I had an issue with a delivery. I emailed them and they nearly immediately responded. We double and triple checked a few things, and indeed the delivery had not been made. They re-shipped product and I received it quickly. Their communication and attention to my needs was unparalleled. The quality of product is always good, and they have great deals. Been ordering from them for years. This was the first issue I had, and they handled it perfectly. And I don't have a photo of my proof of purchase, but under penalty of perjury or whatever it may be, this is true. Order number 9116559.
Customer service agent was condescending. Lingerie was burgundy/wine and advertised and shown to be red. I lost out on my shipping money and will never return to Yandy. There are no reviews on the lingerie that I bought and I believe it is because Yandy has to approve it and mine won't be posted, either
I read the reviews on how long it takes for yandy to ship out and was impressed by their timeline. I am from Ontario and ordered 2 items (free panties) on November 12th, and did not receive the package until november 25th. That is no where near the timeline i was reading about. Over 2 weeks... but the products were the correct color and everything was in the package. For everyone bashing this company, you clearly need to give your head a shake. Everything was up to par and I really enjoy the product
The costume I ordered was a 3x and arrived smaller than a size 12- I was told only store credit. I'd be fine if the piece of material was even close to you he size I ordered, but that's a complete rip off. You have my money and I have a useless outfit.

I ordered two rompers and when I tried them on they both ripped at the seams. Their products are poorly made and I will have to take them to a seamstress to get them sewn back together. And its not that I couldnt fit them it was just not sewn together well. Do not order from them. Even though the rompers were cheap I didnt think the quality would be this poor. The seamstress will cost more than the outfits. Do not waste your time or money on them. I did receive my order fast but its not worth it.
I ordered a bridal shower gift - shipping the item directly to my friend. When the item didn't arrive, I assumed COVID had caused shipping delays. After not receiving the item a month after ordering, I reached out the Customer Service Team. They have been extremely rude and unhelpful and ultimately refused to ship a replacement. I would NOT recommend shopping from this company.

Did not receive delivery they say ups tried to deliver 3 times no delivery notes no emails to say when they would attempt the delivery now they say the parcel has been abandoned by me and then and I've losty money. I've ordered from this site twice in the last couple weeks (I placed another order because another site won't deliver my order with them until after valentines day). Shipping was very fast. Within 20 minutes of placing my order I received a notice that my items had shipped, which is absolutely crazy! I've never had that happen with any online order before! I ordered a pair of stockings, which fit but like to roll up on themselves, so I'll need to get a garter belt to help with that, but they're comfy. My second order was a babydoll, and I was nervous that it wouldn't fit because I'm right on the edge of being plus sized, but I ordered it in an XL after looking at their size chart and measuring myself. I received my package in 3 DAYS! I tried it on as soon as I received it, and it fits great! Cup size was is just a tad small, but otherwise I'm very happy with my order. Looks just like the picture too. Also got a free panty
Extremely disappointed with my Yandy experience. I have been shopping with Yandy for years, and always had the best experience with them. They used to have great customer service, and provides would arrive by expected time frames. However, this year, I have had the worst experience with them. Their customer service team is not what they used to be. It's next to impossible to get in contact with someone, and when you do, they will send you generic responses - not answering your questions. They also cannot ship items by they expected timeframes (takes 5 business days to process an hour when you paid for overnight shipping).
Overall, I will not be using Yandy anymore. It's a shame because I used to love their costumes and bathingsuits. However, if I cannot get my items in time and get terrible customer service, I will spend my money elsewhere.
I ordered a costume and it said it would be here by the 29th. I ordered the costume on 10/16 so that gave them 10 business day to ship. The costume party is tonight the 29th. My Halloween plans are ruined. I can't get ahold of customer service. I sent them and email over 24 hours ago. A complete waste of $70. I want my costume. I also read I can't get a refund what a joke. Not sure how to resolve this but Im furious. I'm not sure how this company is still in business. I'm not sure how they have time to respond to reviews but not their customer service line.
Wouldn't even give this website a one star if I didnt have to. Took advice regarding sizes from someone who works there and the item didnt fit. Because I didnt try the item on soon enough I can not return it so I am stuck with something that I can not use. Terrible customer service and terrible website.
I ordered items for a boudoir shoot that I did for my fiancé. Every single item I bought fell apart as soon as I tried it on. Every. Single. Item. I have a small frame, these items were the right size, they literally were just that bad of quality. I had to go to a department store last minute because the items I ordered were completely unusable. I tried to leave reviews on the items but they don't allow you to write reviews, which allows me to believe the reviews on the items are fake. Upon trying to contact customer service, the claims would even submit. I tried multiple times to contact them and they won't even allow me to submit my claim. Absolutely a scam site and I will never shop there again.
I had some shipping issues with my order and when I contacted yandy service they sorted it out and expedited a new order on the spot. I have bought before and love the lingerie I get from there. (corsets and teddies). The panties aren't the best but they never are from lingerie stores. But I love the other lingerie items they carry.
Yandy shipped my order to my old address--I'd changed my primary address on PayPal and I changed all my credit card addresses, but evidently I did not change the shipping address associated with each card on my PayPal account. Maybe my fault (I was never given notice that I needed to do so), but whenever something like this happened to me before, or to my friends, or to my husband, the company would reship the merchandise without any fuss. Not Yandy. I talked to two customer service reps, neither of whom were helpful. One of them said that because I did not adequately review my order confirmation email and cancel the sale the same day, it was my problem. I don't know about you, but I don't scrutinize every confirmation email I receive on a same-day basis to make sure that the company I'm doing business with doesn't have an opportunity to stick it to me. There are plenty of websites to order lingerie from. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!

