Delivery time was fantastic, my doors arrived at the depot and went out the same day to my house. Their customer service professional Tracy helped me twice by phone was courteous, professional, very friendly, this was the best interaction I have ever had with any corporate customer service. My driver Terrell was also fantastic, an excellent driver and very helpful. I seem to have had a far better experience than most reviewers so I imagine for larger items their semi drivers are probably much better. This delivery was a 'customer offload' for which I was equipped, but still Terrell gave me a lot of help.
Who ever your driver was coming out of west virginia into virginia at 920 pm 10-23-2024. Is a idiot. Came through a crowded rest area running 45 mph. I get it that schedules are tight.but people's lives matter more.think it's time for safety meeting.
The delivery driver was delivering a pool the other day and when we got home there was NO pool and nobody lives on our road that would pick up a 300 pound pool and take it to their house the driver STOLE the pool
We purchased a Samsung electric range directly from Samsung, who arranged to have it delivered and installed by XPO-Logistics. The range arrived to a warehouse in Des Moines, Iowa, about 1 hour drive from our house. The delivery was scheduled for Wednesday April 27th in the afternoon. I received a email in the morning that day stating that the item was out for delivery (image attached). Two hours past the end of delivery time window I received a text message that the delivery would be rescheduled, with no other explanation (Image attached). A call to XPO stated that the truck broke down and the item was being returned to the warehouse, where it will be 're-scanned' and once that was done would be rescheduled for delivery. I was promised a call-back in the next 24-48 hours with the new delivery date. Since then almost two weeks has passed, with multiple phone calls to XPO, multiple promises for call back within 24-48 hours and, and multiple assurances that the case would be 'escalated' to the next level. I have not been called back once, or provided with any information about why it takes two weeks to reschedule a delivery. To insure that we would have a functional kitchen, on the morning that the delivery was scheduled we had the old range removed, the gas line removed, and the electrical service upgraded to accommodate the new range. Since the failed delivery we have now been nearly two weeks without a functional kitchen, with no estimate of when the delivery will be rescheduled, and no evidence that XPO-logistics is competent or that they care at all about customer service.
I scheduled a delivery between noon & 5, which is a huge window of time that I couldn't leave the house. I work from home so I can see my driveway all day. I was in a zoom call for work and apparently, the driver tried to call me from his cell phone to make sure I was home. When I got off my call, I called him back. Of course there was no answer. So I called their office. They said because I wasn't home, they had to reschedule delivery! I was home the whole time! The lazy driver just didn't come to the house because I didn't answer his call right away. The ladies at the office tried to defend this ridiculousness by telling me that the driver needed to talk to me to make sure his large truck would be ok in my neighborhood so it wasn't really his fault. OMG.
Two things: Google Maps, why didn't they just ask me that when they scheduled the delivery?
If you're unlucky enough to deal with these clowns, good luck.
On the upside, I called Camping World to complain about their choice of freight services. They refunded me the $150 shipping and put a note in my profile to NEVER ship though XPO Logistics again. I can only pray that the $150 came out of XPO's pocket and not Camping World's.

I purchased a refrigerator from Costco.com and it was delivered by XPO Logistics. The crew not only came in hours later without call but also damaged the refrigerator and my hardwood flooring. The delivery crew used a hammer drill to turn the wheels but they didn't check the end result carefully. They actually lifted the wheel and turned the wheel on its edge so that all the weight of refrigerator was sitting on tip top of the wheel edge, thus it cut into my beautiful hardwood flooring like knife to butter. Then they pushed the refrigerator and left tracks of impression on my floor. My 20K hardwood flooring is completely ruined. I set up a claim with Costco and Costco passed the claim to XPO Logistics. I had to deal with XPO Logistics Claim team for about 3 months, it has been just hurting and frustrating experience. They kept promising they would update me soon but every time it has become a lie. Their subcontractor directly lied about the damage. There is no hope with this company. Please avoid them like a plague. Costco, please stop using them as your delivery company.
XPO Logistics can give you high blood pressure so to avoid that do not buy from Samsung because Samsung knows XPO Logistics is the worst and it let do the delivery

This is the second order we have placed that was supposed to be delivered by XPO. The orders were from two different companies that use this delivery service. The first order was a kitchen stove and it took over two months of delivery attempts including several no shows without any communication from them to finally get it delivered. I had to be the one to keep calling and rescheduling. Not once did they reach out to me. The first time they showed up on the day they said they would, but then realized they didn't have the item on the truck. It was another two months before we finally received the stove. The second order was cabinets from another supplier. The delivery day was Thursday. They called Wednesday night and changed it to Friday. No problem because they gave us some warning. We had a delivery window of 10 am to 2 pm on Friday. They didn't show so around 5 pm I called customer service. I was told that the drivers were running behind and the delivery would arrive between 5:30 and 6:30. Shortly before 8:00 they hadn't arrived so I called again. I was told that it was still out for delivery and that it would arrive before the end of the day. I questioned wether they would deliver that late and I was told that nothing is guaranteed but that it was still listed as "out for delivery." No one showed up or called. Now it is Saturday morning and I have called customer service again. I was told that someone from the delivery team will be reaching out to me. We will see.

