I had an issue with a delivery. I emailed them and they nearly immediately responded. We double and triple checked a few things, and indeed the delivery had not been made. They re-shipped product and I received it quickly. Their communication and attention to my needs was unparalleled. The quality of product is always good, and they have great deals. Been ordering from them for years. This was the first issue I had, and they handled it perfectly. And I don't have a photo of my proof of purchase, but under penalty of perjury or whatever it may be, this is true. Order number 9116559.
Customer service agent was condescending. Lingerie was burgundy/wine and advertised and shown to be red. I lost out on my shipping money and will never return to Yandy. There are no reviews on the lingerie that I bought and I believe it is because Yandy has to approve it and mine won't be posted, either
So i ordered a few things from here, i also got one day shipping. Due to weather conditions it was delayed; it was sent to Kentucky from Arizona just to come back down to Houston, TX for some reason. The material is very cheap. I put on the stockings and the very top part ripped. The bustier i ordered didn't look like what was in the picture and fit way too small. Boo you.
Customer service did refund my shipping cost, though.

I was very iffy about purchasing from online, let alone from a website I had not heard of before. I also researched it and based off of other reviews I was still iffy. However, I decided to purchase from them anyways, because they had items there that were cheaper than the same items found on other sites. I am so glad I trusted my gut. I just received my package today (right on time) and I am so pleased with each thing that I ordered. Everything fits and the material is not cheap looking. I even got a free pair of undies which are cute. If I ever need to purchase costumes or lingerie in the future online, I WILL be buying from Yandy. <3 ALSO! Before making my purchase, I had a few questions regarding products that were answered by (mostly) very helpful online customer service. The reason I say "mostly" is because I had one customer service rep take a long time to get back with me (while the others were real quick) but that is not really a big deal anyways.

The light up "fluffy" leg warmers..are a bit heavy when you put them on. If I had to pick another pair instead, I would.
Oct 2016... Here is an update to the review below. After months of an outstanding credit, Yandy returned my money back to me without any questions. I was not able to find anything else I liked, so they simply credited me back - no fuss! Thank you Yandy!
Dec 2016... I was very pleased with the speed of delivery. Then, when I needed to exchange for a different size, I only received excellent service in assistance. I received help to correct my exchange slip and it was done in a friendly manner. I have already recommended Yandy to a friend.
On Black Friday the online sale was 90% with an additional 30% off until 11:59pm. I filled my cart with a final total of $50 and change to receive the free shipping as well. When I went to pay the items were still saying "90% Off" but the prices in the cart changed when the screen refreshes. I emailed them and was told they do not make price adjustments. I replied with a screenshot showing the item said 90% off but was coming up full price and someone needed to call me. They replied thanking me for the clarification and asked for my number saying they would call today and I didn't receive one, however I received another reply email saying "we are unable to change the price per upper management". I am posting a picture so you can see where it says 90% off and shows the full price which changed prior to 11:59pm. 100% unsatisfied customer.
Tried to return an item the day I received it bc it was too big and there is no smaller size. Only option is store credit. Will never purchase from them again. Willing to give the credit to someone else who wants to try their luck here. I EI t be buying or referring Yandy.com to anyone

I ordered from Canada Ontario. My shipping duty and taxes were $115! That is ridiculous! And their prices are in US dollars! I ended up paying so much more! And shipping taxes and duties were RIDICULOUS! I will def not be recommending this to anyone or coming back to shop. When i bought stuff from spurts.com it only cost $33 which is doable! I am very very disappointed and feel cheated out of hard earned money!
DO NO ORDER** I placed an order during the Black Friday sale for several items 90% off. I emailed several times and was assured they were behind but they would ship. After 6 weeks they cancelled my order (without any notification). Many of the items I ordered are still available but no longer on sale. Looks to me like they just decided not to honor the sale prices. Maybe it was just a ploy to get people to order other stuff. **Not a company worth buying from**

If you are concerned about discretion and privacy, DO NOT do business with Yandy. They shipped my items in a plastic shipping bag. When I received the package it had a slit in it which allowed any postal employee or anyone else who had access to it to see what I had ordered. Some of the products were cheaply made and were a different size than was marked on them. Some of the products were excellent so I give them 2 stars although I think the privacy issue is almost unforgiveable.
My boyfriend bought me a bathing suit off of yandy's website and when it was arrived we were both disappointed with what we received. Not only was the bathing suit way smaller then described in their size chart, but the material was horrible quality! We decided to send it back right away. Yandy provided us with a return label in which it took over two weeks just for them to receive the package. When we finally received an email confirmation with our quoted return it was almost 10 dollars less then what we originally paid. Their reason behind this is because they quoted we paid about $5 for the original shipping and handling which is expected. They then changed us another $5 for the return label that they provided us in the package we received. This website is not only horrible in quality but also in customer service. Save your money and buy else where!