So after spending a lot of hours on Thanksgiving shopping and after an entire month waiting for the items I ordred, I get an email saying that my ordrs are canceled due to unforseen circumstances. This is very disrespectful and unprofessional to treat a customer who's being shopping and buying stuff for more than 14 years. I find it very hard to believe that non of my the items ordered are available. If it was a few items canceled that might be understandable, but canceling entire order, that is just sad and disappointing. They did not even care to explain the easons other than "unforseen circumstances", that is just sad. Avoid this company at all cost and don't waste your time

I ordered a Halloween costume on Oct 18th and paid $13 for two day shipping. It is now oct 22nd, 4 days later, and it says my order has not even been shipped yet. I have never written a review for ANYTHING but this really made me angry. I have a Halloween party in less than a week, and at this rate I will probably not receive it in time.
I just received my order of a longline bra set. I'm a size 16/38DDD and ordered a size 2X thinking surely that would fit. The cups on this bra would fit maybe a C cup and the band part and shoulder straps are so loose my breasts just bend the bra over. It's a plus size set, why would the bra cups be so small? Big girls generally have big everything, especially breasts. I look ridiculous in this crap, which is a shame because it's so pretty. Yandy, please offer cup sizing for your lingerie!
They advertise one thing but send u another. I ordered a cute baby blue bikini, and a dark blue bikini that looks nothing like the picture arrived... like what? Also last year I ordered a cheetah costume and once again the colors were much darker thank the picture and I was so disappointed. Also the material is very cheap too, I don't get how they can advertise a complete different item on their website but they a send you somethig completely different! Another item which were suppose to be Rave shorts... well they were basically bikini bottoms! STOP LYING ABOUT YOUR ITEMS FFS!
I ordered a nurse outfit for 38 bucks that includes shipping... I messed up the shipping address and i emailed Customer service... They asked got the correct info and had it sent to me that same day it was awesome... Customer service representative Ashley was very cool and awesome I'd give her a raise... The packaged came in extremely fast it took two days... What sucked was that it was waaaaay to short but I knew that was going to happen becuz I have a big booty... I already had a plan b I had a black skirt to put on top of the skirt piece it looked great... What I advice is to buy a bigger size... Other than that pretty good

I bought a white stocking with black bow and they sent me a white stocking with the white bow. I wanted the black bow to match my costume. I asked them if they could fix it and send me the correct color. They said that I need to return my stocking and pay myself for shipping. I mean really? Before I buy it, I asked the costumer service 3 times to make sure that it is the correct color. The costumer attendant name is Ingrid. She is awful...

Terrific customer service! Basically what happened was the post office where I live lost my $70 package from Yandy. They said it was delivered, but I never received it. I called them for 3 days straight trying to find the package and in the end they said they couldn't help me because the tracking number said it was delivered. I called Yandy to explain the situation and they sent me a brand new package with NEXT DAY SHIPPING. I will be shopping here again.
I just try wear this clothes, and this is what I see in the photo in first minutes. The quality is terrible. Its the same as in China. This is not worthy of the money that paid. Few clothes I like how looks like, but not enought for the paid money. I do not recommend this store. Especially for Europe (TAXES 300$ - 90 euro (about 30%+))

I ordered many items during their Thanskgiving sale. Was supposed to get order by 12/6. Today, 12/22 they tell me they are canceling my order as they cannot fulfill it. No reason, just we cannot. They offer me a discount of 40% to use after 1/1. Many of the items I ordered were discounted up to 90% and were for Christmas gifts. Now I have nothing 4 days before the holiday. Many of the items are still listed on their site, but at their regular price. So they can ship it out at the regular price, but are not honoring their sale. This is false advertising. I will never again purchase anything from them. And this is after buying stuff from them for about 10 years.

I ordered the victorian lace bustier and thong for valentines day this year. Im inlove with it! It runs true to size. I ordered it in a M. The shipping was super quick, although the tracking never really updated which worried me... before i knew it, it said it was close to my hometown. I checked other websites for prices and products but Yandy.com was the one i found really affordable and had a variety of cute lingeries. Deff recommend to everyone!
Some of these reviews are really making me look at them sideways. Yandy is one of my "go to "sites! I have a few. I NEVER had a issue with them. I live in NY so idk if that makes a difference but my orders always came quickly. I cant vouch for their customer service on the phone because ive never had to call them. I order a bridal panty and red stockings, and received a panty as a gift.
The red stockings were very good although their price was low. I would have needed to pay 5 times the price I paid if I had to get them from my country.
The bridal panty was of good quality, but the lace on its front needed stitching on the actual underwear, which I could do myself and is ok with me.
The gift panty I received was black although it appeared as pink on the picture, but this was also fine with me since it's a gift.
The shipping was relatively fast. I ordered it on August 3 and received it on 28th (Middle East). I am very happy because yandy ships to my country.
The overall experience was good, fast shipping, very acceptable quality. I will order from yandy again.

As many others have, I placed a fairly large order on black friday this year (November 26th). It was stated on the website that items would arrive before Christmas. Fast forward to December 21st and my order hadn't arrived so I contacted customer service. They didn't really answer any of my concerns but again said by Christmas eve my order would be here. Fast forward again to December 27th I got in touch to see what was going on and to try and get my money back. I once again wasn't offered an explanation, they said it would show up soon. And zero apology for the hassle. It's December 30th today. Package still not here. No refund. Please don't waste your money. Go elsewhere.
