I had an issue with a delivery. I emailed them and they nearly immediately responded. We double and triple checked a few things, and indeed the delivery had not been made. They re-shipped product and I received it quickly. Their communication and attention to my needs was unparalleled. The quality of product is always good, and they have great deals. Been ordering from them for years. This was the first issue I had, and they handled it perfectly. And I don't have a photo of my proof of purchase, but under penalty of perjury or whatever it may be, this is true. Order number 9116559.
Customer service agent was condescending. Lingerie was burgundy/wine and advertised and shown to be red. I lost out on my shipping money and will never return to Yandy. There are no reviews on the lingerie that I bought and I believe it is because Yandy has to approve it and mine won't be posted, either
So far I am VERY disappointed with this site. I tried using my debit card but it got declined 5 times even though I have money in my bank account. It then charged a $. 10 fee for each time I did try to use my card. Then I tried to use my credit card and it wouldn't honor it even though it's a VISA card! I tried calling costumer service MULTIPLE times but all I got was a busy tone! Not a happy costumer whatsoever!

My costumes arrived in 14 days and they are amazing. I am a size 10 in the waist and very top heavy the M fits like a dream. The men costumes are true to size and great quality. Would buy again.
I have ordered 3 Halloween costumes; Deluxe Dark Angel Costume, Classic Duff Muscle Man Costume and Doctor Scrubs Costume. I placed my order 30/09 with tracked post to AUSTRALIA. Usually I am reluctant to order of international websites especially when they have mixed reviews. But I have to say they have great customer service! For some reason I was not receiving the tracking number for my package and I started to worry ($400 Down the drain). I contacted their customer service centre (*******@yandy.com) with the help of Brooklyn, Linda and Ashley, the matter was quickly fixed. The items are now in Melbourne and I except they should be here in the next 3-5 business days. 10 days for international shipping is fine with me!

I'm a dancer and I've never ordered from this website but I fell in love with this one dancing shoe so I ordered them, first off when I tracked my package it said it wouldn't come until 3 days later so I get it the next day but their tracking still said I didn't receive it and I was sending it to another address. Anyways I dance in those shoes the next $#*!ing day I look at my shoes and they're BOTH ripped off the soles of the shoe like they were GLUED ON! Their customer service was very nice I had no problem with them but the quality of that shoe was horrible. So i send them back and exchange them for another shoe and now ups can't even track my damn package and it's been hours and they still can't. Never in my life will I order from them again

And I am not sure if you have been dealing with UPS or Yandy on finding your package. I have checked with customer service and your situation does not ring a bell. Please contact us.
I recently purchased a Gift Card for a girlfriend now ex-girlfriend. We had been dating steady for about a year and i thought she would like to order something from Yandy.com. So I spent about $110 and purchased a gift card for her but as relationships are we broke up now i'm stuck with this gift card i cant use. I went on to the website an was able to start the return process, bear in mind this was right after the holiday and i was expecting it to take a few weeks. I received an email back stating the return had been "authorized". I contacted Yandy.com customer service because the email i had received included a return label. I when I received communication from the customer service agent the first time I called in lets call her "Frankie" she told me Yandy.com has a policy that prevents them from giving refunds for Gift Cards. I told her i had already received an email stating the return was authorized and it showed the amount for the card $110. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was then forwarded to "Kiki" she in not so many words informed me of the same policy. I pointed out to her that at the time I purchased the card the website didn't state Gift Cards were non-refundable. She later had them change the website to reflect this. I am seeking to get my money refunded from Yandy.com. And i urge anyone who is on the fence about shopping this website for "any" "merchandise" to look elsewhere. Please you don't want to be another sad soul on here writing another bad review for this site.

After placing an order of 33 items and almost a month of waiting for them to arrive I received an email from the company canceling my order. Multiple e-mails had been sent to the company regarding the delay and each response appeared to be almost bot responded ignoring the fact of looking into the order, but assuring it would be arriving on or before December 24th. Company appears to not honor their prices, sales, etc by canceling orders without any satisfactory reasoning. Will not repeat business with a company with no ethics or customer service. Would highly suggest you stay away from doing business with them unless you like loaning money for 30 days and later refunded. They tried to rectify their poor behavior by offering a discount code of 40% off after the original items were purchased at 90% off. To top it off all items are showing available currently on their site and the prices have been severely inflated! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this bait and switch company that will surely let you down!

