I had an issue with a delivery. I emailed them and they nearly immediately responded. We double and triple checked a few things, and indeed the delivery had not been made. They re-shipped product and I received it quickly. Their communication and attention to my needs was unparalleled. The quality of product is always good, and they have great deals. Been ordering from them for years. This was the first issue I had, and they handled it perfectly. And I don't have a photo of my proof of purchase, but under penalty of perjury or whatever it may be, this is true. Order number 9116559.

Customer service agent was condescending. Lingerie was burgundy/wine and advertised and shown to be red. I lost out on my shipping money and will never return to Yandy. There are no reviews on the lingerie that I bought and I believe it is because Yandy has to approve it and mine won't be posted, either

I purchased a Halloween costume that I received 5 days before Halloween. I was shipped a costume with holes in it and a defective front. The loops on the front right were missing exposing my whole chest. When I called customer service numerous times no one picked up so I sent an email about my costume. They responded with an email that they would ship another. I was so pleased with customer service until I received my second costume. I wore a small and they shipped out a medium. I then called back the lady was snide and acted annoyed when I was the one left with 2 costumes that I couldn't wear. They said they tried contacting me because they didn't have a small available. But that was a lie not one email, voicemail or missed call did I receive from Yandy. Not only that the small was still available for shipment online! What a joke! I hope you don't have to return anything because customer service is a joke. $65 wasted, Yandy won't get a dime from me ever again.

I have desired the Anchors Away costume in a size small for weeks and it finally became available so I went for it! Ordered it shortly after midnight on September 27th annnnnnnnnd I just finished trying it on :) today is Monday September 30th. Fast delivery. No hassle and my costume fits perfectly! Also if the costume suggests that you get a panty with it, do it. I almost didn't and was just gonna wear a thong under the skirt but I came to find out the skirt is see through and private things show when I bend over. So ladies please get boy short panties if your costume has a skirt!

DO NOT USE CREDIT CARD! Placed order with new credit card I have not used anywhere else before or since. Month after I received the product I reviewed my cc statement. There were many online charges that only could have been stolen, misused or hacked from Yandy. Beware.

Do not deal with this company in any way.

My order still hasn't shipped and I need it for Halloween. It's now the 26th I ordered it on the 23rd. I called and emailed to pay extra for a faster shipping option but no response. Order number is *******. I'm calling and it says to hold on the line but I waited 45min and I don't believe anyone is on the other end of the line.

I recently ordered a Halloween costume on 10/18/2021 with a guarantee that i would receive it before Halloween. Well, it's the 25th and my item hasn't even shipped. I left several emails with no response and i tried their customer care line during their listed business hours and it went straight to a voicemail. I doubt I'll receive my costume before Halloween and this is my first time
Trying this site so i'm kind of thinking i got played out of my money. And whats crazy is that yandy is advertising that if customers order by the 26th that they will receive their costume by Halloween; i call BS! I will be reporting to the BBB! Never ordering from here again.

My package was falsely delivered by USPS (really dislike usps more than ever) But Marisa and Brooklyn were so helpful and really made the process of getting my order so seamless and I'm really happy with this company. I absolutely plan on buying more thanks to these girls!

Amazing experience, ordered on a friday with express shipping because i waited too long adn needed my order by the next week. I live in canada and the tracking was easy and the livecaht was more then helpful and super wonderful to deal with. My order came in 4 days and couldnt be happier with the product I will alwasy order from tehm, absolutley trust them. Thankyou so much for making my first online purchase the best

Ordered the playboy cowgirl costume. It said hat included so ordered it because it would come with everything I needed. It arrived and of course the hat was missing contact them time they got back to me it was after Halloween and they just refunded me a lousey $30 for the missing hat even tho I didn't want a refund I wanted all of what I ordered. It says in stock still I don't get why they couldn't ship me out a new hat or made sure everything was there when they shipped it. Wont be ordering again. Dont waste ur time! On top of that another costume I ordered from them didn't get at all cause it was out of stock

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order twice with Yandy, once in October and again during the end of November. My first experience with Yandy was fantastic and I couldn't wait to order again. Well that wasn't the case this time around. I placed my order for a costume because it was on sale and when added to my cart I noticed that I could receive Club Yandy for free. I received it last month as well but cancelled soon afterwards. Well I was charged full price ($13.95) for the advertised free month. After dealing with 3 customer services reps plus a manager, I got absolutely no where and when I mentioned I'd argue it with my bank to have the charge removed, the rep laughed on the phone with me and told me she was "going to say no more and bite her tongue". I found that extremely rude! NEVER ever again will I shop with Yandy!

I ordered a lingerie undergarment in hopes of wearing it for my bestfriend's lingerie party but I was sadly mistaken. The material was terrible, very cheap, & looked like it would rip if pulled. There were threads hanging everywhere and the string to lace up the front looked like yarn. I attempted to contact customer service. But, I received no response. Btw, the free panties were of worse quality than the garment.

