I had an issue with a delivery. I emailed them and they nearly immediately responded. We double and triple checked a few things, and indeed the delivery had not been made. They re-shipped product and I received it quickly. Their communication and attention to my needs was unparalleled. The quality of product is always good, and they have great deals. Been ordering from them for years. This was the first issue I had, and they handled it perfectly. And I don't have a photo of my proof of purchase, but under penalty of perjury or whatever it may be, this is true. Order number 9116559.
Customer service agent was condescending. Lingerie was burgundy/wine and advertised and shown to be red. I lost out on my shipping money and will never return to Yandy. There are no reviews on the lingerie that I bought and I believe it is because Yandy has to approve it and mine won't be posted, either
I always get the upmost customer service and 9 times out of 10 am more than satisfied with product. If I am not the return policy and procedure is seamless and easy.

I paid for overnight shipping on the 10/20. The order didn't ship out until 10/22. This order was for a Halloween party on 10/30. The icing on the cake, the Carrier (UPS) delivered my package to an address in a different city than I live. I live in Moore and the package was delivered in Oklahoma City, at a side door. There is no side door at my place.
I sent an e-mail to yandy with all the information on 10/26 and I received a response today, 11/1,5 full days after. I included documentation of order being delivered to a different city in email.

They did not look at the documents I sent them and left me on the hook for $200 due to poor and non-existant customer service.

I placed a order on the 19th because I needed my costume for a Halloween themed bday party on the 23rd. Because of the close window I did not want to chance it with free or basic shipping I paid a extra $12.99 for express shipping. It gave a confirmation email with a guaranteed arrival date of 10-22 which is a day before the party which is perfect. YANDY did not ship off my package until the 10-21-21 a day before the delivery date they guaranteed. I was concerned about this so I tried to reach out to them via email and multiple phone calls only to get automated msg via email response and call. I wrote 4 emails in total expressing how I felt about this and still nothing I asked to cancel the order still not response all I got was a automated message saying we apologize due to high volume of orders and that they don't give refunds only store credit. Keep in mind this has nothing to do with me. Not once someone from Yandy had the decency to even address me about my concerns or even say anything about the fact that I paid a extra $12.99 for shipping and still no package. I had to run to party city to buy a last minute outfit for the bday party. It's now the 10-25th and I've yet to speak to someone or see a package at my front door. I've been a Yandy babe since 2012 and I've recommended this site to multiple people and now that this happened is distasteful.

It didn't tell me I couldn't return anything until after I ordered it and the outfit was $80 and had no reviews so If it ended up being horrible quality or not true to size it would be a waste of money. So when I saw this I went to cancel my order and it, every time no matter how many different ways I would try to cancel, would take me to a page that said it was no longer existing. So then I tried to call them…. I waited for someone to answer for 30 mins and then the call just dropped so I kept trying over and over getting the same results until I decided to give up because it just wasn't worth it. Super frustrating and a waste of time. I tried to email them too but that was worthless because even though it said it was a real person named "Kiki" it was a bot. So there is just no way to return something even if you just ordered it right before trying to cancel, no way to get ahold of someone and there is no returns except for store credit. Just a trash website and scam honestly. That being said I haven't tried their products or clothing so who knows…. If your item gets to you it might be super good but my experience was stupid bad.

I purchased a digital gift card as a birthday present for someone thinking it would be a simple way to send a nice gift. What I got in return was a four day battle with the people who run "customer service". The problem arose from their idiotic idea of being "discreet" when leaving a message if they need to verify an order. This came in the form of a message left in my voicemail saying "This is so, and so with THE ORDER please call us at --- -----" I've gotten more convincing calls from telemarketers so I dismissed it as some attempt to gain access to my information. When I finally got in contact with someone via email I was met with nothing but finger pointing, and excuses from some of the snottiest, and rudest "customer service" reps I've ever had the displeasure of coming across. The ongoing email exchange went on for FOUR DAYS before I finally got the e-card delivered. Even after all was said, and done I got one last email from someone who took it upon themselves to try and get one last digital jab at me. It was honestly one of the most pathetic excuses for a business I've come across. Do yourself a favor, and go to one of the many other websites that hawk the same products they do.

This site is glitchy and when i went to pay the site dumped me into an error screen that said "whoops something went wrong" so instead i chose pay through amazon. When i checked with my bank i had noticed that though the error screen assured me that the purchase did not go through the money had been taken from my account. So now i had payed twice for the same order but they only gave me only one order number.
I have tried to get them to return the money but have been met with deliberate run around, illegal requests, sketchy behavior and denial of the over charge even in the face of screenshots of my bank records.
After 7hours on the phone between the staff at yandy, my bank and amazon.com
They have repeatedly told me that there was only one order
Even hours after i had shown them screenshots of both charges they denied double charging me.
4 hours of phone time later they finally admitted to the overcharge and told me they voided one of the charges.
They did not void anything gave me bogus screenshots that said they voided but obvously it didn't work because it is now days later and the charge has not been canceled.
I now have to contact better business bureau, and start the long process of an investigation with my bank to get my money back, will take up to 50 days. Stay away from this site they are con artists to the max

We attempted to work with your bank to have the voided funds immediately released. As discussed by your bank and Yandy it can take several business days for the funds to post back on your account. Unfortunately we are at the will of the bank processes. Yandy has provided proof of the voided transaction for you and your bank. We wish there is more we could do to remedy this situation.
As for the 2nd the order you place through Amazon Pay you are able to refuse the package for refund. We will refund you in full when the items are returned to Yandy.

