I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

I am STILL in process of trying to know how to return my items that I do not want to keep. They keep going back and forth with me many times and will not give me a clear address or procedure on how to return the clothes. It has been very time consuming and discouraging dealing with them. Two of the three items i bought do not fit, and to return them is such a hassle its not even worth it and it would cost me even more money, i am now out 45 bucks and i have nothing to show. First order, was 2 dresses, were cheaply made for the price. Could have found better materials elsewhere for that price. Second order was 2 pear of shoes. Both of them ordered size 6.5, they both came size 7 but they fitted fine. I used a 15% coupon and until i processed the ordered, the total showed as full amount discount but than i got billed regularly without the 15% discount. Reached out to their customer service and said that nothing could be done. The shoes were nice. Got a lot of compliments. First day of wearing one of the shoes, after standing for 6 hours on them, the heel broke in the middle of an inportant event i had. Very embarrassing. In another order, i ordered 3 items size small. 2 of them came medium and 1 large... trying to hope i get the money back.

When I first started looking at Yoins and reading the reviews I was a bit sceptical about spending money on it. But my friend ordered one item of clothing, which arrived quickly and looked great, so I bought about 8 items. When the estimated delivery date came and the clothes hadn't arrived, I checked the order status and it said "back order" so I emailed Yoins customer services to check what was going on. They replied quickly, explaining that 2 of the items I had ordered had gone out of stock. They gave me the option to wait for them to be restocked (and gave me the expected date) or offered a refund for the 2 items and they would send the rest of my order. I chose the last option and my clothes arrived pretty quickly. Everything was as described and by reading the size charts for each item it all fits perfectly. So cheap as well! Very happy, will definitely be ordering from them again. :)
I ordered 3 jump suits from this website for my holiday, i ordered these about 2 weeks ago i understand these may take 28 days to arrive as they are coming from Hong-Kong however i emailed to see if there was an estimated date of my delivery as there wast one in my order confirmation. Once this had been looked into it looks like all of the items that i ordered where out of stock and i was not advised by anyone of this. If i didn't check myself i would be none the wiser and would have been waiting for my jumpsuits for god knows how long. When check the website today for all of the jumpsuits they are still on the website and do not state anywhere that these items are out of stock. They are quick to take your money without issuing any goods.

Bought a dress I saw online. When it finally arrived after 1.5 months of waiting, it was NOTHING like the picture. Without exaggeration, it was like a baby had sewn two pieces of fabric together, it looked like a bin bag and thats putting it politely.
Would not recommend unless you want to resemble a bin bag for a dress.

Based on my past experience with other similar companies Id expected the delivery to take much longer than it did and the clothes to come in much worse quality than they did. I was surprised that they came in a decent amount Id tine and the clothes came in rh correct sizes and were of better quality than I had expected. Ill be using this company again.

I ordered from the website, I received a tracking number, and my order. But it was much much later than I had expected. It took over 3 weeks. And now that I received my clothes, I wanted to review them but my account/email has mysteriously disappeared and is no longer in there system. One dress I got is perfectly sized, the other is really weird, its like its a maternity dress with a huge belly but tight thighs. The material is nice and the sowing is fine but I should be able to review them one the website.

Rachel and her team are extremely helpful and very professional. I had problems with my order and she certainly went the extra mile to give me a solution.
They have no control over the delivery time... which certainly SUCKS, but Rachel explained to me the possibilities once my order got lost and she was extremely helpful.

I ordered a sweater dress and the site sucked to begin with. If you move your mouse the site glitches and all of the sudden your looking at a whole different set of outfits. I looked past the crappy site navigation and placed my order. I entered my address with the auto fill option and when i reviewed my info. Every thing looked great. Then i got online to check my order status and i found out that my name and address were entered twice on my delivery info. Still dont know when ill get my package because when i got on the live chat customer service the person helping me asked me to hold on and never returned to the chat. I ordered two dresses from this site and when they arrive one of them had been stitched together incorrectly. The arm of the dress had been sewn upside down so the shoulder part was attached to the underarm part. I sent an email requesting the address, as directed by the website. Since sending my first email I have sent another 5 including three with photos. The person responding to the email said that the dress was supposed to have loose sleeves. No - the dress has been stitched incorrectly and I am still yet to have an address to return the piece of clothing to. Additionally, I have to pay for the return (assuming they ever give me an address). Judging by all of the previous comments I'm concerned that I will even get my money back. Absolutely appalled by this company and would thoroughly advise advoiding it at all costs!
