XNSPY

Been quite a while using XNSpy now and I’m getting used to it. Features are so many and it takes a little time to get the hang of it. If anyone here is reading reviewsbefgore buying XNSpy, people make absolutely sure that the phone is jailbroken. It won’t work on factory unlocked phones so save yourself the hassle and money. Otherwise, it works just fine. I’m a fan of the record surrounding feature. It’s a real steal.

Xnspy is very good if you want to monitor instant messenger apps like whatsapp and even fb. Like you can read messages and stuff and look at pictures and whatsapp media. Pretty ideal if you want to make sure your kids are safe.

The app is pretty cool in a way that it doesn't stop working even in the absence of an internet connection. It would keep on spying and recording information. And as soon as the monitored phone connects to the internet, you get everything uploaded to your web account.

Useless app. It doesn't work and you need to always reach out to them for help, not just that their customer service is rude and useless. Don't waste your money trying to buy this app as it doesn't serve the purpose. You always have to install and reinstall which makes absolutely no sense.

Almost immediately after downloading the app I didn't like it. Some services aren't available unless the phone is rooted. Once I was able to get some results, there is a delay of a couple days to see texts messages and it was not hidden on the other phone because my daughter came up and asked what Androidauto was for. I was within the 10 day refund policy window but would not get responses. Of course when I message again and I'm well out of the 10 day window I get a response right away stating that I could only get a refund during the 10 days.
I would definitely recommend using something else and one that doesn't require the phone to be rooted.

There are limited features that Xnspy offers for iPhones, so I couldn't use all the features that were available on Android. That was a bummer because I've heard great reviews about the app. But the installation process was easy because I only required iCloud credentials of the phone to hack it. This took about 10 mins. I haven't experienced any problems as a lot of the people are saying here.

If I could give it zero stars I would... I have used XNSpy for almost a year and have had to put in IT Tickets 22 times most of the time the tell me i need to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Kinda pointless when you want it to be discreet. The latest issue is the call recording stopped working. They basically told me sorry it doesn't support the new android 10 OS.

If you need to spy on iPhone, it will not work at all. Support will tell you - that what there is, maybe it works on very old iOS versions but not on 11.3. X onward. You will lose your money. So don't spend your money on something that will not work.

They promise you everything and give you the basic stuff. Then give you the run around BS. Telling you to down load this and that. They bottom line is you can not listen to phone calls and you can not see messenger. It is hit or miss location tracking and does not record phone calls. It's not as advertised and none of them are. Their customer service is all BS. If you don't believe me then sign up you will see.

I went through the compatibility page on the website which was very clear about the devices the app would work on. So, when I installed the app, I didn't face any issues. Also, the installation guide on website was very helpful. So far, the app has worked fine. For curiosity's sake, I tried out all the features on an Android phone, and they worked fine. I'm pleased with the app's performance.

I was charged two time the price of $89.99 to get NO INFORMATION BACK! I contacted the support team (which I remind you is nothing but a chat window) on 4 different occasions. And was told they werevrefreshing mybaccountbwsit 36 hours and try again. No number to call and speak with a person. After my 5th attempt was finially able to get 30% of the two charges of $89.99 refunded. So please save your time and money! This is all the information I received in a week!

I'm really happy with XNSPY's call monitoring, becasue i confirmed and it was pretty accurate. I do wish i would get a notification every time my daughter gets a call. I know they've got the watchlist, but if there's a way to get notifications for all the incoming calls, that would be great.

IT does not do anything magical, just compare backups and give the gap, just cheap rubbish!

And talk about a refund after on 2 hours of use... they are just a cheap backyard operation that will not part with any money paid!

Do not buy... Do Not buy

Have had app for probably 2 1/2 years. And just 1 day the location tracking just completely quits working. They said it was because I did an update on the phone and that the tech people are working on it. But that's been some where around 8 or 9 months ago and it still doesn't work. Also just out of the blue the phone call recordings completely quit working as well. I haven't EVER been able to see ANY out going sms text messages nor any MMS text messages. Ever. But i never could get a straight answer as to why I can see SOME of the incoming SMS messages but NONE of the outgoing texts.

I was using mspy previously but wasn't happy with its tracking. FB messages were not being shown nor it tracked the location properly. So I decided to switch to Xnspy and I'm happy with the results so far.

I am glad to finally find an app that doesnt require me to jailbreak the iPhone that I want to monitor. Xnspy is better than all the apps that claim you need not to jailbreak the device for monitoring. It supports advanced spying. You can monitor WhatsApp, Facebook, text messages, calls and a lot more without comprising the warranty and security of your iPhone. And all this comes at the price of just $8.33 a month!

This company claims to provide real time monitoring which in these crazy times would give any parent a sense of relief; however, it is complete BS. I got no data at all. And when I contacted them they sent me a things you should know before you buy link saying that it clearly tells you that it just pulls data from iCloud backup. Except you can't find that link from the main website. The website is completely misleading and says 100% satisfaction guaranteed but they were quick to mention that doesn't mean a full refund. They offered me 30% (I had it less than a week and got NO data). I argued the website says 50% and they gave me that but seriously this is a scam company. DO NOT BUY! They promise to help you protect your children and then steal your money. I hope they realize karma is a b*tch and what goes around comes around. I am reporting to BBB

Complete scam! DO NOT TRUST OR PAY ANY MONEY! They still will not refund me after I told them their software does not work on iPhone 7! Scam scam scam- 3 days for them to reply and only offer 50% refund. Though they say they're 100% customer satisfaction! I have tried and tested XNSPY and I want to let all users know it works how it's promised. They don't have its trial version but the live demo provides you all the information you would like to know about this app. It's features like SMS & call monitoring, location tracking, remote control are commendable.

App didn't work on the cell phone i had, even if on the website it says the phone is compatible. I talked to several agents and with the first 4 agents the time cut off in the middle of the problem, so i had to repeat everything all over again. Then i had another agent that tried to help and after 4 hours she wasn't able to install that app on the phone. She told me, i'm opening a ticket and a technician will contact you. 6 days passed, no one called, or email or anything. I called to get a refund and you get 50%, even if you are not able to install the app. This looks like a scam. If the company if so confident about the product, it should refund the 100% when the app has not been used.

It's hard to wrap my head around the sales copies of these spy apps. All of them claim to be the most powerful spyware and all of them have enthralling and long webpages. If there was any spy app that seemed reasonable to me, it was Xnspy. Luckily, the service itself is satisfactory too. You have to stay in contact with their support because of the dynamic nature of the service but they do listen to you if there is any hiccup.

I purchased XNSPY back in November 2019 and must say it worked well in the beginning. The calls were being recorded and the text messages were coming through. The only complaint in the beginning was that all of the text messages from the target phone was not being uploaded on the dashboard. Support will respond within 24 hours but they all will say the same thing and really do not solve many of the problems that you have. Since February of 2020, XNSPY no longer is able to play recorded calls. The app will record the call but you cannot hear anything. At the moment, it is a complete waste of money and I will cancel my subscription if the company doesn't find a way to for me to hear the recorded audio.

I came across XNSPY when I was searching for spy apps to monitor my son. Im not active on social networking sites so I dont know much about my sons online activities. Plus, hes also blocked me from Facebook and Instagram so that I remain unaware of whatevers happening in his life. XNSPY has helped me monitor my sons Instagram, Facebook messenger, and WhatsApp. All I have to do is view the control panel for any information regarding my son. I can even look at all his chat conversations, photos, and videos hes been posting on Instagram. And tell you what, I was quite relieved to see my son was not engaged in any unusual activity.
