I've had problems with the app since day 1 logs are recorded a day later not real time GPS tracking is alful no refund policy and costumer service is worthless 5 months later nothing is fixed as they keep promising they've also blocked me from filing any more tickets to the ongoing problems totaly worthless
XN spy has worked fine for me so far. The only I would say before you get it is make sure your phone is rooted. I hadn’t noticed that I needed a rooted phone for some of its features to work so I had to go through some trouble.
Its a nice smartphone monitoring app and i like it. My kids were extremely annoying and talking to them was like talking to wallls. I lock their iphones and ipads at night with remote control feature of xnspy. Works perfect fro me
I purchase the xnspy software and got Zero Record. None of it work. It doesn't even deserve one star. I'm currently waiting on my request for a refund
This compay is a SCAM. The software does not work AT ALL. When you contact customer service they will give you the run around and ignore your refund requests. Then instead of following their own refund policy of 50% refund for generally dissatisfied customers they tell you they alead spent 60% of your money and can only give you 30% refund back. Who's problem is that? You as a company shold be ready to take these losses if your software doesn't work. No solution they gave me to my problems wored and some problems I told them about were ignored completely. Will be calling my bank tomorrow to report fraudulent charges.
Advertisment was fake, none of this is working. It wasnt even indicated that you have to wait 36hrs to update iphone and get a live update. That information wasnt suppose to be kept! With surround recording it was indicated iphone with no jailbreak is included but not! They won't refund a full purchase even if the app does nothing. I asked for a refund and they wont let me, even i say im not satisfied with the service and it was less than 10days they responded thats what i paid for. What a very rude customer service and not even a 24/7 help. I dont know if they block me, i cant find ways to contact these people. Very very poor service! XNSPY if you can read this i want my money back! Waste of time and money!.

I was living the worst time of my life. I had a boyfriend that I loved but couldn't trust. He would tell me that he loves me so much and I mean everything to him but even then, there was something not right about it. I never loved someone more than him and my whole life was on the verge of breaking down because I had no idea if he actually loved me; If he actually meant to be sorry for all the times he made mistakes and all the times when he (probably lied) to me about it. Xnspy opened my eyes to everything. It was hard but once I knew that he's a compulsive liar and cheater, it was a bit less hard for me to let him go. My only question: If you want to spy on him/her, are you ready for the truth?
I love the geofencing feature! It's accurate and gives me instant alerts when needed. I will gladly give it 5 stars and hope the developers see this feedback.
Yea I had problems right from the very beginning. And then come to find out the phone record calls doesn't apply to my phone because I guess I was running Android 10 and they stop at 9! So I asked for a refund and they said only give me half back. They will not grant me a full refund. And I payed for a full year mind you. So I guess that's how they make their money is by only refunding half your money back. DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE GUYS!
XNSPY is good with location tracking, however I did find that it takes a moment or two for the current location to appear. Other than that, I wish there were a way to monitor Snapchat other than their screenshot feature.
I have started using this and not a single step along the way i needed assistance installing this app. The dashboard is quite user friendly and i am very satisfied with the services.
Soooooo happy with this software! The only reason I'd stay away from it for this long is becasue I thought it would be another scam. But then the parental app I used on my kids wasn't working anymore (I think the makers had technical issues) so I switched to XNSPY. Super satisfied becasue it came with tonnes more features than my old software anyway, so I'm a happy momma!
They show case all these features that you can use and all but really when you install the app nothing works. No features work. No live chat support although they say 24/7 it is not. Only support is ticketing system which you will have to wait for days for a reply. Use less company useless app. ONESPY IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS. $#*!ing loosers and a fake. A big zero!

I would not recommend this service it is the worst mistake u could make. They have chosen not to honor the 100%satisfaction, because they can't do everything they claim they can, and when they can't even service you, they want to keep half your money. They trick you into buying the service and then they won't give you your full refund, go see for yourself, their website claims to run smoothly on android and ios phones, but then go look at how they offer regunds. What kind of jackass Internet crook sat down and determined how they would issue refunds, they have so many clauses something tells me all they do is issue refunds. To be able to pick them apart like that. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Even MSPY I'd better than this jerkwater $#*!, honestly this is some nerd in the basement type app, there's no real company behind this and I'm reporting them to the proper authorities for ripping people off.
It is a shame I can't give XNSPY negative stars because the product is very, very bad and the company are scammers. XNSPY never at any time recorded telephone calls and that is all I really wanted. Right from the start I got the run around from the so called support people, it was installed on an Android 9 phone and later they told me that I needed a later version of Android so I bought a new phone, Android 13 but then not even the surround sound recording worked. They then told me that is did NOT work on Android 13 even though it BOLDLY claimed on their web site that it works on all Android devices and lastly they refused a refund. Do NOT waste your money on those liars and scammers
Well i am quite obsessed with monitoring apps, xnspy seems like a good choice. Its fast, effective and offers a lot of features. It really tells you to parent your kids in this digital world
Not a good thing though but I am kind of fixated to this app. It gives me every tiny detail about what he does, where he goes, etc. If you need to keep a very close eye on someone, get Xnspy.
This is a great employee productivity app. It doesn't need any technical knowledge or special hardware to operate either. I haven't spent much time with it but so far it seems very promising.
Not a fan of spying but this app is stealthy and accurate. Used it for a month to check if my daughter was keeping good company. I wasnt disappointed with the performance.
I have only been using this app for around a month and it has exceeded my expectations. The menus are easy to navigate and the UI is extremely user friendly. No complaints so far.
