I had an issue with a delivery. I emailed them and they nearly immediately responded. We double and triple checked a few things, and indeed the delivery had not been made. They re-shipped product and I received it quickly. Their communication and attention to my needs was unparalleled. The quality of product is always good, and they have great deals. Been ordering from them for years. This was the first issue I had, and they handled it perfectly. And I don't have a photo of my proof of purchase, but under penalty of perjury or whatever it may be, this is true. Order number 9116559.
Customer service agent was condescending. Lingerie was burgundy/wine and advertised and shown to be red. I lost out on my shipping money and will never return to Yandy. There are no reviews on the lingerie that I bought and I believe it is because Yandy has to approve it and mine won't be posted, either

I ordered several items on 2 separate occasions from Yandy.com. They have a huge selection. Everything I ordered was exactly as advertised. The quality of the merchandise is excellent and shipment was within a few days. I recently had to return an item for a different size, and the customer service representative was extremely helpful, did the exchange over the phone, and was very courteous. There was no wait time. I highly recommend this company and will continue to order from them in the future.
I ordered some hosiery from yandy, along with a pair of the free underwear. I tracked my order and it said it was delivered but no package has arrived. Also it doesn't show up on my order history. Starting to think they took my 20 bucks and ran for the hills.
Horrible return policy! I ordered a costume on medium size according to their size and it runs small--- when I called the person was rude and just wanted to give me store credit which I refused due to I don't want to buy anything from them anymore. Stay away from this rip off store. Waist of time!
First (and last) time ordering from this company. I used their size chart to order a costume and the only part that fit was the bra - the rest of it was so large that I would need a tailor to alter it. For the price paid ($250) I was greatly disappointed in the quality (one of the studs fell off the first time I tried it on). The axe that I ordered with the outfit was broken. Because its a Halloween costume (we are still 2 weeks out from Halloween, mind you) the CSR refused to provide a refund and would only issue store credit. I demanded to speak with a manager who offered a "one time" refund due to the underlying issues. But... they want me to pay shipping to return the items! Moral of the story - don't give them $250 of your hard earned money for a costume. If you decide to order from this company, give yourself plenty of time to return and exchange because the costume probably wont fit! Never again.
I had a package lost due 100% to my post office and it was nightmare trying to find a resolution, lots of wasted time and going in circles and they passed the blame around-showed no concern what so ever. I contacted Yandy about the issue and they responded quickly with precise communication and we resolved the matter in 1 day! The customer service was amazing and I'm so happy with the results. I bought adorable knee high socks for plus size. I am 165 and the model advertising the socks was heavier than me so I thought the socks would fit me comfortably... THEY WERE SO TIGHT. The top of the sock kept rolling down - that's how tight they were. The box they came in had the weight as 160-180... If they are that uncomfortable and tight on me I don't see how a 180 lb. women would feel. Wearing them. I bought other items but I was most excited about these socks cause they were so cute. I am very disappointed. I also bought the unwrap me bow teddy... don't even bother. Its a piece of trash. I have so many regrets right now. I will NOT be purchasing ANYTHING from this site again.

I am a wholesaler that deals in over 1 million male clothing monthly and I stumbled on this website yandy.com so I decided to order some sample items - 4 lingerie on their site before I start making bulk orders in thousands of quantities. To my greatest surprise, the items have not been delivered in more than 25 business days to my address in Nigeria. I have just submitted a ticket to customer service asking for a full refund. Even items I ordered from a different merchant using the same postal system on the same date I ordered from this so-called yandy.com were delivered within 10 business days.
Now the only way I will ever order from them in bulk again as I proposed is to get a full refund to my card and not a voucher from the merchant.
I ordered two items during a big sale. After a week of not shipping I saw these reviews and was scared it never would ship. I contacted customer service via email and was prompted answered that they ran out of stock and that I could cancel my order if desired. I decided to cancel my order and was promptly refunded.
I ordered costumes over 2 weeks ago and contacted yandy multiple times. You can't even call them as it just direct you to email them and they don't get back to you at all. Horrible service! If I can give them a 0, I would! They take your money and don't ship your order. I emailed them for a 6th time letting them know if it does not ship soon or my refund is not given back, I'm contacting my bank and filing fraud charges!

I love Yandy. I have ordered many many items from them over the last two years, lingerie, clothing, tights etc. I even participated in the $13 a month thing they do for a while. I have drawers full of beautiful lingerie and it's all from them. The items are always high quality, reasonably priced and they come in the mail rather fast. I never have any problems with payments or customer service and everything I have ever ordered has fit perfectly. They are amazing.

My wife have spent 300$. They shipped the items with lowest possible courier with no tracking number nothing for that matter. Now it's been almost 2 months and the items nowhere to be found. Yandy told me to check with the local post here in Saudi in the city I live in, in my city alone there are at least 10 post offices and all told me that the package doesn't exist anywhere.