They have the worst LTL company I have ever come across and we ship using different freight companies every day. They are so unreliable they can keep up with the demand. More importantly their dispatchers are TERRIBLE! RUDE and NOT COMPETENT at all. I have had a freight pickup scheduled for 4 days and no pickup why the dispatcher said I need you to change your operation hours. HATE THE COMPANY GO TO YRC OR R&L
I was scheduled for early morning, but pickup times kept changing. I stayed home for almost the entire day when I had places to be and driver never even stopped. I never received a 30 min ETA text before pickup arrival as promised.
When I called customer service, driver said I wasn't home when I clearly was and made no attempt to contact me. I could even see on the tracking, driver just blew right by me and never even got off the freeway.
I tried to reschedule everyday for over a week, but they always had some lame excuse why they couldn't come or stop like I lived in a gated community which I do not. Or they couldn't find my address which is super easy on google maps. Or I wasn't home or I wouldn't answer a text or call that never came. Or they needed to change pickup times many times.
Thankfully Amazon just refunded me for the couch return and I just donated it to someone in the community who came and got it off my porch quickly. Really dishonest and untrustworthy shipping company. So frustrating. I will never ever use them. Just stay away from XPO Shipping.
I was supposed to get my FRIDGE yesterday, apparently the driver was afraid of the dark and couldn't deliver between 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM on 9/8/2022. (Not sure how this driver is going to handle the shorter days in the fall, and especially WINTER.)
I called in and asked where my fridge was, and they said it wasn't at their HUB and they can't predict the delivery. A few hours later the driver felt like returning it and guess what? I'm going to be without a FRIDGE for ANOTHER WEEK at least. Is this a joke? This isn't a toy, or piece of clothing, it's a PLACE WHERE FOOD IS STORED. I called them and talked to someone, said I only ordered this because it was supposed to arrive by 9/8. I can't just wait another week without a fridge. I should be reimbursed for this, they can't be this inhumane. They didn't care to do ANYTHING about this.
I waited on a delivery from XPO for two weeks, never got a phone call 30 mins prior to delivery, then when the driver got to my gated community he was not allowed in because he had no driver's license! A delivery driver with NO DRIVER'S LICENSE!?

Update I now just got an email from peloton stating RXO changed my delivery to Tuesday which you guessed it on the phone I said I could not be home. And if it couldn't be monday that it would have to be a month form now. Great job real good job. Scheduled a delivery this morning from 7:30-10:30. I rearranged my busy schedule and they call and say I am out of luck I can do Tuesday. This was literally the only day for the next 30 days. Thanks for literally nothing. I the. Scheduled it for Monday and was going to try to rearrange my schedule to go to work leave work to let them deliver and then go back to work. They call back and say they can't do Monday. You think if they messed up and could deliver on the promised date they would figure out how to make it work. Do not rely on this company. Update…. I have already sat on the phone with your company local and 1800 number. Both told me to bad to sad. So I don't think emailing you will even help. I am sure I will get the exact same answer from the email that I got over the phone.
If I could give this company a negative rating I would. Delivery drivers lied about when they delivered a product at my residence. They never came in the window of delivery and never gave me a 30 minute heads up when they were on their way as they indicated they would. We have them on video coming alot earlier and leaving before the delivery window even started. Then lying and saying they were at my home for over 15 minutes. Video cameras don't lie but the employees of this company do. Had my appliance ordered for 2 months and this delivery company lies and says I wasn't home and then sends my refrigerator back to Samsung. All they can say is I'm sorry but I wasn't home so they had to send it back. Then I ask to talk to a supervisor and they hang up on me. I try and call back numerous times and ask for a supervisor but they won't let me talk to one. Horrible experience from XPO Logistics. I'm very surprised you can treat a customer like this and still be in business. Samsung says this is the only company they have to use for their deliveries and installs for some reason. XPO Logistics is making Samsung look very bad as well and Samsung still uses them. Very disappointed with both XPO Logistics and Samsung. No more! I'm done giving my business to Samsung because they didn't give a solution but to set up a new order and delivery for the end of January. Really?! I'm done! These two companies deserve one another.
Sign a contract to carry merchandise from XPO Logistics LA, Ca to Lowe's Poinciana 24 To 48 hours drop trsiler, after6 days they have not downloaded my trailer and I have not been able to work anymore.
Our delivery driver from XPO showed up at the residence without any advance notice and called us confriming he is at the addres of the delivery and told will be leaving since no one was at home. We rushed to our home and reach in about 9 minutes and the driver saw us pulling into our driveway and left immediately; he went for about 300 yards and called that he has left. The driver number is *******256; he was very absuive, rude, and racial. Did anyone else have any experience with the driver whose mobile number is *******256?
I am never going to utilize XPO delivery services again; also will not buy an item with any retailer who will be using XPO as their delivery partners.
There is no help from customer service from XPO who do not have any empathy for the customers needs, does not have an attitude to solve the customers' issues, display very unprofessional approach, rude behavior, and is very dysfunctional that has left me distressed, frustrated, disappointed, insulted with racist remarks. I have been trying to for more than 48 hours to find a solution to my delivery items, and still am not aware is what is happening. The customer service simply transfers the call from one department to another, and the same representative is speaking by doing a voice modulation.
Please do not use XPO Logistics as they do not have good business ethics.