I ordered during a huge sale. I was sooo excited. I waited a few days for an email containing my shipping information, but it never came. 6 days after I placed my order, I got an email stating that they were expecting fulfillment delays of up to 5 days. Then 7 days after that, an email stating a few of my items were out of stock and I'd be refunded. I called 3 days after to check on my order and the woman on the phone said they'd ship my order out within the next 3 days. Nothing. So I emailed after a few days, and again, they assured it would be shipped soon and that it would arrive on or before the 24th (I had Christmas items.) another week goes by, I send another email. Same response. Then I check my email after another 3 days, and see that my order has been canceled and I will be refunded. Alllll of that, just for my order to be canceled. Basically an entire month went by. They offered 40% off of my entire order next time, but obviously I will never order from them again, and 40% off my entire order of regularly priced items doesn't really do much. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. They obviously were not prepared to offer such a huge sale.

Hi, Michelle as we discuss there has been a delay with international packages. All your tracking has been provided to you. We know it is disappointing but it out of our control. You can see shipped it on June 10th and it was with US customer and then help with the Canada Post - good news is they say will deliver this week.
I ordered over 25 items on a Black Friday sale and it stated I would get my items by Dec 6. That date came and went with nothing. I emailed, since you can't seem to get people on the phone, twice. They apologized and stated that if there were things out of stock they would refund those and send the rest. I looked and in my second email stated that their website showed they were out of stock of 5 different items. The last email stated I would still get all of my in stock things before Christmas (yes, they were that backed up). We never got an email with tracking information so on the 21st I called multiple times and after every 15 minutes it would hang up on me and I would try again (I did this 4 times in a row chosing different options twice on the 21st). Today, the 22nd, I called and actually spoke to a representative and expressed how annoyed I was at the entire experience and she stated that she would put my order as a priority so I would get it before Christmas. Which made me mad too because I thought I was already in this status. I checked this evening to see if anything had changed... Yep, they cancelled my order! They stated they would not give me the price I paid for in stock items, they would not place the order again but that they would refund me and let me buy an ecard since they were not able to get me my items by Christmas. I have purchased from them numerous times in the past and after this experience I will never buy from them again. After almost a full month they decided to cancel my order after speaking to someone assuring me I would get it. WTF is going on over there?
If I could go lower than 1 I would. I purchased items from this place two different times this summer, one at the end of May and one in August. In late August of 2014 I was mailed a letter saying my credit card information could have been compromised. I called my bank and no transactions were noted so they said I was probably fine just to watch it. Well at 3:23 EST a 3.06 charge was made at PalazzoHotel (the bank believes this was with a cloned card) and 6 minutes after that a flight was booked online with Southwest with that same card. $379 that time. I got up this morning and saw the alert from my bank and called and shut down the account immediately. After several phone calls and yelling someone at Southwests online customer service finally divulged the flight information and the passenger... Woman by the name of Ivana Valencia took several flights out of Sacramento to San Diego then Tucson between 7:55am and 12:40 (arrival). I have reported this to the police, southwest, and my bank. We will see what happens it could have been much worse. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I called them today to get the information for their legal counsel and they refused to give it to me. If they link this to this company I am going to sue them.

I've shopped at Yandy before and WAS a frequent shopper... This last time was a disaster. I decided to buy a wig that I wanted to wear to for an event that was coming up. I was unaware when I received the package that was from Yandy because of how unprofessionally "slopped" together it looked. I opened it up and the box had already been opened because it was ripped. When I took out the wig, it looked NOTHING and I mean NOTHING like the wig on the picture. The color was way off which was a really important factor for the outfit I was going to wear. The wigs netting showed all throughout it so you couldn't hide it and try to make it work. Pieces of the wig were just falling out from the bottom and it was completely ratted. Giving them the benefit of doubt, I emailed them and gave them my complaint and told them I understood that they didn't have a return policy for wigs but when it's false advertisement and they're stealing my money it is absolutely ridiculous. I got no reply and then I called them and a machine answered and told me for returns to go on the website. So they had me going around in a circle and got away with taking my money and giving me the crappiest product without fixing the mistake they made.

I ordered panties (y shaped thong to be exact) and NEVER received them.
When I called, they told me it was delivered to my mailbox. It was a complete lie. When they said it was "Delivered", my mailbox was not yet set up because I just moved into my new complex. It should've been delivered to my door. I was accused of lying. I asked for it to be sent again or a refund. I didn't mind either option. They denied me and told me there was nothing they could do for me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold. The representative refused to let me speak to her boss and instead said "my supervisor said we can send you an email of a lost package claim. You should receive it in 30 minutes. Fill it out And if our delivers approve of it, you might be able to get a refund."
I never received the email and called the next day. The lady also questioned me about how I get the rest of my mail. She was even more rude than the First Person I spoke to!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
