This app is great. I loved how it takes care of everything from calls to messages to emails, and locations. I am a parent and this gives me so much control. Like any parent, I want to ensure the digital safety of my kids and Xnspy lets me do that. It's great! I would recommend this app to all parents.

I paid for their service but absolutely nothing worked! I could not even add a phone successfully after following the steps as explained by them.

Like someone rightly said here, their live support platform is nothing but a chat window. The support person is super responsive but gets absolutely NOTHING done for you.

They tell you to wait for days or weeks to get your issue resolved. They won't even give an estimate amount of time for the resolution.

In summary, XNSPY is completely useless and a joke. The website is beautiful for nothing!

I purchased this thinking it would be compatible with Android smart phones. Have a Galaxy S9 was trying to monitor. Barely gave you text updates. And if pictures were sent via text message then it would not show up on the actual text thread that it showed you on the dashboard. It would pinpoint an accurate location but I have apps that will do that for free. Cannot listen to phone calls cannot listen in real time and you cannot see text messages made until the next day.

Been using the app for years on multiple phones. I can tell you the app is very buggy, frequently ceases to work and requires "updates", that are very time consuming. It's very expensive and customer support is a bunch of kids reading from a 3x5 index card. They know nothing about software and are hard of hearing. I found myself telling them repeatedly the same info and sending screenshot after screenshot proving their app is a POS. Then, they tell me, after spending half a day trying to reinstall the app, that they don't offer refunds. What a load of cra-p. In conclusion, I would not pay for this pos app as it is not practical to install, especially in android phones, is too exspensive, and customer service is worthless. Run far away.

I installed the software and they don't support Android 10 OS. Cancelled and asked for a refund. I got back too bad so sad. No offer of we will have our software updated by... for OS 10. Thanks for nothing and no help. We might have waited. We are elderly and retired and trying to monitor our 31 year old Down Syndrome disabled son. Thanks for nothing.

I bought Xnspy in Brazil on May 10th. After I paid, I was told that they were trying to correct errors to make the system work. They asked me for a few days. I waited 7 days and it didn't work. I complained again and they always say in the mail that in a few days the problems will be solved. It's been 16 days since I bought it without being able to use it and they continue to answer the same thing. Now they said that if I cancel I will receive only part of the amount I paid. If they sold me something that doesn't work, that I'm not responsible for the failure, why won't they return the amount I paid?

I purchased the subscription yesterday and the app doesn't work as expected. I contacted the Chat rep immediately. After almost an hour trying to do many things, installing, disable this, unable that, to make it work as the guy suggested. Still didn't work. He told me to try again today.
Today I tried one more time and it still doesn't work. I contacted them to get a refund. The Rep was rude and careless. He insisted that my purchase was over 10 days ago already, even when I have proof that I just bought it yesterday. After a long debate, he only agreed to issue 50% of the amount. I paid $59.99 yesterday, and now they want to keep half of it. What a greedy company. Really bad customer service. STAY AWAY. Couldn't find phone number or the address of the company either. This is really a creepy company. Go for another company that is US-based.

I purchased XNSPY back in November 2019 and must say it worked well in the beginning. The calls were being recorded and the text messages were coming through. The only complaint in the beginning was that all of the text messages from the target phone was not being uploaded on the dashboard. Support will respond within 24 hours but they all will say the same thing and really do not solve many of the problems that you have. Since February of 2020, XNSPY no longer is able to play recorded calls. The app will record the call but you cannot hear anything. At the moment, it is a complete waste of money and I will cancel my subscription if the company doesn't find a way to for me to hear the recorded audio.

I bought the product and ask them if I need some info from the target phone and didn't answer because they didn't my credential information they are fraud. I contact them immediately just past a few minutes and they told me they cannot cancel my purchase. The customer service they will give you the run around and ignore your refund requests. Their page says " eligible for a full refund within 10 days" And I placed SAME DAY and they don't want to make the refund, that is the way that they do business stealing peoples money. Poor service I did't try or open the program and they are not willing to give me back my money.

The installation process was slightly confusing for me. I'm 50, and don't know how to navigate my way around tech-related issues. Thankfully, their customer support is top-notch. They patiently guided me through the entire process. In the end, it seemed easier than I thought it was.

My 11-year-old son went abroad for a student exchange program for a couple of months. Obviously I was quite worried since I could not oversee anything. XNSPY made all the difference. I found the location tracking feature especially useful. Helped me sleep at night in peace! 5 Stars!

This company claims to provide real time monitoring which in these crazy times would give any parent a sense of relief; however, it is complete BS. I got no data at all. And when I contacted them they sent me a things you should know before you buy link saying that it clearly tells you that it just pulls data from iCloud backup. Except you can't find that link from the main website. The website is completely misleading and says 100% satisfaction guaranteed but they were quick to mention that doesn't mean a full refund. They offered me 30% (I had it less than a week and got NO data). I argued the website says 50% and they gave me that but seriously this is a scam company. DO NOT BUY! They promise to help you protect your children and then steal your money. I hope they realize karma is a b*tch and what goes around comes around. I am reporting to BBB
