Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.

I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

I ordered from Yoins several times and i've never been disappointed! The clothes are all soo cute, and they don't look cheaply made. Since Yoins is in China the delivery takes longer than you may be used to. It takes about 4 weeks to get delivered to me. I don't mind the wait because I know buying things from China it has to go through customs & etc. All the items are placed in a plastic ziploc looking bag (I think it's a nice touch, your clothes are safe from the rain), plus the clothes don't have that "factory" smell (they smell clean), also their customer service is great. They reply back to my emails within 30min-1hour; they were really accommodating. If you're looking for a deal on cute clothes try Yoins^-^

I purchased six shirts from Yoins to treat myself because they look so cute. It took well over 15 days to ship and the box came all stopped open and the label folded so I couldn't tell who it was from. The tracking never updated so I had no idea when it would arrive. I opened the box to a horrible musty and mothball smell that permeated the clothing and box. I had to quickly throw away the box and get the clothing into the wash. After two washes with baking soda and vinegar, the smell is still very much present and it has made the rest of the clothing in the load smell. Not impressed! The clothing is cute and true to size but I don't like smelling like a musty basement all day. Hopefully it will come out but I'm using a lot of resources to try. I spent a lot of money and the service was not good so I won't order from them again.

Quick service & communication etc.
Only negative point I have is with my second order, after 1 week I received notice of item that I orderes being out of stock. That is a big delay. So that could improve.

Absolutely appalling, they have robbed me! I bought the dress based on the site measurements, it came completely off, I requested a refund and the website stated I could have 20% back! Because it was my fault
THEN I opened a case with Paypal, was told to send it back which I did, paypal closed the case and they still have my money. An Absolute JOKE! Thieves!

I love this site. It showed up was faster than expected and I loved the products more than I thought I would. The quality of clothes was great! Will buy again. The only thing is I did have to pay duty on it but still great prices and duty wasn't much!

I recently brought a shirt and two dresses from Yoins. First of all the dresses were extra small but they were large. The shirt was supposed to have a zipper in the middle but the zipper was stitched going in an angle toward to right. It was very noticeable. Wouldnt shop here again.

I would defianetly use Yoins.com again. Their customer service is fantastic. The email service is replied to quickly and in lots of detail. The dresses are also lovely and look exactly the same as the pictures

I made a very large order over a month ago. 2 weeks into thw order I had to supplement another large amount towards import tax (not mentioned on the site!)
It has been over a month and no clothes, and the customer service is slow to respond and won't look into the matter.

First of all, I have received the items after 2 weeks instead of 3-7 working days because one of the item I have ordered was out of stock, although on the website was saying it was.
Received my parcel and two items weren't the right size, one too large for me and one too tight. I have contacted the customer service, although she was trying to be helpful, I found that their polices for returning items are rubbish. So I would not recommend it.
When you do shopping online you would like to buy items knowing that in case it will not be right for you, you can return it without any problem/cost.

Well, I ordered for a party dress and matching jewellery for an upcoming party night. I received the order on time, but unfortunately the party dress dint fit me. I had to return it as soon as possible to get the right size on time. I spoke to their customer service executive and explained the urgency and the scenario. They were really friendly and made sure I received my another dress on time before the part night. Thanks alot for your warm co-operation. The dress quality was also really good and I loved myself in it!

May order was shipped twice, I was billed not once, not twice but three times. Each payment that came out was for a different amount as well and when I contacted a customer representative they were not helpful at all and instead told me they didnt charge me three times and to deal with it through my bank. I gave hem the proof from my banking transactions and sent them my order history and still they said it wasnt their fault. They also told me I couldnt return the items and to just keep them. Anyone who is thinking of ordering from here, please dont. I wouldnt want anyone to have to deal with such horrible customer service and not to mention the clothes are very very poor quality.

As this was my first time ordering from Yoins and didn't want to waste to much money if they weren't any good, I just ordered a playsuit and denim shorts which are both perfect size and desciption... Will definitely be ordering more next time..

You take pot luck with what u order from this company the colour arnt as stated I ordered a charcoal grey jumpers they sent me brown insisting it was dark grey. I would have gladly sent it back but they never offered me the option they just kept saying it was dark grey!

I am looking for the item I purchased from your damn COMPANY! And viewing these complaints from others who have used your company I am furious! YOUR COMPANY has no other means of contact by phone other then a freaking international! No toll`free numbers? Your company is greedy! I would not order from you again if you were the last website on the internet! If I don't receive my package I am contacting the Better Business Bureau! Receipt# **************! Send my order or return my damn money! And I will warn everyone in ear shot NOT to ever order from you!

I have never ordered from this store before it seems a bit dodgy because they use photos of dresses from other stores and then sells them for a way cheaper price which is kind of weird, idk if it is the same dress as it says it is...

I have placed two orders with Yoins. The first order came very quickly and I loved the item. The second order which was done a month later, never arrived. I contacted Yoins regarding my order and they replied very quickly and was willing to resend the item with no additional charges. I have yet to receive the yet, it's only been two weeks, I look forward to seeing how soon I get my replacement item.

I ordered 10 items and unfortunately my countries lockdown started due to the coronavirus. With no problems at all, they refunded my money. I placed my second order after our lockdown and after a week, I received my items. They are beautiful, exactly like the pictures on the website. Thank you Yoins. I also used their size chart and all my items fit, so I will not be returning anything.

I bought 6 of the same dresses from this company and the dresses were so short they were unwearable and I needed to return them. Ive tried and tried to contact. Sent several emails and even tried to call their bogus number on their website. Their live chat is bogus as well. Now Im stuck with 6 dresses that I paid for that I can do nothing with. DONT BUY from where!

Avoid this compant at all costs, the garments they uplly are all small to size and the material is of very poor quality, the companies returns policy is buried in their T&C. We've returned poor quality items about 6 weeks ago without any refund being received, we've lost over £ 50.00 dealing with this company.
We made a huge mistake dealing with this comany, avoid them like the plague!

I bought two items in April this year because I had a holiday booked for May. I was absolutely appalled when I didn't have the items for my holiday. I thought I was never going to get them. I recieved them a week ago, in July when they were ordered months ago! I find this abissmal. I was given no reason as to why the items arrived so late on fast delivery. The most I've waited before is 2 weeks and I thought even that was too long!
