I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!

Their customer service are just bots sending you automated responses. Got sent a tracking number for DHL and 11 days in DHL tells me they NEVER received the package, it still needs to be sent by them. When contacted by email I have 11 responses from somebody signed "Lawrence" that literally just keeps cutting and pasting the first email word for word. When asked for information on who they sent it with I get a screen shot of a travel agency that sells airline tickets. Go to live chat and WORD FOR WORD the same response from the email. They are all automated bot answers and today, writing to you from DHL's OFFICE DHL, has assured me THEY NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER that they had to forward to me. Yoins is not interested in helping me. DHL HAS NO DELAYS in logistics, so basically I was robbed of 173 euros by Yoins. I dont have faith to ever get my package.

Ive ordered clothes on the 23rd of May and still hasnt arrived which its been11 working days and been more than 2 weeks even after paying express shipping which it said 5-8 working days? Contacted so so many times to figure this out, it was one of the items was out of stock, never informed that issue and its left for more than a week till I contacted them. They said it will dispatch the next day so contacted again the next day whether it sent? They said it will dispatch today which its on the 2nd of June. Given noticed on the 5th of June its dispatched! Im sick of waiting and needed to tell the same story all the time now it seems they blocked me on live chat? Absolutely disgraceful! Never order again!

I waited TWO months after ordering to receive my two items. I ordered a lace up body suit top and a lace dress. Both the top and under layer of the lace dress were made of that cheap Halloween costume material. I wore the dress once and the cheap plastic zipper broke, and as for the lace up top I am NEVER wearing because the unbreathable costume material makes it appear as though I'm dressed up as a pirate. DO NOT waste your time or money. Even though it is not expensive, it is NOT worth it.

This site is a complete rip off. I ordered three items for my daughter and it took nearly four weeks to arrive and so missed the holiday for which they were intended. Their tracking says dispatched but then they go into limbo.
When they arrived they were very poor quality and looked nothing like the pictures in their catalogue. The sizes are a joke as well with in my opinion it being left up to the person making the outfit to decide what shape and size it will be and the material is very thin. My daughter described one suit as looking like it was prison issue but i think prisoners would refuse to wear it.
My main issue came when i tried to do a return. Once you eventually find out where to send them back to you find that it is China and you have to pay the postage so a £26 return is going to cost me £20 and looking at the reviews you then wait weeks for the refund.
There are many better sites to buy from that give good service and have a decent returns policy and i will be going to them in future

I only received part of my shipment and 2 months later waiting for rest of items. I told them I wanted a refund and they stated they will only give me half back from the items I have NOT even received! I am very happy with my item and the great service from YOINS. It took a bit long to arrive but it was within the expected delivery time-frame. Near the end of the waiting period, I got a bit concerned so I emailed YOINS as the tracking site seemed to not have updated where my item was. The person from YOINS ensured me that my item will arrive within the time frame and if not, that I will get a refund. I contacted the local Post Office and they seemed to have had my item on their system but could not find it at the premises. They phoned me two days later saying my parcel was there so I went to fetch it and I am very happy with the quality of the item and appreciate the service from YOINS.
