When my daughter started high school, I wanted a way to keep her safe without being overly intrusive. A friend of mine recommended xnspy. The app allows me to monitor her messaging and social media interactions. It has helped us talk about online safety and privacy. I feel more confident knowing I can stay connected without invading her space
It is a shame I can't give XNSPY negative stars because the product is very, very bad and the company are scammers. XNSPY never at any time recorded telephone calls and that is all I really wanted. Right from the start I got the run around from the so called support people, it was installed on an Android 9 phone and later they told me that I needed a later version of Android so I bought a new phone, Android 13 but then not even the surround sound recording worked. They then told me that is did NOT work on Android 13 even though it BOLDLY claimed on their web site that it works on all Android devices and lastly they refused a refund. Do NOT waste your money on those liars and scammers
I have been using Xnspy for 6/7 months. I suggest everyone to try this App. To me it helps a lot...!
This app is great for people who are to remote monitoring apps. It is a good option as it is beginner friendly and doesn't have a high cost.
The features are shockingly good, and so is the price. I know it's not the perfect app, but I haven't seen better ones either.
I really enjoy using this app and it has worked really well for me ever since I upgraded to an S21 ultra.

Be careful.it won't work on most of the Android phone. Very unfriendly customer service with no refund policy.

There are too many prerequisites that you need to know of very clearly before spending your money. But overall the app works great.
This app is perfect for email mointoring. Plus I love the fact that I can create alerts, which significantly enchances my ecperience.
This app is worth every penny of its price. I was previously using umobix and found that xnspy is half its price with better features.

Was not working good from the first day. Everytime they told me reinstall it and reinstall it. They don't have good refund program
Horrible company. Blames the customer when things don't work and won't issue a refund for something I can't even use. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
XNSPY has terrible business practices. I wouldn't do business with them, despite their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. The product works great -- for a day -- then you find the problems that make it unusable.
First, their refund policy allows for no refund after 10 days. Second, the iCloud based solution that they are selling doesn't work. When XNSPY tries to access an iCloud backup, the first time works. Then, Apple locks the iCloud account for suspicious activity (caused by XNSPY). To unlock the iCloud account one must change its password at Apple.
The problem is that then the device being monitored needs to have its iCloud password updated also, requiring physical access to the phone, and causing the phone (or any other apple device) to be unable to use its iCloud account until the password is updated -- including generating the very iCloud backup that XNSPY uses. Stealthy it ain't.
Further, the web interface to the XNSPY product doesn't let you change the password for the iCloud account -- until XNSPY has a failed login. Let's think about that for a sec. Apple locked the account for suspicious activity, and XNSPY won't let you fix your credentials until it generates MORE suspicious activity (by trying to access the iCloud backup with the old password).
XNSPY has confirmed to me that they know about this problem. Yet, they still sell the product, and will not honor their "100% guaranteed customer satisfaction" by providing a refund. Instead, they hide behind their "policies" of only providing partial refunds, despite knowingly selling a product that doesn't do what it promises to do.
Oh they say that they are "working on the problem", but frankly, I don't believe them, And I have only 10-days from purchase to ask for a refund.
Oh, and they are offshore. Their billing information shows them as SERFOLET LTD from Cyprus.
Be forewarned, and take your business elsewhere.
