Like the title says, I was skeptical about it all. Afraid that like other stores and sites will over inflate a pc with accessories and cosmetics to rack up the price. When the experience gets no love. I told them what my goal was, and they helped me find the PC that would do it, and well. They provided me with a great PC, it was delivered quickly, and it was already set up for me. All I had to do, was remove the protective packaging (they are very thorough, I'll add) And hook up my monitors and plug it in. Quick and Easy! 10/10
I've order my rig almost 5 weeks ago. I understand there may be delays, but after reaching out multiple times they always have a different story. I reached out a week ago form today 2/21/22 to check on its status (as they only provide status updates when it's being built, tested, and shipped) only to find out the motherboard I ordered was out of stock. Cool, things happen, we get that situated, I'm told it will take a week to get it processed. Today marks a week and 2 days, I check in it. The SSD card is out of stock… Again, we get it situated, I requested if it can be worked on soon as I've waited 5 weeks already (they promise 4-6 weeks). Only to be told it can take multiple weeks from today for it to get started, processed, and shipped… The worst part is, you have to reach out to them constantly to i guess get them working on your rig. Good luck if you decide to do business with them.
** updated 11/1/24 ** added a star back - Xidax Operations reached out to work on resolving the issue/ customer recovery - have to give them big ups for taking the initiative to reach out, as this is not a simple situation... will update as we resolve
(did finally receive pc back, with upgrades ordered along with a cpu upgrade, courtesy of Xidax to offset delay (to be fair, they still did not have the ordered cpu in stock at the time, so it was a bit of a punt at that point) - delivery via fedex was a nightmare, fedex customer service has continued to get progressively less honest/ competent as fedex has added additional obstacles to customers actually getting service... pc rode around on fed ex truck from 5am to 10pm, passed 20 feet from porch on way cross town at 930 that night. Then delivery updated to monday (instead of friday) based on 'operational delay' [fedex code for we REALLY screwed this one up] - managed to pick it up myself from depot saturday evening, after being sequentially misled by fedex customer disservice... extended ridearound managed to knock the AIO cooler loose from rails and bend rails, i was able to re-seat and secure (damage is cosmetic, just another sting - ON THE UP SIDE - pc is well built, runs like a dream - absolute nerdgasm on the build, only negative was the bad taste the Sisyphusian task of getting it fished out of the void, repaired and returned has left in my metaphorical mouth.)
Originally purchased a pair of gaming pc's in 2017 from Xidax and the builds have performed well - quality components, solid builds. Have done a few component upgrades on one over the years, finally hit the point where we were pretty effectively bottlenecked at cpu/ motherboard and was looking at upgrade options when the cpu, overcome by existential ennui, self immolated (in a contained fashion)... so, definitely time. Contacted the Xidax team and paid return shipping, followed directions on having UPS pack it and off it goes...
Case gets broken in transit... looks like we're upgrading that too... mind you, this is a mid-line x-6 unit, kind of the bread and butter of their offerings... signed off on a significant mobo, cpu upgrade (along with new ram, fans, cooler) and paid the tab... knew that there might be some delays since i had opted for an AMD cpu, was told they should have them in a couple days... here is where things gang aft a-gley...
No communication, no follow up - not even able to get through on phones for 3 days running (other than the 'if you would like a callback on this number...' - tried that - got an unmarked call, no message... not sure I'm gonna score that as a 'callback'... did manage to engage with a sentient today, and the 'may be delayed' has become 'we're still waiting on those (two weeks later...)' - to best of my knowledge, micro center, newegg and amazon all have those chips available from recent searches, though I'm sure team X is using a more professional vendor... with delays...
So, the wait continues and the dude abides - while I have been absolutely ecstatic about the quality of their product overall, their service focus and logistics seem to leave a lot to be desired... will update as the story unfolds...
We are currently 4 weeks+ into the adventure - spent almost 2 hours being ping ponged in their 'livechat' friday, through 5 different reps, spoke their customer service manager and was assured that I'd have shipping info that day... still waiting... apparently, the rot is all the way through. Sad evolution of a company that used to rock the house.

seems to be a significant amount of churn/ chaos at xidax. both internal and external communication seem to be extremely poorly executed - might need to try to get team on same page... again

My experience with Tanner was great! He called right away when I was approved for my Progressive Lease and asked me what all he could do to help me. I was at work and asked if we could take to conversation to chat, and he obliged. I had a really tight and strict budget and Tanner did a great job to make sure I got what I needed at the right price. My whole experience will definitely make me want to tell my community about this great company. A billion kudos to Tanner, he needs a raise for sure.
After shopping around other various options online I decided to go with a pre-built PC from Xidax. The high level of components and build quality at the right price is what helped make my decision. The only draw back for me is paying for shipping, but that extra cost was worth it to me for the build quality and piece of mind that comes with buying a PC from Xidax. I went with a pre-built PC in stock which shipped close to next day and I am very happy with my purchase. I would do business with Xidax again.

