Service is very Bad they not proper management. Refund process is very Third Class. Main thing they have not provided Customer care number for the Domestics flight service. They should provide the Customer care number for the Domestics flight service. My Flight amount yet refund i have traveled in Jan months but still not refund. Very Very Third class Services. I am very very disappointed.

The worst service when I cancelled my flight ticket I didn't even 1rupee as refund and they have taken all amount in cancellation.
Requested to refund atleast 50-70% amount.
Yatra.com is the worst service.
Please don't book from this site.

I booked a flight ticket from Ranchi to banaglore from yatra.com and because their browser got frozen after I entered credit card I had to redo the whole thing again and now I have 2 bookings and I am trying to cancel one because of their browser error but they are charging huge amount for cancellation. I keep emailing them and they never bother to call me and charging almost 30% for cancellation of a booking that happened due to their browser error. My booking reference Number is **************.

Booked a flight from hyd to ahmedabad via yatra. Flight got cancelled by airline. Yatra customer support not says go through airlines for a refund. Why anyone in the world want to book a ticket through yatra, pay additonal fee and then do all the legwork to get a refund from airlines?. Worst website, do not waste your time and money!

Reschedule to booked ticket doing fraud by YATRA customer service.
Very very very poor service and don't book ticket using YATRA.
Purposely they will delay rescheduling and make customers to pay more penalty charges. Always saying Typical answers always from them call back you in 24 hours. Is this the right way of handling customers?

The most horrendous experience ever! Need to reschedule my parents tickets from Auckland to Mumbai via Kuala Lumpur due to the covid-19 pandemic. Ofcourse tried every way to connect to Yatra, no response at all. Absolutely unprofessional, undeserving & horrible service on display. If anyone's looking the booking reference number is NYE77F

They beautiful brochure shows when you booked for package after that your in big trouble if go with them i may face several unknown fact that you never face in your life and you never think holiday in your life after going with them it life time experience i booked himachal package with them YH******* they keep on change my plan then they charge me deluxe plan and then show third grade tour in simla kurti only one place other place i make my own arrangement likes hotel also they did if you going with them and you are in trouble

Useless News Letters just wont stop. Even tried unsubscribing and blockig them, but they somehow still manage to come back with useless ads.

I had done a booking on Yatra, booking ref number - ************** for isuite Hotel wakad, for 2 Nights. When I reached the hotel the Hotel was locked, on inquiring with the neighboring bldg people, I was was informed it has been closed since 1 month.

I called on the number given for the hotel, after multiple calls someone answered and said it is the wrong number. Yatra's Customer support was not functional.so I was stranded on the road without an accommodation.

I dropped Yatra an email asking for Refund, I was told someone from their team will call me. It has been 6 days now, no one from Yatra has bothered to Call Me or reply to the numerous emails I have sent them.

How can you be charged for a Hotel that has been closed for more than a month. Please be careful while booking from Yatra, these guys are FRAUDS and do not care about the customer once they receive the Money. #yatra#Yatra Fraud.

A platform that cancels your flight and blames it on the airline while the customer is clueless of the whole situation. Never book through http://Yatra.com because they are not genuine.

Ive booked 4 tickets and did a change in flight through the web site. They did not pay any refund... we paid twice. They are real cheaters.

The company has stolen 2 Lakhs money in our booking. They keep mentioning they are looking into it but never come back. Its a very unreliable travel website and would not recommend at all.

Never book any ticket via yatra one of worst customer service and they don't know what the airline provides and representatives are behave idotically. Just book your tickets from other agents.

I am a first time user of yatra and would like to highlight the horrible experience before the trip starts.
I am planning a visit to andaman with my family from 18th Dec to 23rd of Dec 2017 and had contacted yatra for travel plan which includes everthng from Flight to hotel.
My flights are changed without prior initimation from Direct flights to the connected flights which increase my travel time.
Also, they amend the travel itinerary as well which showcase the most unorganized and unprofessional company. Now, Yatra is not canceling the booking now saying that this is a non refundable booking
What are the options available with me? My bookin I'd with yatra is YYH*******.
I have mailing and calling yatra office from past 2 weeks to correct it. Please do not ever use yatra.com they are the most horrible company.
Please save your hard earned money so that you do not have to go on a forced vacation.

I booked a business class via Yatra from HYD - ATL and return. As every one of us are aware the airlines had cancelled there flights for a while due to COVID. After Flight services were recommenced, we checked with American Airlines and were directed to Yatra for any modifications/cancellations. But any Yatra phone number you may try, you get a message saying "INCOMING TO THE NUMBER IS BARRED". Also NO RESPONSE to the mails.

I am pretty shocked that after so many bad reviews they are NOT improving their services

I bought 8 (Rs 1000) Vouchers against my credit card points. These points are as good as cash. When I tried to make a airlines booking of Rs ******* total amount, the app didn't allow me to use all the Vouchers. It only allowed me use one voucher of Rs 1000. On top of that, if one intents to use this voucher, hen one cannot use the promo codes with in the app. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. WHATS THE USE OF USING ONE VOUCHER OF RS 1000, RS 800 TO RS 900 DISCOUNT ONE CAN GET USING THE PROMO CODES. IT means my voucher money is completely wasted. In the similar apps like MMT or Cleartrip one is allowed to use multiple Vouchers in one booking. But here allowing to use only one voucher is ridiculous. I FEEL HOODWINKED AND CHEATED. Avoid

Worst customer care no phone customer care to reach even if you have issues with flight they will not respond please do use this site to book your flight

I have booked the ticket via Yatra... And due to current medical outbreaks I sent a mail to Yatra way before my departure time. They didn't reponded within time and they charge my ticket as No-show... Even airindia was allowing to change the date...

It's a 3rd class customer care service from Yatra and I wasted my money and time both.

I strongly suggest plz don't you or book from Yatra. You can book direct from airline website...

While rescheduling the Flight booking amount detected and then Flight price increased and for that charges also extra. Very very Poor customer service and worst experience.

Please don't book the ticket in yatra site... when you cancelled the ticket they need sign and id so many think for your money back.
When they book the ticket in a minute they cut the payment but refund money send back to our credit card not easily they give.

Waste yatra bookings and service. I have booked hyd to mumbai 2 tickets on 17.07.2021. I made payment through credit card. I went pickup piont before one hour. But no bus was there. I called sahara travels. O sale bhi yatra se bhi bekar Hai. Bus karab Hai. Cancelled hogaya. No before information from yatra or sahara travels. Kali lootne ke like paida huye saaley. No customer care number for yatra. Mail bahut baar bijaaya no reply. Next day reply our person will contact u soon. Marne ke baad treatment karte saaley. Don't trust online transactions. Go nearest travels take physical payment receipts. Paise gaye kaam nahi hua. Very bad yatra.

I have booked Online, Bina Resort through Yatra.com for stay from 23rd to 26th June 2022 at Nainital by paying Rs. *******/-(Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Seven only) - Booking Reference Number ************** and hotel Confirmation Number YAT*******923 for Stay in Nainital. However, We Couldn't Trace out the Hotel – The Address Provided by Yatra.com is Not Complete & Incorrect. The Contact Details Provided are Not Working. Even Yatra.com Customer Support was also Not Responded. This Looks like a Clear Fraud Case. As a Result, Entire Purpose of Tour Travel Disturbed and all the Amounts Spend for the Purpose is Wasted and created Great Inconvenience and Mental Agony.
