I recently purchased industrial shelving from Yankee Supply Company and while I understood I was buying used equipment, I wasn't expecting to receive damaged goods. Virtually all the wire decking was extremely rusty, and not light surface rust either. In many areas the rust had eroded the steel wire which was cause for concern due to a lack of structural integrity. The shelving is designed to store heavy pallets of vinyl. When I contacted them to get replacements, they asked for pictures which I sent. I heard nothing back. I contacted them again and was told the Operation Manager needed to evaluate the pictures. I heard nothing back, so I reached out again and was told, "That's the only ones we have in stock right now, Nothing else to offer you." Unbelievably poor customer service and zero accountability on their part.
