I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!
I ordered a lot of jewellery and I am beyond happy with my purchases. I live in the UK and delivery took just over 2 weeks. I'll be ordering some clothes and hope the quality is as good.
But they are so late I ordered items before 2 weeks and till now I didn't receive it. Maybe I will write a review after I receive them to tell u about the quality

IN addition to receiving defective merchandise, it taking 2 months to get some of the items, not receiving over half of my order and them being a horrible company to do with. They are now arguing with me over 27.00 that they owe me. I guess I will have my American Express Credit card open up an investigation. You can read my reviews on them. I have left a few. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER and the clothes run way too small! Then they want you to return it, take your time to go find a bag to put it in, go to the post office on your time and it is not worth the hassle!

I don't order things I need quickly but love when they show up earlier than predicted. The dress lil big in waist but nothing a quick tailor couldn't do for 10 bucks. Can't wait to wear it.

I spent £70 on this website and thought that the clothes looked really nice and were quite reasonable. However, I wish I looked at the reviews beforehand! 2 weeks after I had placed my order, I got an email saying one of my items were out of stock and were not going to be back in stock for a long while, even though it is still up on the website for sale. After many emails to customer services they finally arranged the rest of my order to be delivered. It arrived last week and I am appalled at how bad the quality of the clothing is! The material is thin, cheap and nasty. I am unable to wear any of the items as they are all so see through and look nothing like the picture! Also the tops are really short and my bikini top was far too big! I am really disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving my new summer outfits but now I'm going to have to send them all back. But as soon as you email them saying you want to return your items they are not interested at all and will not reply! They offered me 20% off to not return the items which is stupid as I payed all that money and I can't wear any of them anyway! Please can someone tell me how to send all my items back!?

Having checked the shipping policy on Yoins which states that it is FREE over a certain amount, which I more than qualified for, to then receive this invoice after all of the other problems that I had with this order just adds insult to injury.

I first placed an order with Yoins in April and was happy with my purchase. The material was nice, the fit was good and it seemed fairly good quality for the price paid. I placed another order two weeks later but this time the sizing was too small and the material was very see through. Rather than send back, I gave them to a friend who is smaller than me and said she would put a slip on underneath. On the third occasion I placed an order (beginning of September) I experienced nothing but problems and terrible customer service. It was a large order as I was going away on holiday and wanted a few nice bikinis and a couple of outfits to take. I was also taking my partner away for his birthday and wanted a nice dress to wear. I gave ample time for delivery. Firstly, rather than send all of the order through at the same time, it came through in three stages. The first part of the order (3 bikinis) came through within two weeks (no dress in time for partners birthday, disappointing). I had ordered all bikinis in a medium size. One came through as a large, two came as medium but I would definitely say that one of them was very small and was extremely tight. The second part of the order came through which was a dress (but not the one I needed for my partners birthday, by now which had passed anyway) and was terrible quality. The 'white' colour was an off grey (like when you've washed a white bra too many times) and the area around the armpits was yellowed. I had also order this in a size 10-12 but I got delivered an XL. I tried to arrange a return and refund but the process is like pulling out teeth and for the sake of £15 and the time I would have needed to take out of work to organise it was more trouble than it was worth. The third part of the order became ridiculous. I waited and waited but it didn't arrive. I kept checking the tracking of it, but got the same message that there was a problem with customs, it was being dealt with. I emailed 'customer services' at Yoins and was told that it would be with me shortly. Still nothing. A week later I emailed again and was told that there had been a problem with customs but it would be with me shortly. Again nothing. So I emailed again. This time I got no response until nine days later (by which time I had had to do most of the work myself to get to the bottom of what was going on. When I did eventually get a response off Yoins it was to tell me that I needed to email someone else. Eventually I went onto the live chat on Yoins website, where I began to explain the problem only to be pinged a list of links to 'amazing offers' (no thanks). When I did eventually got hold of an agent I was then told that yes, there had been a problem with customs (why?), I would need to contact TNT myself (not Yoins), and prove that I had actually purchased the items and then it would arrive shortly. So, I contacted TNT. According to the tracking the parcel had been in the country for a month, but that yes I had to prove that I had purchased the items and someone would contact me. I sent off all of the information (no one contacted me) then I see from tracking that my parcel has finally been 'approved'. The following day I can then see that my package is FINALLY with my local delivery firm and it is en route to me (at last!). Only to then see the day after (still no parcel) that there has now been a problem with 'routing'. I finally got my package yesterday (a month and a half after ordering it all). The items received were ok at best, though one jumpsuit was impossible to get in and out of. I can't even be bothered to contact Yoins. I don't know who these other people are on here who have given 5 star ratings (I'm guessing friends of Yoins employees or completely fabricated) but unless you're happy to part with your hard earned money for second rate clothes and appalling service save yourself the time, energy and frustration at dealing with this company. I certainly won't be dealing with them again.
I placed an order on 30/10/2017 and still have not received the goods. They ignore emails and don't get back to you. This is the worse place I have ever bought anything from, and going by other reviews the clothes will be as bad as their service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I loved all the options, but the customer service was terrible. It is frustrating to apply for returns as you have to do each item at a time and must submit photos and reasons for each return.