Ordered a bunch of items on Black Friday and was supposed to be delivered by Nov 6, then was told a delay of 5-6 days. Still didn't show up emailed and told how busy they were and it would be delivered by Christmas Eve. Was told this 2 separate times. Today 1 day before Christmas Eve my whole order was canceled. So pissed. Now I don't even have time to order anything in time to replace these items for Christmas... horrible customer service
I forgot all about Valentines Day, so I ordered from Yandy on a Thursday, had it shipped overnight (which was extremely reasonably priced) and got it on Friday afternoon! The prices were good for the quality and I received a free gift. Sizing seemed fairly true to description. The customer service reps were very prompt about getting back to me to enter a discount code and refunded me the difference for the discount right away. They have a huge selection as well! Will order from Yandy again!
I normally shop in stores, but sometimes I like to stay inside and do the shopping online. I stumbled across Yandy.com, and used it several times. I was later stationed Overseas and decided to order something else for an acquaintance. The order kept saying "declined", but I always have sufficient funding in the checking account. I used the "online chat" option and was greeted by a clearly disgruntled employee. She had told me that since I have an overseas I. P. address, she will not approve my order. I have ordered from them several times before, but I can't stay in one place - I'm military. I tried to ask what is the problem, but she replied with "Sorry, Bye".
They have lost a customer here. I will not utilize their site ever again.
I've ordered from this website with no problem multiple times. Just normal, place your order, item arrives on time, etc. This time, a halloween costume I ordered was out of stock. They e-mailed AND called me. I returned the call, explained I could most likely use a smaller size in the costume (as I was on the fence upon the initial ordering anyways) and they not only sent me that costume, but shipped it out overnight. (This was not at my request, it was because, they said, their inventory system was not up to date when I ordered and that was unacceptable, so they insisted on upgrading me somehow.) I'm really impressed. I will definitely make a marked effort to order from them going forward.
Yandy has been my affordable go-to store for lingerie, and my wife's collection is much larger because of them. They have great sales at times and the customer service is good. Never had a problem with them!

To sum up my experience in one word: WOW! Today is Thursday, Nov 20,2014. I just placed my order on Monday, Nov. 17,2014 and I got my order today! Much earlier than I expected! Prices are so affordable and the merchandise is pretty high quality! And, let me tell you, it is such a relief to have a place that bigger women can order stuff that actually fits when they label it as "plus-sized"! Bigger women want to feel sexy, too, and with Yandy... I do! I'm sexy and I know it ;) Thanks Yandy!

Ordered some shorts that looked cute. The shorts did not fit which I am alright with considering it's online and I could not try it on. What I am NOT happy about is that they make you jump through so many hoops to return item and get your money back! You have to go to post office, buy return stamp after they receive item only then will they determine if you get money back. All the stress and time it takes to return an item might as well keep the misfit clothes
This is totally unfair. It's online shopping therefore there can be a strong possibility items don't fit. So baffled that they will make such a hassle to return item. I am a seasoned online shopper mainly with Amazon and I have NEVER gotten this hell to return an item. Yandy.com need to be more empathetic to there customers. Why on earth will I order anything else from them.
We spent all of our time on Black Friday putting together a gigantic order of almost 100 items and after a full month of them delaying the order they just cancelled it with no explanation aside from "corporate cancelled all the black friday orders because we are short staffed". I kid you not, there were items we purchased for $2.10 and they were still available and in stock and listed at $29.95. Zero of the items were cancelled due to being out of stock, they just cancelled all the orders because "they felt like it". Granted they gave us a 40% off coupon which had an expiration date and other stipulations like minimum and maximum order amounts, etc. The worst part is we wasted our ONE black friday purchase on this site, not like we can go back and buy from a different site and get their Black Friday sale. They just do not care about their customers at all.

I purchased a few items from yandy, white pirate top, what I expected, black corset with skirt, skirt very nice, corset is alright, good size, 6' feather boa not good quality, disappointed, two tear drop skirts, nice but very stiff hoping they will soften with washing, garter with gun, ok gun very, very small, the shipping was fast complete order, overall I'm happy with my order.
I have been a Yandy's customer for many years. All of clothes I shop from Yandy are good quality. Shipping is fast. Their designs are very sexy and these clothes look good on thin people. I haven't had any negative experience from Yandy. If somebody has big body frames and a bit overweight, do not wear their clothes because they may look too short on you.
No retail stores. If you chose to purchase something and need to return it, you will pay for cost of return shipping. Additionally, Yandy doesn't protect the shipment. There are much better online retailers. Don't bother with Yandy... not worth it.
I have been buying in this store since 2014. I never had a problem with them until now. I recently purchased a biking that did not fit, I contacted customer service and their answer was literally " I do not know what to tell you, items are true to size". Basically calling me a liar, hysterical. Then I proceeded to do the return authorization form and tried talking to someone so they would waive the return fee, since one the fitting issues are not my fault and two seconds before I had place an order to replace the one that did not fit. The girl told me that they could not waive it since it was not the same item. Seriously, Victoria's secret will never lose a customer over 4.95. They are cheap, and have no customer service whatsoever.

I would never order from them again... I unfortunately got called away on business and my package arrived and they only give you 15 days to return an item from PURCHASE... YES PURCHASE... who does that... they took $20.00 off my return and never mentioned it when I was talking to customer service about the return... they did take back but basically put me on the black list for the return... They are dealing with a bride with too much on her plate... I will NEVER order from them again and advise others not to. The 1 star is to good for them.

Ordered many items for the 90 percent off Black Friday sale, waiting past told shipping date and asked for an update. I was assured my order would be shipped. Yesterday however they sent me an email that my entire order had been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances and their solution was to offer me 40 percent off up to $150.

I ordered a costume for Halloween on October 18. At the time, Yandy was running a promotion promising all orders be fulfilled before Halloween. I did not receive my package until November 3. At that point there was no need for the costume so I made a return. It is now November 23 and I have yet to receive a refund for my late package. If they can't keep promises of making deliveries they don't need to have promotions. It's a slimy way to get more sales At the expense of customers.

I'm so surprised by the negative comments I've read - I just received my first order from Yandy and everything is exactly as I expected. I'm in a remote area in Canada and my order still arrived on the first anticipated date! I ordered a mix of items - stockings, pasties, panties and a bodysuit and despite a couple of stray strings I am actually pretty impressed with the quality - everything was packaged well in individual boxes/bags and fits AMAZING. Everything was "one size fits most" so I was a bit concerned, but I'm 5"1 and 118 lbs and everything works for me and is incredibly flattering. I actually can't wait to order again!
