When my daughter started high school, I wanted a way to keep her safe without being overly intrusive. A friend of mine recommended xnspy. The app allows me to monitor her messaging and social media interactions. It has helped us talk about online safety and privacy. I feel more confident knowing I can stay connected without invading her space
It is a shame I can't give XNSPY negative stars because the product is very, very bad and the company are scammers. XNSPY never at any time recorded telephone calls and that is all I really wanted. Right from the start I got the run around from the so called support people, it was installed on an Android 9 phone and later they told me that I needed a later version of Android so I bought a new phone, Android 13 but then not even the surround sound recording worked. They then told me that is did NOT work on Android 13 even though it BOLDLY claimed on their web site that it works on all Android devices and lastly they refused a refund. Do NOT waste your money on those liars and scammers
This is a great employee productivity app. It doesn't need any technical knowledge or special hardware to operate either. I haven't spent much time with it but so far it seems very promising.

This company advertises its services at though you will have access to all these great tools for tracking and monitoring phone usage. The is simply NOT the case, and when you reach out to them (cannot get them by phone of course) vie e-mail they provide no help AND very short AND RUDE answers. After multiple attempts try and fix it on my own all I was able to do was track a phone call log. For $149.99. Both the product and customer service are - as you can read in other review - COMPLETELY USELESS!
It allows me to monitor my employees discreetly and without interruption. There might be other options to do the same job but in my opinion, they are much pricey.
I have a small coffee shop. There are off peak hours which i like to spend at home but leaving my kids without any form of surveillance alway used to worry me. With xnspy i montor their activities throuhg smartphones which is highly conveient for me
Plain awesome! Xnspy just won itself a big fat endorsement from me even though im no celebvrity. I'm not cool with gadgets and all and I ask all the dumb questions when it comes to these softwares and apps. But blimme, these guys have saintly patience! Lol. They literally walked me through the installation process like a 3rd grader and now my app is working like a super hero! I'm just so excited that now I can see my kids' location and phone data. It's like m standin over thwir shoulder and they have no clue to it. Best app. Love you guys!

I am not sure what's with all the negative reviews and disgusting use of language that's used here. So, I'll just keep it simple and easy for my review. I got my Xnspy subscription for $99 on sale for a year's subscription. I got greedy. I thought it would be a good idea to save some bucks, so I started using the app and found it to be just fine. The app isn't as big of a deal as they are trying to portray on their website but it's not all bad either. All the features work as they are advertised but there are some underlying things that many could miss since there's a lot of fine print to cover. For, one you'll be required to root an Android device if you want to do social media monitoring. Amongst other things, you could also experience a few lags in when the new backups are made on your account. But even after then, I would rate this app 4/5 stars because it did what I bought it for and I also almost used it for a year so no regrets. It's worth buying if you know what you are buying.

Everyone agrees that Xnspy offers amazing features to the users. But I want to appreciate the excellent customer service. They were so helpful and guided me well regarding the installation. Good job!
The customer service helped me with any queries I had regarding its compatibility with my Galaxy S 22 smartphone. So I installed it after making sure XNSPY supported it and I'm glad I did because it has been very reliable so far in protecting my young son online.
I have some reservations from day one about the software. I still like it but there's nothing that's been done about how fast backups are done. There's no certainty. This has to get a little better.

It is a great app to keep any eye on whereabouts of your employees and children. Highly recommended.

Excellent app for monitoring ur spouse and kids. But the mobile needs to be rooted to get all the benefits, I am unable to do that. If there is any document from xnspy would be useful

Have been using this over 4 months now. Works just fine. Better than expected. The last time I tried a spy app, it was all a lie. This one is affordable but better. Worth a try.
For me, Xnspy is the best spy app to monitor kids. Hands down. I had a lot of issues with the previous app that I was using, and it's been 7 months since Xnspy. No complaints!
I was introduced to XNSPY by my neighbor who used it to monitor her kids. I have been using its social media tracking feature and am loving it. It is so easy to keep track of their activities now
Terrible customer service. I JUST SIGNED UP TODAY, within the last hour, monitor my daughters phone. The installation process wasn't working, the site was coming up unsecured so I could not proceed. I chatted with a HORRIBLE customer service rep who argued with me, and refused to refund me my money. I did not use ONE bit of this service and only offered 30% refund! That's horrible.
What would you expect more from an app that can let you access calls, sms, emails, internet browsing history, calnedar entries etc. etc. Loved every feature of xnspy. A must buy for all the parents
Target phone lost connection with Xnspy's server, and they do not give any prorated refund on time left on premium paid. Very unfriendly customer service.

Overall its tracking speed and monitoring features are decent for the price, even though the app starts glitching sometimes when I try to log in to my account, but
You can not see on time messages or calls. It takes days for them to show up. I contacted the customer service but they kept saying that I had to wait another 24h every time.
I was previously using UMOBIX but 90% of the features they claim to have don't work at all. And when I asked for refund, I got blocked by their customer support team. I switched to XNSPY a month ago and finallyfound some sanity.
This company claims to provide real monitoring services but they don't they couldn't give me access to what I wanted I requested for a refund they denied me I had to seek alternative means to get what I wanted.
