptop. From build to checkout, it was super easy and I can't wait for it to arrive! I will definitely purchase from them again in the future!

I bought a powerhouse computer from them for too much money. After 13 months the CPU cooler cracks and leaks all over the inside of the computer. I had another repairman look at the insides (dripping in oil from the cooler) and help me dry it out. When we removed the cooler we find a huge gap in the thermal paste-the cause of the overheating and CPU cooler crack. Whatever oily liquid that was inside the cpu cooler has destroyed my motherboard and maybe the processor. Initially, Xidax told me that they might have covered some repaired if I never opened it up and sent the liquid filled desktop across the country back to them. Never mind that more components would have been damaged by the liquid. But when I asked if they would cover it if the cause was the CPU cooler they admitted that no, they wouldn't have paid for anything.
So their lifetime warranty is a crock-they don't stand behind their product. Find someone else to build your computer.

I was going to college at the Art Institute and needed a good laptop for rendering and graphics. Also I am a gamer so two birds with one stone as they say. I received my laptop and was pretty happy. Until around a year later it crashed on me. I called them up and they said that it would be covered under warranty. I wanted to make sure it was because I was going through quite a bit of family problems. When I called them about the repair they told me that it was the mother board and it needed to be replaced. They then told me that it would not be covered under warranty because the tape I put on the top of the packaging came loose... well I was still having problems at home and it continued for a long time. To make a long story short... THEY RECYCLED MY $3,000 LAPTOP and told me tough $#*! we don; t care... even though I kept in contact and was desperately trying to get the $580 to get it back.
Xidax sales guided me through the process of building the PC I needed for photo editing. I can run photoshop, lightroom, and bridge, as well as stream music, while I work without the latency I experienced with my gaming laptop. It's fast, quiet, and sturdy.

Dont give them any money to build you a piece of trash computer with lows specs and they offer a computer with a 1660 super and an outdated motherboard. Their customer service is less than poor. Just buy from costco or build your own computer.

Well I was on the flop about which pc company to go with to build my next computer, though great computers. My Alienware's are no longer cutting it for me. I reached out to Xidax first since I had recently watched a video on a build they did for Matt@ Demolition Ranch. Shane was the first agent I had the pleasure of dealing with, and actually dealt with for about 5 hours through out that day. Going back and forth through different companies and build sheets the one thing that stood out to me the most was Xidax was the only company where I was able to talk to a live person through chat... the WHOLE day. Shane promptly answered every question that I had as well as made some recommendations on a few things with the custom build I was working on the website. Told him that I wanted to have the computer by a certain day and he assured me that I would receive my build with a certain amount of days as well as receive live updates with build photos and to my surprise it arrived 2 days earlier than it was supposed to. I've had my build now for about a week and a half and have downloaded and played well over 20 different games on it with no issues what so ever. Even today when I made another order Cody's customer service was Top Notch. The build, the warranty, their Customer Service, their shipping/Packaging... was all exceptional and more than I could have hoped for. I was so worried with all the horror stories about shipping companies throwing packages out on the porch that I would receive a beat to death PC but there wasn't even a dent in the box! Without a doubt if I ever order another desktop or laptop at that matter Xidax will always have my business.
So, I got myself my first gaming desktop through these guys. The computer is so far running just fine with the exception of one of the fans. So far I'd brought this to their attention three different times but they don't seem to be interested in replying to me about this issue at all.
Oh, they're super nice to you during the sales process but then drop off the face of the planet if something goes wrong? I went with Xidax because I didn't really have a choice. My laptop was crapping out and it was just time for a new system but so far... I really hate being ignored. Especially considering this is an almost $2K system, brand new, and should NOT be having issues right now as far as I'm concerned.
Just be aware. They may not work with you after you receive your computer.

Bought a hi-end computer for my son for Christmas. Was looking at an Alien Auroa but ended up with Xidax (my kid found the company). Price was cheaper, service was great in configuring, the machine showed up and has worked great. Only issue was the service person helping my son configure the software tried to up-sell him on some anti-virus subscription -- this gal probably spent a total of 2 or 3 hours helping him configure and sell him. Anyways, he declined the up-sell but did get everything set up properly. Its only been six months but he is very pleased with the system.
Bought my PC about 4 years ago. The service was mediocre. I had to call 3 times to get my secondary hard drive. They forgot the cables to install it. I still have an issue of it crashing if it ever goes into sleep mode. I had to format the hard drive due to some shoddy install of windows 10 that left some lingering windows 7 fragments. I don't even know where to begin with that problem. All in all, I would say there are better companies or you should just learn to stick a PC together yourself. YouTube can teach you pretty much anything. Tried to leave a review on another site and they called my review fraudulent because my order number wasn't real. I submitted my receipt to prove my purchase and my review still hasn't made it back up on the site.
I am the one typically leaving positive feedback, it takes a lot for me to make a negative comment. When checking out an employee called me to verify that I was a real buyer. I was billing a serious laptop computer for school. The Xidax employee told me i could build a desktop with similar or better stats for the same price. Long story it doubled the price. After waiting months I got the desktop and a thunderstorm surge killed the power supply. Apparently "acts of God" are not covered under lifetime warranty. I shipped the computer back to the company. They replaced the power supply and sent it back. In return shipping the video card and motherboard were damaged. They had me ship it back at my expense. I'm just a little frustrated with myself buying into a sales pitch which turned out to be a bit disappointing. I bought the computer about a year ago and have spent about nine months with a nonworking computer. $7000+ spent wisely oy vei

I have purchased multiple PCs with Xidax and they have ALWAYS turned out great. One of my systems was dead on arrival but that was at the fault of the shipping company--not Xidax. The Xidax customer service and tech support were quick to get me a replacement. I have talked with multiple sales, customer service, and support agents aover the years nd my experience have never been short of amazing.
I feel obligated to write this review because I have worked with Xidax for nearly 7 years and this site does a poor job at representing the company. If I am going, to be honest here, Xidax is a really good company. It took around a week for the pc to come and I live in NY. So for all the stages, it had been put through and the delivery time, it's pretty fast. Plus there were no state taxes and the delivery was free. Ngl when I got the pc, the box was pretty roughed up (thanks UPS). The packaging was really good as it had a second box and so far gaming is hella good. I run Battlefield 1&5, war thunder, Arma, Squad, COD, and enlisted very smooth on high/max graphics. Customer service was also very good, the person who helped me was Brayden and he was chill and helped made the process really smooth. I spent $1690. So money well spent. I would personally recommend getting a PC from Xidax. Though no company is perfect and they will always have their pros and their cons, you always gonna be taking a risk.
