Complete fraud, the solutions doesn't work at all, just empty screens! I wish I have read the reviews before I bought it. Their business plan it's to sell completely useless solution, which doesn't work and then propose you 30% reimbursement!
They don't really offer a 10-day refund. At least not in my case. This is day 10 for me and I have requested a refund 5x due to the service being unable to pull the promised data and locking the monitored user's Apple account. They completely ignore my requests for a refund and every time just refer me to support articles or tell me to try again.
This is a worthless product doesn't do anything a total waste of money. If you think about getting this product THEN DON'T
Xnspy uses both GPS location tracking and geo-fencing to give you the exact location of the phone user, and you know right away when the user enters or leaves a place. It's downright amazing!
Xnspy This is a bad product here it's is 15hours later and I still haven't received any updates, it doesn't state anywhere that it doesn't have real time reporting for the iPhone. I have asked for a refund and now I am getting runaround less than 24hours later. I'm glad I found solutionhackedteam online and was given access to my target phone with just the phone numbers only.

These apps could work. Turns out I was wrong. Used it on an iOS device, and everything is so on point.
So, this comes from the elder kid of the family, who is a half-parent to her younger siblings. Xnspy has made my life so easy. I don't have to watch my siblings all the time. The app lets me keep an eye on them and even lock their phones!
I couldn't install this software on the target phone it kept on giving me error messages. I contacted them for a refund but their service is terrible! I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company based on the fact they sold a non working software. Horrid company I guess I've got to figure out another way to monitor the phone.
So, I thought that I would never need to check on my kids to the extent of using a monitoring app on them. Well, by sheer accident, I got to know about my son going out after curfew and then lying to me about it. With Xnspy's Watchlist feature, I was able to track him in real-time, and know about the recent location history too. The app's locating tracking is so on point! Not planning to quit this app anytime soon.

I purchase this and try to download on a target device which is an Android. The URL link they sent was not recognized and I continued to get a error saying "URL is not found on the server". I contacted the customer service via their IM and the first person continued to give me the same URL, tell me it's not possible that it wouldn't accept and then they left the chat basically saying good luck. Then I start another chat and go through the same deal with that person. After trying too many tines, I requested a refund. They respond by lying and saying they show it did download and I should check my dashboard... of course I do and NOTHING! I knew there was no way since the URL didn't work but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. After calling them on the lie, they went dead silent... never responding again. Thankfully I emailed myself the chat!
I have purchased a 3 month subscription but I would not recommend this app on Android, here are the pluses and just some minuses (as I experienced them), however the minuses are of a greater importance than the minuses:
+ fast installation, fast replying customer service, location tracking is accurate (when it works, haha!);
- whatsapp/facebook logging is a joke, you can only see some typed words, but not to whom or from who, and not all the conversation, so it's useless!
- at least for me, I had to install the app every 2-3 days, as it stopped monitoring everything after a couple of days (customer service tried to say that the phone must have not been connected to internet, but it was all the time!)
- some calls are being recorded, some are not (random choice?!)
- remote control/record surround feature works from time to time, not always, and not recording the amount of minutes you set (for example, you set 25 minutes for recording, and it records 5, or 2, or 18 minutes, like it has a mind of its own, rarely it records the exact amount of minutes you input)
All in all, sorry but I would not recommend it.

They're terrible. The info takes almost a week for each day to populate on the interface so you end up not seeing the info until later. Half of the info is missing when it is finally up, and the surround recording feature is a joke because those go missing too. Buyer beware. I've used many spy softwares but this is the worst & not very reputable like webwatcher or mobistealth. The customer service is like talking to 5 year olds as well. It can't be based out of the US either.
Really good service with lots of features. I bought a one-year subscription and availed their 40% discount offer. Keylogger and live location tracking are my favorite features. Overall, my experience is going well. I like their customer support. The only thing I wish to look in the future is to track more than one device from a single account. I hope you guys will work on that, too. 5 stars for your service.

For a person like me with no technical background, the app installation was easy. It took hardly 5 minutes to download and set up the app. The whole process was automated. I like its well-designed interface. On a single click, I get all the calls, chats, and other activities happening on my teen's phone. This is what any parent would be expecting from a good parental control app.