Placed an order on the first day of their Black Friday sale which was on Thanksgiving, Nov 25th. Original date to be received was supposed to be Dec 6th. A few days after placing the order I received an email apologizing and stating orders would take an extra 5-6 business days due to a ton of orders. Ok, no big deal. But that time has come and gone and yesterday was 3 weeks since placing the order. I've sent multiple emails at various times trying to get someone to actually look into it but all I get is the same scripted message. I have tried calling and after waiting on hold forever it comes up apologizing they don't have an agent. I tried messaging on Facebook and still just get the same scripted message. Some of these items are little Christmas gifts and their scripted message promises it will be here by dec 24th but after ordering from this company several times before, I know that it has always taken over a week for orders to get here once shipped. I can't get any actual real help at all. I've asked specifically if they are shipping in the order in which they were placed, no answer. The extra 5-6 business days time frame was 3 days ago but apparently nobody there thinks that's an issue that it hasn't even been packed in a box yet. I am at a loss as to what else to do since any contact with them yields zero result but an extremely angering scripted message and nobody will even look into the order and do anything. In case someone there actually sees this and feels like actually helping a customer in some way instead of just saying "oops sorry shipping is delayed, blah blah blah" … order *******.
This company has the rudest customer service representatives! You will pay to return a worthless product. Do not order from them! Please go to Amazon or Zappos because this is a scam and you will be treated badly! The company kept insisting that I was asking to be refunded more than I paid. That was not the case. I asked to be refunded exactly what I paid, which includes the cost of shipping back a poor quality product. Reputable online companies refund the cost of return shipping. The "manager" Shannon interrupted and spoke over me several times. She was incredibly rude and insisted the if I posted a negative review she would have someone go online and argue with me. I'm certain any positive reviews of this company were posted by employees. All the negative reviews speak to the true nature of this scam of a company. If they spent near as much time trying to be good to customers, they would not have to go online and argue. They're just making themselves look worse. Again, order from Amazon or Zappos, not Yandy!
Katherine was refunded in full including her shipping charges. She was offered a give card since we could not refund more than she spend. She declined. We have addressed this issue several times. However she reposts the same issue repeatedly. We have apologized. She was again refunded in full.
Ordered the items and never received them for more than 20 days. Email the customer services and the rep Ashley is very kind to help me resolve the issue. She informed me that she will change shipping from USPS to UPS for better delivery. The next day I received an email from Yandy service rep named Chuy. Never met any service rep being so rude and provoking in my entire life. He claimed that Yandy will not send the replacement or refund because of delay of USPS. His answer was totally different than Ashley. He mentioned that he just followed Yandy's SOP when encountering the similar request. I replied back to tell him that I still received other packages from USPS with no problem. If Yandy can't deliver the package in another 3 days, then I will have credit company dispute the charge. In 5 minutes, his next email threatened me Yandy will flag me and block me from any future purchase (Like I care?). He then ended with the phrase that It is not personal. Just business protocol. That is probably my worst experience from the online purchase ever. Thanks to a dreadful rep who is so rude and provoking for customer's rational request, I will never buy anything from them again. So whenever you talk to their rep named Chuy, be aware that you will be probably dealing with the worst experience in your life. Trust me, it will not be pleasant at all.

Generally Yandy is a decent product since you get what you pay for. It's not high end but it's functional and enjoyable. I've had no problems with sizing, fit, or shipping times.
I've placed 4 orders with them and only ever had one problem with an order. Unfortunately this one problem has been quite a headache. I ordered one type of panty (the one on the tag in my picture) and received a completely different panty.
When I immediately contacted customer service via their contact form to get a refund (since I didn't get what I ordered) they sent the issue to three different teams. The last team told me that the panty I ordered (the one on the tag in my picture) is exactly what I received when that's literally not true. And yes, I provided the exact same pictures to them. They apparently have no reading comprehension skills and don't look at the pictures they demanded I provide.
Fortunately, I called and the service rep understood the problem better and refunded me. But the runaround I got with the email-based customer service is enough to make me wary about placing orders in the future.

Call if you have problems with an order. Do not bother with the contact form!

Spent $100 on a costume to make sure it got here on time and they wait until the day it's supposed to be delivered to send it back to them without a refund or letting me know before hand.
I ordered a costume and it was too big. Now the party I'm going to is coming up so I ended up buying another costume and when I wanted to return this one I'm only allowed STORE CREDIT. It's a trick forces you to get something from the store instead of get your money back.

I ordered a pair of underwear from them and I had to send it back twice because there sizes are way off, and when they returned it the second time I never got my free pair with them, and apparently that wasn't there problem and when I asked for a refund after spending 30+ dollars there was nothing they could do, I would stay away from them if you wanna save time and money order from Adore me, they are a way better company to deal with

I placed an order and even though I had not even removed the items from packaging I was not allowed to exchange them for a bigger size. Very disappointed that they were not able to work with me.

I could not tell you why your bank is declining your credit card 5 times but there would have been an error message provided to you when it was declined. You could always contact customer service for additional assistance. Please keep in mind most major credit cards work, some pre paid Visa and Mastercard cards do not work.
