Order processing requires patience to wait, but they ship quickly once that part is done. I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!
Well... this is an update about Yoins... I sent a request for a refund after they sent me really bad quality clothing (all dresses are see through, unwearable) and bikini sizes were all wrong! I sent them pictures and they returned my emailing saying they could not take back swimwear(even though they sent me XL instead of medium) then they sent another email saying I can send the item back but I have to pay for return shipping to China and I might also incur custom charges. Right after that email they offered to give me a 10% refund. I was so shocked! Beware... dont just hand over your money to them. I have ONE dress that fit properly.the rest I have to either throw away or get a tailor to put a liner underneath. Also... their live chat is laughable. If you dont respond in less than 30 seconds they send a generated message saying since you have not responded we are ending the chat, so now the next chat you have to start from scratch again. Planning to do a YouTube review to warn others as I was really ripped off a lot of money. Dont buy from them... that simple!

I was hesitant at first to order from Yoins after reading some poor reviews however I was pleasantly surprised with my whole experience from ordering, shipping delivery and opening, overall time was 35 days which I was expecting and I was notified each step of the way.
Very happy with my order, I took great care to take my measurements and use the size charts and read each item as to what material to expect, seriously very happy to find all 5 items fitted me perfectly which I find difficult in Australia as I have a large bust. I will only handwash my items as they are delicstes and will update my review

Since my purchase, they have upgraded their website, return policy and process, and have an office in the US, so take this with a grain of salt. It may be better now than I had it.
Ordered a sweater in October that took over 6 weeks for delivery. Product that was delivered was not even close to what was shown on the website. Wrong color, different material, even fit differently. I followed their measurement guides on their website, and it seemed to be too short on my torso even after that. I applied for a refund (had to email and give them a reason and defend why I wanted to return the item) and they asked for photos of the packaging, product and why it was different than advertised. They finally accepted the refund request within a week, then sent me a packing slip for their China office. I emailed them 4 times in the course of 2 months to get a return label, all email responses stated they had sent the label and to use it for free shipping, however what I had was clearly not for shipping. When they finally looked at what they had originally sent me and admitted that it was, in fact, a packing slip only, they sent the correct label and I was able to return the item to an office in the US, 3.5 months after the original purchase. Response emails were not returned in a timely manner, usually taking 3-7 days. Refund was returned after a week.

I ordered 7 items from Yoins and everything looked exactly like the picture and very good quality, 2 of my items were to big and when I got in contact with them to exchange for a smaller size they replied very quickly and were very helpful and apologetic, instead of making me send them back they gave me the option to just re purchase the items with 50% off which brang the price down to the same price of what I wouldve paid for shipping anyways, I was very happy with their items and even more so with their service, will definitely be buying from this website again!

For a start YOINS is NOT a scam site, so relax if you are convinced it is, but there are problems with delivery timescales which are intensely frustrating, to say the very least! My order of Oct 28th did not make it for Christmas as hoped for and the excuses from YOINS agents were wearing thin. Eventually they conceded it may have been lost and I opted for a re-order of the same item at no cost to myself, YOINS did offer a full refund but I really wanted the item more than the money. Typically the original order turned up at last, at the beginning of the New Year, and I was delighted with it, exactly all I imagined it to be, but the replacement order had been dispatched the same day. It is a credit to YOINS that I offered to return that second order back to them when it arrived but they said to keep it as compensation for the problems I had with the first one. You really must admire that kind of customer service, so just be patient folks!
