Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!
I had ordered a size 14-16 but after close examination of each product sizing i had ordered a to big a size. I spoke to Ada on chat and Ada was very helpful and able to change my order to 10-12. When ordering make sure you dont just check the overall sizing guide but each item as each item are different sizes depending on materials etc.
I ordered 3 Bikinis, one of which was out of stock, hence, I reached out to customer service, they understood the problem and have quickly reacted by refunding me the due. Moreover the other two bikins has shipped in expected time and they are perfectly identicals

I ordered two dresses and one top one dress was ok but not made in the material as described but wearable the other dress not made in material as described in their description according to the tags they are made out of the same material but absolutely different this dress is unwearable because of the fabric this dress is the black floral irregular hem so don't buy it would love to send it back for a refund but it's not worth the postage so I will think twice about buying from this site again unless they fix this problem and they also need to fix how long it takes to receive your order

I ordered 4 items months ago and after being told they were all out of stock and they asked me whether I wanted a refund or whether I wanted to buy something else. I opted for the refund. I then got an email to tell me that they had split the order and that 3 of the items had been shipped which shocked me as I had opted for a refund. I received a parcel but it was not the 3 items they had told me they had shipped it was the one that was supposed to be out of stock and would be sent when it was in stock. I don't think these people know what they are doing and once I receive the rest of my items (which they have my money for) I will be deleting them from my email contacts and NEVER buying anything from them again.

I ordered the backless playsuit with bow back knot in a size M (4). Unfortunately, when I received it I found it was way too big. It was in perfect condition, great quality material; however, it was not my size.
This is where I was in awe. After contacting Yoins, not only were they kind enough to send me a smaller size, they also explained that I would not have to resend the original. What?!? Initially I was worried about shipping fees but now I have nothing to worry about. Can you believe it?! Wow!

The quality is to be expected for the price. I had a shirt come in where half of the elastic in the end of the sleeve was exposed- so I had to dig out the needle and thread to sew the rest of the elastic back in. The shirt had a funny/chemical smell which went away after washing... they use unrealistic models for the clothing- but, I saved a bit of money...

Normally when you buy online, you have that worry of "is it going to be the right size" "is it going to look the same as it is in the picture" etc. I was super happy when I received my purchase from yoins. What you order is not what you get. The quality is absolutely horrific, the small print says allow up to 3cm differences in the material due to hand measurements (something that I only realised after ordering) but on reality there is a much greater contrast. I ordered 8 items and not one of them was actually a size 8. They are in Asian sizes not U. K. And I was aware of this but still they look like something produced during a GCSE textiles lesson. I'll also be very surprised if any of the good reviews are actually genuine customers. In addition to the horrific garments and 3 week delivery time they also charge you a fortune to return items. Save yourself the hassle and avoid.

My order arrived 2 weeks later than expected. I ordered 3 items - 2 dresses size Medium and a shirt size medium. They sent me one correct item and correct size - 1 dress. The other dress ordered in a size Med was sent Large. I ordered a Medium shirt and they sent me size XS and tried to tell me that was in Asian size and won't send me the correct size or let me return after 5 or 6 times going back and forth via email. Never again - AWFUL!

I have an event I need to attend this week, which is why I paid for the fast shipping.
My item is now on back order, but I was never notified when ordering that this item was close to being or out of stock.
My item has not even been shipped, and I need it in 5 days.
There was nowhere listed where it said this shipping may actually vary in days due to where I am located. Yet still was going to charge me anyways.

Return policy is a hassle you have to email them, then they try to give you money off. You have to return to China which cost as much as dress which had a mark on it anyway, and fit not good either.

I ordered a top, it arrived faulty with a stud missing which is very visible. I asked for a refund, they refused saying that a missing stud is not a reason to return it back and if I could explain how that affects my wearing.