I ordered from Yandy two months ago and ordered two Princess Lingerie sets for a trip I am now taking in a week. I thought they would be here on time, even if slow, and still nothing. Every time I try to send in a complaint it brings me to a loading screen but never finishes. The one message I got through once never even got a reply. I would really appreciate to get my order!

Just received a shipment from Yandy.com not only was the shipping amazingly fast and affordable the garments are as expected. You get what you pay for. I am very pleased with my purchases I've spent over $130 for my first order and am definitely going to be shopping with them again for any lingerie I need. Customer support was very kind and quick to respond with any questions and returns. With any online clothing the return process can take a while but I am very satisfied and recommend to friends.
Yandy ran a Black Friday sale in 2021. Myself and MANY other boudoir photographers purchased items during that sale. Every single one of us either had "out of stock" notifications or orders canceled altogether. They "claim" to not have the stock on hand that was purchased during the sale. But, if you check the website, it still shows those items in stock. After many back-and-forth emails with them and them telling me my PARTIAL (so many items canceled) order would ship 12/24 (nearly a month after ordered/paid), I asked them to cancel my order. I've been waiting for a refund since 12/13 (they said it should take 3-5 days). When I ask them where the refund is, they refer me to my bank and offer no additional support. I have since had to file a Paypal claim against them. This company's ethics are shady and they do not care about servicing their customers, in my opinion.

I received my order with like 4 or 5 days of purchasing which is a good thing.
Some of the items do seem a bit cheap in quality but overall "okay" I guess.
My issue is the Garter belt I bought, the clip on the right back is broke then the bustier is supposed to be a large and it apparently runs SMALL so their size chart is wrong. I find it a bit sour that I have to pay for shipping on a defective item and an item that is advertised wrong but whatever... they're going back!

I ordered my costume on October 21st for a Halloween party on Friday the 29th and paid the extra for 2 day shipping and it still hasn't even shipped yet! 2 days after it was suppose to be delivered! I'm absolutely furious! I've tried emailing, texting, and calling customer service and all I get is their stupid scripted message. Waited on hold for over an hour and still never got ahold of a real damn person. I'll never shop with Yandy again. Horrible.

I started off clueless on where to get cheap but QUALITY lingerie. I looked all over the Internet and read horrible reviews on many other lingerie websites. By the time I was just over the whole thing, I ran across this one and read the reviews. I ordered a garter belt and it was at my house two days later! Let's just say, I've already ordered 3 seperate orders in one month. My man and I can't get enough!
I must say honestly that, I would recommend them without hesitation, my packages are shipped out the same day and always arrive before the estimated delivery date. They treasure their customers and with every purchase you receive a gift, either underwear, gift card, discount codes etc. The prices are also fantastic and the products are of great quality. Their customers service is also exceptional, with all four reps I dealt with when my package was damaged during delivery we're very understanding and they went above and beyond. I accidentally submitted an order twice and was going to literally get two of everything. So I emailed their customer service and they refunded me the full amount and were super quick to respond, I will definitely be a returning customer!
So I just recently found the site Yandy. Well one day I figured I'd surprise my husband and buy something sexy to wear for him. I found several items I wanted and Everytime I'd click on them they were sold out in my size.So I gave up for a few days. I go back and find something I knew he and I would love.It looked really sexy in the pick. I bought it and paid about $35. I received it and I was very disappointed.It looks very cheap and entirely different from the pictures online.So I try and get a refund by sending it back.If I return it they only want to give me $20. Oh hmm excuse me Yandy but now you want to rip me off. I kept it and I will never shop with you again. Thats a disgusting way to do business.So buyers beware.

I ordered 2 sets of Plus Size Lingerie from this company well they did not fit. The measurements are totally off and not true to size not to mention such poor and inferior quality. They come packed like halloween costumes so you know they are probably lingerie sewn somewhere cheap in China. They are such thieves when I ordered I paid for Express UPS Shipping two days well it took 8 days to get here. Never again stay away scam trying to get rich quick company. Customer Service Reps are Useless Stay away
Was not happy at all with my experience with a dress I bought-- it was very cheaply made, the side crossing had uneven Xs and did not look like the product photo.
Very disappointing that when returning this, Yandy not only keeps what you paid for the shipping but also charges extra costs for a return label (both WAY above cost). Also, they still have not processed my return even though it was confirmed delivered.
I buy online all the time and never with another company have had this many fees.
I ended up losing over $12 to return a poorly made dress to a company with scammy customer service.

Maybe they have hired new reps, but they were wonderful to me. I received my package quickly. Everything fit exactly as described, one item was a bit tight, but I am an in between size (34C, 26,34... but I have a big booty), so I hate going up in size as it will swim on me. The only problem I had were the stockings that came with my one outfit arrived with a runner in them. I emailed customer service to see what could be done to remedy the problem. I received an email in less than an hour that a replacement would be sent out. I received the replacement the next day! This was my first order with Yandy and I will definitely be back! Their costume quality isn't amazing, but if you get them on sale they are definitely worth the cost (Party City is no better and costs way more!).