I am from SYD Australia. I have made 2 orders from Yandy, both came in less than 10 days and all my items where EXACTLY what they looked like on the picture and the sizing was just right. So cheap, I'll continue ordering from here and I will recommend it to anyone.

I made my order on November 26th. Was $40 I purchased in on sale items for Black Friday. I was supposed to receive my order by December 7th. Never got confirmation email, on the 6th I received email that they were having shipping delays. Which I get. But then, Im waiting and waiting. It was well over a five delay. I email them after getting an email saying one item was out of stock that wasn't when I placed the order, and someone replies saying they are still having delays and it will be at my house before or on December 24th. I sent a second email saying I still haven't gotten a shipping email and it's the 21st. They email me back and canceled my whole order. I was actually excited to get what I bought. I'll never shop here again. And honestly save yourself the headache.

I bought some lingerie for my GF for her Birthday on jan 10. It was supposed to be delivered today on the 14th. It was delivered, but to a completely different state. According to them, I shipped it as a gift, so they wont give me the address, won't let me see the invoice, wont give me a refund, and won't help me with anything.

I'm filing a chargeback with my card company.

I got 2 costumes following the size chart and neither of them fit. And then they won't refund you they only give you a store credit And YOU have to pay a $5 dollar fee. I called costumer service to get a refund and I got connected to some dumb $#*! that said she was the manager. $#*! your trashy af and I can't believe anyone would give you that position. Worst costumer service ever. I have her my messuments and She told me I would like I'm an XL dumb $#*! I'm an XS my waist is 28. But anyways yeah $#*! that website and there white trash costimer service

We supply full disclosure of our policy before a purchase is made. All costume purchases made during September 24 - November 1,2017 can be returned for Store Credit Only and returned within 30 days of purchase. All exclusions apply. There are no exchanges or refunds. Store credit can be applied to any product we offer and never expires. Store Credit cannot be applied to an existing order. Store Credit must be used at the time of purchase.

I spent hours putting together a cart for valentines then another hour arguing with customer service to the point that my bank froze my card because they ran it too many times I will never waste time or money on this HORRIBLE site ever again!

I placed a order on 12-4-20 amd it's still not here and been at same spot for 10 days and prior to that sat in Arizona where they are located for 9 days. Never again watch out people

I firstly ordered from spicy lingerie. Their selection was good. But they sent me no update until 5 days in I had to call myself and emajl them. They ordered two extra items for me and told me i ordered them when clearly my cart didnt show any of it. And pretty much forced me to buy what i didny order. So after having a horrible experience with spicy lingerie I ordered from yandy. And for some reason I was hoping something similar but I was wrong. The transaction was protected by Google on checkout. I got my shipment in 2 days. Some of the products were good quality and maybe 1 or 2 werent those were the ones made in Taiwan and china. But I was really happy with the fast shipping and some of the other things I got.

So for people who are looking for extra good quality they should do some more research on the product they want to buy and the company to which the product belongs to. That should help set your standard for what you are buying.

Just got the email they refunded my whole order. I AM BEYOND LIVID. I spent soo much $$$ on outfits and not even all sale items. What's worse is they ARE STILL SELLING THE ITEMS THEY ARE SAYING ARE OUT OF STOCK. - WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY... IT IS NOT OUR FAULT YOU OVER SOLD ON YOUR BLACK FRIDAY SALES... DO BETTER.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS IS AS CHEAP AS PAPER! THE SIZES ARE WAY OFF! YOU'LL NEVER SPEAK TO A LIVE AGENT! NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU CALL YOU WILL ALWAYS BE CALLING AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. WHEN YOU RETURN THE TRASH FOR A REFUND, THEY WILL LIE(UNTIL YOU SEND A SCREENSHOT) SAYING THAT THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING.

Bought three costumes from this site for my friends and I. When we recived them they were NOTHING like the pictures and now im out 200$ from this site they will not refund you money just reimburse you so you can buy more of there CRAP! Have never been so upset with this site

It think the order that delivered but cannot be located is 249667 and we spoke you on the phone 9/15/21 and emailed you a form so we could move forward. No reply yet. I did resend it. I had a promotion code from an order they royally screwed up. Yandy wouldn't even honor the promotion they gave me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will use Spicy Lingerie from here on out. Whoever runs your email customer service responses is about as useless as the Bud Light employee who put the dude on the beer can and literally ruined the company with the push of a button.

I paid for 2-day shipping on my costume on Saturday, it is now Tuesday going on Wednesday and my order is supposed to be at my house on Wednesday. There is no shipping details in sight and their website says they won't refund for shipping, I paid $20 for 2-day shipping on top of the $103 that I paid for the costume. I really thought that they would be a great company by looking at the reviews but at this point I wish FashionNova or Amazon still had the costume I ordered so I could've saved myself time, money, and stress. Don't order anything under 2-day shipping they won't keep their promise anyway. I try not to complain and be "that" person but from the reviews it looks like i should've chosen another company considering they haven't gotten peoples orders from last week. Please Yandy better manage your website if you CANNOT HANDLE THE DEMAND, no one would be pissed with you guys could if you were upfront and not jerks about it.