I have come to talk to the customer service several times as I have yet to settle on a build and I had Andrew remember my request from the previous times even though I had forgotten it and it goes to show much they value their customer service.

I bought a Xidax PC in December, the sales team helped me get my build put together easily, even was able to special order fans that they don't carry.
On top of that, they've got a lifetime warranty which is no joke, a stick of ram failed and they swapped it out no problem.
Definitely my go-to for future upgrades and builds
I've been a solid customer for 4 years encouraging my family to purchase machines, i think we're up to 6 total now. Solid tech support knowledge, I could go on and on about how amazing their warranty is and how it works with an array of schedules, skill levels and needs, Shane even helped me make some upgrades while it was in for a repair covered even after all these years. I can't imagine a better deal.
I had a mid tier custom built by another company. Out of the box it didn't work, spent many hours diagnosing with the company. But, they did take it back all postage and costs paid and gave me back every penny I paid.
Got my Xidax, same tier build and all the parts were correct, it worked out of the box and had it in about a week from ordering. Now we need to see if it lasts, but long story short, I think it's not the problem but the recovery that matters.
PS, my build from the other company is now selling for $400 less and NZXT no longer sells the like item. I'm still keeping Mr. Xidax, hoping it will last the ten years my last build lived.
I bought a pc in 2016 from xidax computers. I was very lost in how I could upgrade my current system and Spencer was able to answer all my questions. He worked with me for an hour straight and was extremely knowledgeable on every subject.

The customer service is top notch here. I spent a good 45 minutes on the phone with the specialist that was assisting me with my build and the final product was exactly what I needed and they managed to cut a little bit off the overall price in the process.

I had been planning a new PC purchase for a few months. I pre built about 50 or more on at least 10 different sites. I kept coning back to Xidax because the parts selection was definitely better than others. Some companies are ok with selling you mid grade equipment. Not Xidax.
Once i placed my order i did have an issue with my order getting "lost in translation". XIDAX's awesome staff helped get my order back on track. The very next business day i had my confirmation. I was expecting a 3 week to a month or so to take delivery. I received my new PC in under 2 weeks. They also sent build photos as they were working. Ive never been shown the process on any of my other PC's. I had no issues with the delivery. Outer box was handled quite nicely. The set up and install were hiccup free as it is supposed to be. 10 out of 10 would order again and recommend to anyone considering a new PC.

Have been in the process of ordering my new system for about 2 months. During that time, Cody has answered all of my questions, and has been extremely helpful and honest. Empty promises to help fix broken case fans. Fan issues from delivery to weeks later without help!

It is now 10/20/23. After multiple attempts to reach * and the CS team, crickets. Empty promises with the only resolution offered is to send the Unit back. CRAZY!

The lack of follow up was only present before the product shipped when I threatened to cancel my order. Tech support and Customer support have lied all of the way through in an attempt to fix the broken fans issue. The computer came with a loose fan bridge connector which took an extra pair of hands and a couple of days to fix. Xidax's response was for me to return it at my cost or just deal with it. Now I am slowly dismantling the PC to find the fan control board and the possible defective fans

Not only is Xidax's customer service amazing, but you can genuinely tell that this is a company that cares about their customers. I worked with Chris for nearly half an hour to make sure I got all the stuff I needed, and he was wonderful. 10/10, would recommend.
Xidax went above and beyond with my PC! Found them through a video of my favorite creator demo ranch. They were helpful on the phone to build me a system that will run war zone at high frames. Would highly recommend them for your next PC!

I've always wanted a gaming pc but never knew where to start. I hopped in a stream and saw a logo for Xidax and when I asked the guy about them he wouldn't stop talking about how good an experience he'd had with this company so I figured I'd have to check it out. When I got to the site I was a bit confused and really had no idea what I was doing but the chat window popped up and one of their sales agents walked me through everything step by step and made the process a LOT easier. I don't remember who the original rep I spoke to was but at this point I've probably talked to them all, I got a pc I would have never dreamed I'd own and it runs flawlessly, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I'm hoping to be an affiliate like the streamer who recommended them to me. Financed pc for 3500$ delivered broken PC fault found from day 1 unboxing sent back for repair after cpu is overheating... they return saying it's fixed... this is a lie computer still overheating still same exact code on mother board. If they just turned it on after "fixing" it if they even worked on it. In reality they could see it them selves its a bright light that literally says a code in bright red can't be missed... well they did miss It they didn't even look in my opinion. Here it is less than 6 months in 3-4 months of it actually being in my house completely dead pc no boot unbelievable and they want to act like fixing it should cost me money... umm no you shipped it defective failed to repair it 2 times you just need to fix it right its literally not hard replace the cpu quality test it play something it's called running a business you don't sell someone crap then put them off worst experience of my life 1st and last time
