Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!
I ordered quite a few items from yoins, thy took the money from my account, when I didn't get a conformation email I emailed them, got a reply back explaining my order was ready to be shipped. Days later nothing, I contacted them again they said they sent a letter (More lies) explaining half my order was now out of stock. And would I like to split it and just wait for my order to come back in stock then I would have to wait about 7-28 days delivery after two weeks of long drawn out replys from the company I asked for a refund, a week down the line I've herd nothing back from them, recived no items and have not got my money back. Stay away!
The customer service has been replying fast and helpful with my questions about my items and the delivery date. The shipment is very slow and it takes about one month to receive the clothes I bought but the good customer service really makes up for it even though I pree- payed everything :)
This is not my first time on toons, they are a very serious business men, awesome quality products and very durable, their speed of delivery is unrivalled and and their customer care is so informative and responsive, this time I got my girlfriend jump suit and I'll show more. Yoin is the best.

I ordered a dress online from Yoins and didn't realise until it got delivered that i had ordered the wrong size. I emailed Yoins and asked if I could get a refund or exchange the dress for the correct size. Yoins sent me out the dress in the correct size and let me keep the original dress for no extra cost!
I ordered from Yoins and the order never came after like a month. I called and they said that part of it was on backorder and did I want the other part sent. I said yes. I finally got it like weeks later and the bathing suit was an XL when I ordered a medium. They said the sizing was Asia sizing. I said it was 3 sizes too big. They sent me a notice back saying that bathing suits are not returnable. I also had to cancel the backorder items as I had waited almost 2 months and gave up

I've sent 6 emails requesting for the return address to exchange a dress for a the correct size that I ordered. Not once have I been given the return address and I've been asked to measure the size of the dress. The service from this company is atrocious.
Might I add, the size chart states that it's 'U. K' but then they say it's Asian sizing. So what you ordered is not what you receive.
I'm utterly put off from this company. The customer service is horrible and the sizing chart is incorrect. Last time I ever buy from them.

I ordered items from Yoins on September 30th, and it is November 2, I still haven't received any items! They have charged my account for the entire amount of my purchase but I haven't received anything from my order. I have emailed them 3 times and I have left various phone messages and no one bothers responding back to me regarding my "ORDER PROCESSING" status which is shows on their website. I think it is ridiculous that an account is charge with out even shipping any order items then when you contact the company, there is no answer. I will never be doing business with them again... I just lost $139.00 of my hard earned money and I have nothing to show for it!

I had ordered a dress online and they sent me the wrong dress. I emailed customer service telling them about the wrong dress they sent me and I wanted them to send me the dress I ordered. The person I was dealing with in customer service was terrible as they refused to send me the dress I ordered and just wanted me to keep the dress I received and give me my money back. I ordered what looked like a lovely dress for a christening i was going to, when it came after 25 days it did not look at all like the photo shown on the app, it was brown instead of a sandy sort of colour, a completely different material, very thin and almost see-through and not the fit explained on the app. And to top it off there would be no point in getting a refund, the return fee is more than I would recieve back. Very dissapointed.

I ordered 3 items, 2 cute bodysuits and a strapless bra. When I received the items I was apalled! The body suits were horrible quality - see through. I also ordered a size Small only to receive a size XL and after inquiring I was told that all sizes are in "Asian" fits on their site and if I wanted to exchange it I had to pay the shipping.
The bra was garbage - even if the items fit I never would have worn them because of the poor quality.
Ignore the positive reviews on this site. They are from the people who run this site. Don't waste your time or money!

They sent my package with no address just the city and zip code so the post office returned it to them and this force you to pay for a resend which I'm not going to. And I will dispute this and file for fraud to the commerce institution.

Yoins really did their best in trying accommodate my situation. I ordered my dresses 4 days before the date of my Banquet and so I emailed them if they can expedite my order. I wasn't expecting a response but the next morning I received an email saying that they have shipped my order. Although I did not receive the order on time, they really did their best. They did whatever in their power to get the items to me as fast as they can and thats what really matters. The service is wonderful, all you have to do is email them!
I placed an order last Monday, 23rd October. I got an email saying they would be in tough but I have since heard nothing from them since despite sending 3 emails and contacting them through Live Chat. I have asked them to cancel the order but haven't heard from them. I'm waiting for my credit card to tell me if they have taken the money. I guess they have an not sent the order!

I was very happy with the customer service Vivian and Wenny helped me straight away with any questions I had. I contacted customer service as the clothes did not fit at first, but they were more than happy to get this sorted straight away with no hassle. They even let me keep the items that did not fit me so that it would not cost me €24,50 to sent the items back (I have made some of my friends really happy), and are going to sent me the new items. Very happy with the service! The quality of the clothes are great! Just a tip for other customers the clothes are a bit bigger than you are used to so I would recommend getting a size smaller.
I ordered some clothes for my daughter. They took payment from my card making bit £10ish short. They keep saying that have not received my payment despite me copying it into my email from my credit card company. They seem to have no intention of refunding this or even looking into it.
I would not buy from these!

I have finally received my order after 3 weeks of waiting. I no longer need these items as they were for my holiday which I went on without these clothes. I now want a refund as they are no longer required but there is no way to get a refund on your website, why? I have emailed multiple times on your website (apparently you reply in 24 hours - you don't) I want an EASY answer to how I can return my order. I ordered 4 outfits. They came in split order which was told about right away. They asked if I wanted a refund or reship. Didnt have any problems with first order. Emails were constantly updated and on line track was presice. I will definetley be ordering again.

Everything by Yoins is terrible, the clothes have a bad cut, you order size M for example and you got 5 differentes sizes, you don't receive the clothes at the same time, and to return them, you got to pay two return sending ( In my Case). Not to mention the customer service, terrible without professionalism and don't understand anything. They send you mails & mails to apologize but to get your refund is a Hell, so good gesture they give you a 10% on next purchase, do you know where you can put your 10%?. Nice news, they refund me a sending from 13,00 euros, but they don t pay the Paypal Fee, so i get only 11,95 euros. I Will never buy something again from this terrible compagny.

I purchased six shirts from Yoins to treat myself because they look so cute. It took well over 15 days to ship and the box came all stopped open and the label folded so I couldn't tell who it was from. The tracking never updated so I had no idea when it would arrive. I opened the box to a horrible musty and mothball smell that permeated the clothing and box. I had to quickly throw away the box and get the clothing into the wash. After two washes with baking soda and vinegar, the smell is still very much present and it has made the rest of the clothing in the load smell. Not impressed! The clothing is cute and true to size but I don't like smelling like a musty basement all day. Hopefully it will come out but I'm using a lot of resources to try. I spent a lot of money and the service was not good so I won't order from them again.
