Placed order and the only thing I rec'd was charge to my credit card. Very disappointed. Surprisingly they did answer back to email I sent; asking for the order number or invoice number which of course I do not have. Do NOT order!
Fraud, I bought the Air Jacks April 12th. 2023, $49.48 was charged to my visa card. They sent me a tracking #, that did not work, I waited as they asked, "Please be patient" they replied in an email. Never got the jack. They said they would reship it, it must have been lost in transit. I did not get that either. After 60 days of 6 emails and promisses, they offered a refund. That did not happen either, I called the bank card, they said after 60 days they can not recover the money.
The Yeager site has a guarentee, money back etc. claim, but no ph. #, after my 6th, email reply to and from them, the final one was returned "un deliverable". The same address I had been using, so they coned me, took my money, dumped me.
I have documents recipts, order #, *******0123 1813, tracking #A*******624 CN, said to have been shipped via HM Wearhouse.
