Very good news website where as long as you don't swear, your comments are added and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I have noticed that on many issues, other news sites (especially newspapers) either do not allow comments at all, delete them very quickly, or take out the comments they don't like. I think Yahoo stands above the rest for it's ability to uphold democracy and freedom of speech. Well done Yahoo!
The Yahoo news page links garbage news articles from low-grade leftist sources like Salon, HuffPost, "SheKnows", etc. They clearly scoured the web for sources that were far-left enough for them. So I was glad when Yahoo brought back the ability to comment on articles (during the Trump years they disabled comments on propaganda articles where dissent was not allowed). But then I was permanently censored without warning or explanation after posting an article comment that did not violate user policies but went against their politics. They also deleted my comment history. If you're not a paying customer, which I now refuse to be, they provide no support or means of contacting them to complain. Furthermore I have seen other reviews written by users whose email accounts were suddenly deleted without warning so I've begun transferring important emails and accounts to another address. If you have an account at Yahoo, know that you are in the hands of immature, vindictive people who don't care about you. Do not keep important emails here or use this account as a login elsewhere. You never know when it will go away and you won't be able to access your other accounts. Yahoo offers large mailboxes, even to non-paying customers, but it can all suddenly disappear if they decide they don't like you.
I'm trying to sign in. Instead of letting me sign in with my email and pw, they wanna send me a code to the phone I don't have. Then I say I don't have access to my phone, they give me a number to talk to some $#*!ing Hindu person and give them all my info and my drivers license to prove that I'm the $#*!ing person that's been using the same $#*!ing email for over 10 years. So instead of letting me sign in using my password, they decide to go above and beyond to make my $#*!ing day harder.
I don't see why I would need a monthly subscription to recover my email when i myself can't recover my account. I've been locked out of my account and cannot access the account without assistance, but instead of helping recover for free. You need to pick a monthly subscription of your choice. When Gmail or Hotmail offer free recover. Not saying you need to sign up for a monthly subscription plan for recovering your account. After I heard you need to pick a subscription plan. I was shocked. I can't believe you expect people to sign up for a plan just to keep their accounts, accounted for. You should be ashamed
This was an outstanding experience and loved every minute of it. He was real and brutally honest. Everything I needed to hear! I felt extremely comfortable and safe doing this

Yahoo has many scammers and allows aliases that are found on dating sites. I figured out this guy/girl is a scammer and there is nowhere to report it. It is common knowledge that Yahoo allows this to happen.
Email is great once its set up, finance manager runs smoothly. Downside: ZERO customer service. You call, you can guarantee to be put on hold and then hung up on every time. Want to email them? No sorry, they don't have a easily found customer service email address to address your problems. You follow the on hold instructions from the automated phone service before they hung up on you? Oh sorry, there is no site for them to recieve a message from you help.yahoo.com/identity does not exist. Message them on facebook? Sorry they won't get back to you. Billion dollar industry with no customer service.
If you need a simple email service then Yahoo is great but if you ever run into a problem with their system then you are screwed. Call their helpline if you want verification on this. See how many times you get hung up on. :)
Yahoo email has being my "email for years" but I don't know why I get so many spam, I don't even know why I find myself subscribe to those site that I don't even know. For a reason a spam folder was created. Now we need no spam at all. It will be awesome... Who mail's owner wants so many emails from people we don't know, and services we don't need, or people we don't want to meet. I don't know... it is frustrating sometimes.
Called with lack of air flow problem. Air condition company reported breaks in ducts he was told this was not covered. When i called to find out why i was told the ducts were not supported i asked to speak to a manager and was told i needed to file a appeal when i got to speak to a representative he told me the same thing i asked how he know they were not supported he said it was reported by the technician which was not true the people who went out only fill out a computer form. Upon my appeal the representative insisted that it was not supported as the reason for failure
Well, it's official. Yahoo.com has officially become "Home Base" to every "SCAMMER, SPAMMER, LOW LIFE" on the planet! Personally I believe that they encourage deviant behavior, give out email addresses like candy and encourage the Spammer, Scammer mentality. Which by the way is a average IQ equal to a box of rocks. As a company, they share the same responsibility as the low life's they hand out email address's to.
My perfect day would be hearing that the entire company "burned in hell"...
Out of 200 or so junk emails I receive weekly, at least 88% are yahoo.com.
I have been with this company for a few years. Great customer service. T's are well made, cofitable, wear and wash great, and theirs a lot to choose from, always in stock. So thanks for having a great company, my appreciation
Tired of Yahoo blatant bias against Republicans and TRUMP. Also I notice as you scroll down the promote stories that are actual ads. This site is garbage and on the same level as the National Inquirer
DL Shutters owner Kevin will promise you the world and deliver nothing on time or live up to his promises to right his wrongs. He installed subquality shutters in my upstairs bedrooms. Promised to replace and refund $3000.00 by 06.03.23. He did neither. He was filled with promises, excuses and delays. Never do business with DL Shutters. He has failed to deliver on any promises. And I paid in cash and on time. Shame on you Kevin

