Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.

I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

I do very little on line shopping because of delays. The confirmation was swift and information regarding shipping and delivery were so exact! Very satisfied.

I purchased 3 dresses from the website and was happy to see that they had free returns within 30 days. I have sent 12 emails to customer service and they as yet failed to send return information. They keep telling me to be patient and someone will help me soon. I have waited almost 4 weeks and I keep getting messages telling me to wait. I am horrified at the service. I think site is a scam. Please don't waist your money. The dress in image is such poor quality it feels like it's made of cardboard

If it was possible I would not even give 1 star.
I order £100 worth of clothes. 8 items.
Only 2 items were real to their size.
Order was split into 3.
When the third package arrived I received 9 completely random items that I didn't order. To return this I contacted the company altogether 4 times. With provides pictures. In last email I was asked to take pictures of outside packages, inside label, package label, altogether 20 pictures!
When my return was approved as dress was too short, I was asked to send it to their uk warehouse with tracking number through Royal Mail. That cost £7,50 where the dress cost £15!
Another return was not approved and they offered me 30% off. When I disagreed and wanted all money back they closed the window for it as done'
So month later I'm still out of £100 pounds.

Purchased a top from this company. Colour different and the material was awful. Sent it back and after spending more money returning it they are messing me about with ridiculous excuses for not refunding me
1.) no refund if item isn't returned within 14 days
2.) Must notify them first before returning item
3.) photographic evidence of parcel you send.
4.) Returning item through post office only, not major couriers i. E. DHL etc
4.) The company won't refund money until I inform Paypal that dispute is resolved
Do yourself a favour. Give this company a miss. Lovely website but basically a bunch of crooks

1) We can not deal with a return after you received you parcel 14 days later. Because the item may be used that will not resell any more. But for some special cases, we will provide a proper solution.

2)The contacting before the return, we need to record some information, then arrange the refund later according to the record. Such as your order number and the items you want to return and the address you should return to. The contacting is necessary for issuing your case better.

3)For providing a better service, we can arrange the refund after you returned and before we receive it with a limited price order.So we need the receipt to confirm the returning situation and then arrange the refund for you.

4)We suggest everyone to return the items back with a post office, which can avoid costumers paying for too much postage. You can choose the others, It is just a suggestions.

Ordered 2 dresses in size XS - they send both in Medium! Can't contact them or get a response?
Disputed the charge with my credit card co and I'm now getting a refund. Total Chinese Garbage! Do not order!

Very good online site to shop, clothes are not expensive at all and are so cute. Yes I had some few shipping issues but customer services always did the right things to refund me when it happened. Otherwise shipping was really fast; less than a week for express delivery.

Everything I've ordered has come in relatively good time, considering I'm in Canada and it comes from China.
Pretty good quality all of them have looked just like the pictures. I prefer this site over some other cheap online shopping sites.
Tip is just to read thr reviews and customer's pictures.

I was so pleased with the customer service I received upon using this web site as the clothes did not fit at first, they were more than happy to get this sorted straight away with no hassle and have resent me my items. I cannot fault this website for a single thing! Highly recommend!

It was my first time ordering with YOINS and bought 4 dresses. One item didn't fit me well but it's been over 30 days and it was completely my fault because I went out of the country. I reached out to customer service through chat and they were VERY FAST in responding. They sent me a free return label and then gave me 10% off for next purchase! What an amazing experience with Sunny! I will definitely buy again and recommend them to all my friends. :)

I've made almost 10 orders from Yoins in the past year, and each time I'm even more satisfied with the items! They offer wide range of items for every style and size, the materials they use are of high quality (which I didn't expect, because of the low prices you assume they would cut back on quality) and the shipping is fairly fast (3 weeks regular shipping).

I recently had an issue with one item of my order, but customer service answered and helped me in just a couple of hours time. I'm just stunned by this site, possibly my favorite and best online shopping experience!

It says 5-7 days and it never happens. My item was delivered almost a month after the online purchase. The company should invest for a better service in that matter. I am always buying online and other companies from far away make it on time or at least let the client know if its gonna take 3 weeks or more.

I normally don't struggle with words, but at this juncture, yes I am. I placed an order few weeks back, some how something went wrong and I found it difficult in getting the packet. My luck when I raised query, I bumped into Yuri.

In this whole incidence this was the best thing. Yuri took my case as personal case, managed it very professionally and help me all through.

I bought two nice dresses from Yoins. They both look exactly like the pictures although since I am considerably tall one of the dresses was quite short on me. I contacted Yoins and they organised a remedy with me. Their customer service is great and I would recommend buying off them for aesthetic looking going out clothes that are extremely affordable. I would highly recommend measuring yourself properly and comparing to the sizing charts before you buy. Cheers

I was a little bit sceptical about ordering off this site as I'd never heard of it before and only saw it on facebook. I spent £50 on summer clothes and my order took 4 weeks to come (quicker than I expected). Really good quality and the sizes are spot on. I'm a size 10/12 so I ordered a 12 and they fit my body shape lovely! Will definitely be using this website again!

The package finally came was good quality and nice to look at. As for the company have read mixed reviews some good some bad mine in middle. Biggest gripe was never was notified of the time it was shipped and when contacted them they furnished info and a tracking number that didn't work. The amount of time between emails normal since they are many time zones from where I am. I will give the a positive rating of avg because they did communicate with me otherwise 1 star. The biggest thing they need to do is keep the customer informed that stops problems from arising. Do business with with caution.

I have been eyeing this website for months. But i had been skeptical about the quality because of how cheap they are, i just received my package (super fast shipping btw) and i am so impressed at the quality! I ordered two crop tops and two scarfs, the only thing is that one of the scarves came with a little tear (doesn't bother me at all). Will definitely be ordering from here again.
