Long story short I bought the year subscription and the service never worked. I emailed many times to get a refund within the 10 days allotted. My request was ignored and I was always told they could fix it. After weeks and weeks of customer service pushing me off I gave up. When I emailed a month or two later to rectify the situation customer service was even worse. It was like they had my money so why even try. They even admitted to pushing people off until the allotted refund time elapsed. Do not waste your money like I stupidly did!

Would leave a worse review, if possible. The product feature set was not well-advertised. Features I thought were available, were not, and features they claim are available do not work well like they do with competing products. Despite claiming a money back return policy, they would not issue my refund despite many attempts to request it. Different members of support keep replying "please describe your issue" even though I have described it repeatedly. It's a scam backing for a subpar product. I am very disappointed since I had read positive reviews prior to purchase. I am now attempting to get refunded through their biller and if that doesn't work will be refusing the charge on my bank's side. This could have been resolved more efficiently if they would have been willing to follow their own refund policy. I will be posting this on as many review sites as I can find.

Advertisment was fake, none of this is working. It wasnt even indicated that you have to wait 36hrs to update iphone and get a live update. That information wasnt suppose to be kept! With surround recording it was indicated iphone with no jailbreak is included but not! They won't refund a full purchase even if the app does nothing. I asked for a refund and they wont let me, even i say im not satisfied with the service and it was less than 10days they responded thats what i paid for. What a very rude customer service and not even a 24/7 help. I dont know if they block me, i cant find ways to contact these people. Very very poor service! XNSPY if you can read this i want my money back! Waste of time and money!.

Easy installation with good compatibility with the latest iOS versions. No doubt, Xnspy is a blessing for parents as it gives you comprehensive details of the activities of your kids on their phones. I purchased its premium version and started reading conversations of my kids with others on WhatsApp and other messengers. Now I can sit back and relax as Xnspy sends me instant notifications on my kids' whereabouts. It definitely deserves 5 stars.

I tried it last year and I was not very excited. It did the job but I had faced a lot of issues. Recently, I had the need to look into someone's phone once more; tried Xnspy again. I am very impressed with how the app has improved within a year. There are many more interesting features added. All those analytical features weren't there as far as I remember which are very helpful if you are monitoring someone's phone for an anomaly (as you are very likely to find a trend or something very important on their cell phone).

Xnspy is absolutely amazing! Before purchasing the app, I was a little skeptical. So I read through their website to get a general idea of how the app works, what devices are compatible, and such. After purchasing the subscription plan for Android phone, I was impressed with the performance. I did face a couple of issues with installation though. I contacted the support team and they resolved the issue within a day. I haven't had any major issues with the app. But it sometimes it gets stuck so I can't view everything in real time. But it's definitely worth the money.

Ok, so my ex was cheating on me but not very openly. He wasn't always tapping and texting on his phone. So I never found out anything. But I began to notice that his phone battery was down almost all the time so I figured he was spending a lot of time on his phone only when I wasn't with him. So, I searched for something I could install to find out what's going on. Xnspy was a huge help. An eye-opener rather. All the features are pretty cool but it's the call recording feature I loved the most. It really works! The app automatically records the calls in the monitored phone and then I could listen to them later on. Thank you, Xnspy!

I love Xnspy. I have it for my fleet business. It's the perfect solution for anyone who has to monitor their riders/drivers. There are GPS tracking devices available, but they are different; easy to manipulate, not to forget. But, with Xnspy (an app) installed on a phone, you can monitor your rider's location all the time. Plus, you can read their texts, etc., which adds to the safety that you ask for. I must say, it's actually so good that I am motivated to write this review.

This company is highly dubious. It used the refund policy to bar customers from getting back money for a 1 year subscription when their product failed to work in the first place. When asked, they keep telling you to reinstall, wait for server, it takes time. Simply dragging their feet past the 10 days refund period and then tell you that you cannot refund. Beware, There is also no information on their website on their address and where they are located.

Reading their replies, their common line of defense is that they have already stated how unreasonable they are going to be, on their terms and conditions and if you still agree to purchase then you are agreeing to be screwed. As such you get no refund even if they fail to give you what they purport to sell or provide. They are covered by their terms and conditions which states they can be like this. Be warned. Lots of better more reliable companies around who really want to help. Perhaps they are spending more time writing up fake reviews than really working on their software.

I've tried several spying applications and the most common problem among these apps is that the battery is depleted within hours after charging. Haven't found this problem in Xnspy though. I installed the app on my spouse phone to check how well it works. The app gives live location and everything that happens in real time. I was also able to record the surroundings of the phone when it was in idle mode. You can also control the phone with commands sent from the app as well. You can block apps too. It's a complete spying app and some very amazing features.

Wish I had seen these reviews before purchase. This app NEVER worked and they won't refund a full purchase even if the app does nothing. I asked for a refund less than a day after purchasing but they insisted I follow their advice still didn't work even with repeated installation. They keep asking to reinstall over and over again, finally I hot fed up and said just refund me (as I think they were just trying to make me go past the 10 day mark so they didn't have to refund me at all). I have asked for a refund over 10 times now and they still respond with the same BS of please reinstall app. DO NOT purchase big waste of money.

Okay, not to sound dramatic or anything. And no, it doesn't have to do with a cheating partner either. I am a mother of a teenage girl who has always been bubbly and popular, but over the past few months I noticed a few changes in her and she just wouldn't let me help her. She wouldn't share anything. As a mother, it is extremely difficult seeing your little-girl-who-shares-everything to grow into this tight-lipped person. So, as a last resort, I used Xnspy and thank god I did. Turns out she was being bullied by a group of students from her school regarding her sudden growth spurt and the apparent physical changes. Things were getting out of hand. If I hadn't intervened timely, my daughter would have done something drastic.
I would surely recommend all parents to have this app on their phone's kids. They won't always tell you the emotional battles they fight while growing up.