I can't delete photos from the photos section; there needs to be a "Delete" icon. Any one can post any photo they want and I can't delete them. I can't arrange photos. When I post an album the photos also show up in the "Photos" All my "Files" were lost with the new format. Came in.
When is Groups. Yahoo going to fix this mess?
How about putting the old format back?
Where do I even start? Worst... Site... EVER. I deleted my email account with Yahoo and went with Gmail instead. Yahoo allowed my account to get hacked three times and I finally deleted it and went with Gmail and never looked back.
Looking for a new homepage, had enough of the one sided political views. ALWAYS slamming conservatism, sickening. This is not worth being in even thou I put up with it for many years. They said their changing, LMAO, just as bad as facebook.
Yahoo is the absolute worst! They want you to pay to get rid of unsolicited emails! I have sent thousands of emails to span and unsubscribed and the same emails bombard me daily! Do NOT use yahoo! I repeat DO NOT use them!
Piece of $#*! i called them and told them i got hacked and they told me that it is not their problem and they want me to pay them to fix my account and i told them so many time that i already gave them my info and they said they cant help me so $#*! them and they are so $#*!ing scammer

On March 28,2022 my wife and I contracted Niagara hardwood center in North Tonawanda to install a hardwood floor in our family room. We left a $2478 deposit with a installation date of May 25,2022. On April 20 they left a message on my phone that there was an error on the invoice and would have to charge us more. Even though my wife and I were upset we agreed to give them $500 more than the agreed amount. Two days later they left a message on our phones stating that the wood was back ordered and they are canceling our job. After investigating I found that there was plenty of the material available after calling the manufacturer rep. After talking to the owner he told me that making $500 was not enough to do the job. So they lied to us to try to get out of the job just beware they might do the same to you.

In order to make more billions for their shareholders, Yahoo Small Business has become Aabaco (Alibaba). All the meta data tags business have had on the internet with their webhosting through YSB has now been turned over to Yext! A company that forcing small businesses to pay them a minimum of $449, up front, in order to get their names back in the search engines! The timing to start this racket during the holidays is devastating to businesses and borders on extortion. Yahoo and its affiliates are no longer happy with the fees their customers have been paying for webhosting and email services (Outlook), they have to make more. This is a sad commentary on the greed of corporate America and Wall Street at the expense of the small businesses that keep this nation working. Shame on Yahoo/Aabaco/Yext.
L am a very small bettor. L generally bet no more then $2.00 on fantasy games. However, l always notice that no matter what game l enter l ALWAYS wind up in either last or very close to last place even though l take the best players. Ls this just a coincidence or are these games scams? L've noticed that the " up to the minute " player stats are not accurate for MY players but are accurate for players who are winning! L've often wondered if these " winning players " are REAL or just phony computer generated. Of course there will always be people who claim that they ALWAYS win. Some of them might even answer my review. THEY LIE!
Yahoo is the best news site on the net. Their email system is very good. Even though they changed their logo, it's still an awesome site. I still prefer the old logo, though. Unlike Google, they actually have more information on their homepage. You can get anything news here. That's about it.
Tip for consumers:
If you want your own email address, use Yahoo!.
I'm happy for yahoo keeping news, mail, and search - everything in one place. It's not so popular like google but yahoo offers everything in one, so no need to enter many webpages and browse from one to another. I'm glad that remains the same :)
Tried contacting them regarding my account. No help what so ever except some "Knowledge articles". Have really fallen off. New Security sucks. Puts password in backwards. Always needs code. Annoying as h***. Gmail, here I come. Bye Yahoo!
I am a real yahoo and online news junkie, and I read and scan multiple articles pretty much everyday.
I'm not too big with some of the articles and the slant. And... then there are loading problems they have occasionally; but yahoo seems to always be more than fair with the comments sections.
Many times the comments people make seem to be just insults, but yahoo lets it go. I am glad.
Yahoo seems to try to let people speak, even if it is garbage, and that is a real public service.
There is increasing censorship online and in online businesses, increasing blacklisting in employment, even online.
I am concerned about this and glad for yahoo.
Tip for consumers:
Ignore trolls: but there might be legitimate concerns with angry people.
I still consider myself "liberal," and once considered Yahoo to have a decent news section. Now it is just a platform for socialist-progressive propaganda. I now scan the headlines and laugh at their misinformed and misinforming bias. I haven't read a news story on Yahoo for almost a year! It is very sad to see the direction they have chosen to take.
Tip for consumers:
Look for other perspectives rather than just the skewed Yahoo POV.

I was concerned because I had not received my products and had not gotten a link to track the order. Called the # for customer service and did not get anyone to answer. I then emailed my concern and within 3 hours received a response I also received my products in today's mail. They were packaged well. They smelt and felt good. I have not used them yet but I do not think they feel or look like "fake" products as I have seen talked about on this site. I placed my order on the 6th and received my product on the 10th. So far I do not think they deserve the low rating of 3 1/2 stars, I will be using them again.