I have had a mixed experience with Stonelocator and XPO Logistics. While Stonelocator's stone order process was smooth and hassle-free, the delivery process was a nightmare due to XPO Logistics. However, I must say that Stonelocator had good people working for them who tried their best to help me through the ordeal.
Unfortunately, the deliveries were made by XPO Logistics, and the experience was nothing short of horrific. The driver who came for the first delivery had no equipment to unload the 4000 lbs of stones, and we had to unload them stone by stone ourselves, which resulted in an injury and back pain for me.
The second delivery was even worse, as the driver who came was barely awake and had no idea how to unload the 6400 lbs of stones. When I suggested leaving them at the end of the driveway and pushing them down, he was unresponsive and uncooperative. This was another disappointing experience with XPO Logistics.
To make matters worse, XPO blamed me for the delivery issues and charged me exorbitant fees for redelivery and storage. I had to hire additional help to get the stones delivered, which cost me extra money.
Despite the negative experience with XPO Logistics, I appreciate the effort put in by Stonelocator's staff to help me out. I would advise people to be cautious when dealing with these companies, particularly XPO Logistics, but I would not hesitate to recommend Stonelocator for their good customer service and quality products.

Need to be able to give -5 on this one. Every single person you speak to at customer service is a liar, lost two kitchens in the space of a week. Still not had anything delivered. Took it upon ourselves to research and find a direct number for the warehouse because the customer service team couldn't find their ar*e from their elbow let alone your order. Warehouse guy fab, called him at 6am this morning to check he's received our pallett, na da, so it won't be delivered today as it hasn't arrived. Day 3 of cancelling everything to receive nothing. I have emails and recorded phone calls promising delivery and admitting XPO have the goods. Solicitors now involved and if XPO continue to lie and suddenly "find" our order, then the next minute lose it again or say homebase haven't sent, police will be involved to investigate theft of items. I suggest you sort it out, and Homebase, rethink this new partnership with quite frankly the most shocking company I have ever dealt with, who seem to have an issue transporting goods between their own warehouses let alone the piggin country.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service, I ordered a gas Range through Samsung and UNFORTUNATELY they pick XP F%&#@ O to deliver it and it was a nightmare for me as they were supposed to deliver it on July 7th and ended up postpone it to July 22nd and when they came to deliver it the driver told me that thwy will only drop it off and take away the old appliance and will NOT install the Gas which I had already pay extra $$ through Samsung when I placed the order so now I've been on the phone w/ Samsung all day!

I ordered from Lockers.com (Salsbury Industries). They chose XPO to make delivery. I saw a call from an XPO, but did not answer because I thought it was spam. When I got another call the next day, I checked voicemail. I had a message telling me urgently to call back ASAP since storage was accumulating on the shipment. When I called XPO, the guy who answered focused on the fact that they had called me more than once, and wanted to know why I had not called back. I explained. Then he told me that they didn't even have the item I ordered and it would not be in for another week, and to hold and they'd reach back out when they received it. Then he starting haranguing me again about not answering their call, and he wanted to know where they could call where I would actually pick up the phone. My comments here do not reflect the tone and the back and forth. It felt like I was being pranked by the Jerky Boyz, and he was seeing how far he could push me. Very unprofessional calls on the VM, and on the phone.
We were scheduled for a delivery from Lowe's today; Manuel & Ray were fantastic! Real pros! Recommend!
Amazon should stop using immediately. Absolutely will say anything instead of doing what they should. Worthless company.
